This position maintains and oversees revenue and expense budgets, prepares parish budgets, supervises one employee & oversees payroll. Minimum qualifications include an AA degree in a related field and 3 years prior full time bookkeeping experience. Please visit our website or come into the Parish Office for a job description and application. We anticipate a start date of June 4, Please sign up to take the Vocations Chalice home. Sign up in the book that is on the podium in the Narthex. The Parish Office will then contact you. You then have an opportunity to pray for an increase in vocations in the Diocese of Fresno. The Chalice is picked up at the end of Mass and brought back to the same Mass the following week. We are currently asking parishioners to take home the chalice at the Mass and intend on offering this unique opportunity to those at the other Mass times in due course. DOES YOUR CHILD ATTEND A CATHOLIC SCHOOL? To be eligible for a discounted tuition rate, which represents Holy Spirit s financial support to families, parents are expected to be registered, active parishioners of Holy Spirit parish. An active parishioner is defined as a family attending Mass regularly with a parent involved in parish activities, volunteering time or contributing funds on a regular basis. Contributions are confirmed by your use of collection envelopes or your checks, and is the only way we have to verify regular attendance. SECOND COLLECTION-CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES This week, we are taking up the Catholic Relief Services Collection to respond to Jesus in disguise. This collection helps six Catholic agencies to provide relief and support to struggling communities and to work toward peace and reconciliation among our marginalized brothers and sisters here and around the world. Please prayerfully consider how you can support the collection. If you can volunteer for this Holy Hour, please contact Daena at Eucharistic Adoration is honoring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ. For Adoration to be held, someone must always be present. The more we limit the hours of Adora on, the more we limit the availability of Christ to His people. The more we expand the hours, the more we extend the opportunity to adorers and everyone in the parish has the opportunity to par cipate.
