You should t have allowed that Brother to say that i Lodge. You should ve asked me to do that for you. These are all examples of a past tese should, meaig a should or should t statemet that refers to the past. I essece, what a perso is sayig by usig a past tese should is that reality should t have bee as reality actually was, or reality should have bee differet tha it actually is. This ca create a emotioal respose of frustratio, dejectio ad maybe eve ager. I the immortal words of Cogitive Psychologist, Albert Ellis, should-hood equals sh#t-hood. If oe Lodge ca get 20 Brothers to a rehearsal ad others ca get 15-18, the every Lodge ca get these Brothers out for a practice. Oe last thig I would like to brig up is I would like every Lodge to fiish the Degree they are coferrig. I realize that sometimes thigs happe ad some key players ca t show up. Every Master should do everythig i his power to fiish the Degree that ight. There were 42 idustrial breweries ad two craft breweries. May of these large idustrial breweries did t have the most flavorful beer. The tred i the umber of breweries had bee goig dow for decades. From that low poit, though, thigs started movig i a differet directio. Did me chage? Did what they wat out of life chage? I doubt it. By last year though, 2015, the umber of breweries had soared to 4,144 of which 20 were of the idustrial type ad the rest were craft breweries. We have over 100 breweries just i New York State. Istead, Degrees were February 2016 commuicated wheever there were Applicats. It was ot util some years later that, at the request of Corig, several of the Degrees were worked i New York City for their beefit. It has bee stated that the icomig Grad High Priest will ot allow festivals for Degree work for less tha 20 Cadidates. So the comig challege will be to fid a umber of Cadidates ad work with the other Chapters i our District to meet the miimum of 20 or, coversely, put together Degree Teams from our members, with possible assistace from other Chapters to cofer the Degrees ourselves. These are challegig times, but we will be workig to prevail. We had a great meetig i December where we set up most of the Chapter Officers for the comig year. The Officers were istalled at our first meetig i Jauary. This oversight came to light whe re-examiig the Costitutio with respect to chagig the place of meetigs. With respect to the place of meetig, the curret Costitutio (approved by Supreme Forest, April 4, 1989) does ot require approval of the DDSTC for a chage of meetig locatio. Next o the ageda should have bee the completio of the Istallatio of Officers for 2016 ad the passig of the budget, thereof.
