First Friday: Next Friday is the first Friday in July. The usual visits to the sick and housebound will take place on Friday morning and Mass will be celebrated in Kildysart Cemetery that evening at 8 pm. Adoration: Our monthly period of silent prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament will take place next Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. All are welcome to spend time in the presence of the Lord. Kildysart Social Services are taking the Senior Citizens on their annual outing on Sunday, July 8th. Bus leaving at 11:30 am. Names to any member or to Eileen Neylon at Post Office. Annual Killaloe Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine will take place on Sunday, 29th July. Led by Bishop Fintan Monahan. 2:30 pm Anointing of the Sick. 3:00 pm Concelebrated Mass. Charismatic Summer Camp will take place on Fanore beach from Sunday, 9th July. It will include daily Mass, rosary, prayer and praise, play for children etc. Come even for a day. The World Meeting of Families Icon will visit the following parishes in Killaloe Diocese from July 2nd-12th, Kilkee Parish Church - July 2nd-5th, Ennis Cathedral - July 5th-9th, St. Brendan s Ch Birr - July 9th-12th. All are welcome to visit and pray at the Icon in preparation for the World Meeting in August. Thank you Fr. Albert and friends for the joyful celebration of my 60th anniversary in the priesthood. The celebration was beyond anything I could have expected. The Mass (which I love to celebrate with you), the choir from Scottsdale and the wonderful reception in the hall are greatly appreciated.
