He has sent me t bind up the brkenhearted, t prclaim freedm fr the captives and release frm darkness fr the prisners Visin: T see the lives f the peple saved and hearts changed thrugh the pwer, aninting and intimacy f ur Father thrugh the minister; t bring freedm t all captives. Thrugh His mvement, atmspheres will be set fr transfrmatin, healing, and liberty. We impact lives thrugh His message and by His Spirit, we bring it t life. As a minister f dance, and part f this Ministry, it is my respnsibility t keep myself in a right relatinship with Gd. I have a respnsibility t passinately seek the face f Gd and humble myself t His call fr my life and t the lives f thers. As a minister, my purpse is t reveal His Glry; ALL glry belngs t Him. Dance Ministry Requirements/Guidelines/Standards -Yu must knw withut a dubt that the Lrd Jesus Christ has called yu t minister dance unt Him and t His peple -Believer and active member f Center fr Manifestatin and/r Outré Student Fellwship -Has Gd s purpse and the church s purpse in mind-nt his r her agenda -Yu must have a willingness t empty yurself (and yur agenda) s yu may becme full f the Lrd. -Active Prayer/Wrship life -Able t lead cngregatin int wrship -Be able t minister with clean hands and a pure heart -Living in a way that is hly and acceptable unt Him -Knws hw t submit t authrity - Cntinue t study t shw yur self apprved and Build key relatinship

2 -Living by the fruits f the Hly Spirit (LOVE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, PEACE, SELF-CONTROL, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS, JOY, GOODNESS) -Cnsistency/dedicatin **Ministering dance is nt abut a feeling. It's nt smething yu want t d because yu danced in the wrld and yu think yu'd be gd at it, r because yu just like t dance, r because yu need the exercise. It's nt smething yu d because the garments are pretty r because yu'll be in the sptlight. It's a ministry! It's nt a perfrmance r recreatin! Yu are affecting lives when yu put n thse garments f praise, wrship, and warfare. Yu must be called by the Master in rder t enter in and be effective. Ability, training, talent r gracefulness aren't requirements. Yu must have a heart that truly wants t wrship the Lrd and t see peple set free. Of curse we want t give the King the very best, but dn't let training, talent r ability (either lack f, r the abundance f) get in the way. Dn't let t little r t much training be tls that Satan can use t bring pride int yur dance, and then change the fcus away frm Jesus and nt yurself. As a ministry and as a church, we shuld desire the Spirit f excellence be upn all that we d. Training is necessary in rder t grw, and we will regularly attend wrkshps and cnferences s we can be encuraged t imprve ur knwledge and abilities. S, while technique is imprtant, ultimately ur heart attitude, and surrender twards the Lrd will be the greatest determining factr in the level f aninting that we perate in. If we have n aninting, we have n pwer, and there will be n fruit! When there is n fruit, n ne can prsper frm yur dance. What I m Requiring f Yu (As a member...) Supprt the Visin/OWN THE VISION

4 Mvements must be wrshipful and apprpriate, must nt draw attentin t urselves, and must bring glry t Gd. Be Cnsiderate f Chregrapher s Visins. Remember Gd gave chregraphy and the visin fr the ministry t the leader/chregrapher. Be supprtive even if yu can t see the big picture, stepping up t the plate when yur assistance is required. Dress mdestly fr all dances t nt draw attentin away frm Gd. (Legs, stmachs, chest, etc. must be cmpletely cvered with lser fitting garments). N tanks r shrts allwed unless accmpanied with tights and letards. Hair pulled back away frm face at all times, during rehearsals and when we are required t minister (unless stated therwise). Respect thers and strive fr unity amngst team members. Seek t make new friends within the ministry, especially thse wh are new t the team. Respect wrship garments and instruments and use apprpriately. Maintain quality. Return prmptly any items that are used. Reprt any damages t leadership. Seek apprval frm Leadership prir t scheduling r dancing in any church service/event r in representing Freedm In His Mvement in an external functin. Silence ALL electrnic devices, and limit unrelated cnversatin during rehearsal. Infrm instructr(s) prir t the beginning f practice if yu need t take an emergency telephne call. Once call cmes thrugh, quietly step ut t avid disrupting thers. Reenter the rm after cmpleting the call quietly, making sure t silence phne. Have fun, enjy practice, but save scializing fr the end f rehearsal.

5 Please infrm the dance leader in advance when yu are nt able t make a practice, ging t be late t practice, and/r have t leave practice earlier. Please have yur wn dance garments! I will n lnger be prviding yur basic undergarments (unless stated therwise). Peple, make sure yu have yur all yur basic whites (Guys: white & black praise pants, white & black lng sleeves) (Ladies: white & black palazzs, white & black letards, white & black skirts). Act yur age! Leave ut all the frustratins, attitudes, negativity, pessimistic mindsets, anger, hidden agendas, etc. ut! Remember as ministers, we set atmspheres, s whatever we re bringing in can alter an already-set atmsphere. As ministers, it is ur duty t usher in the Hly Spirit, let s make sure we are in the right mindsets. CLEAN HANDS & A PURE HEART WE ARE ONE!
