May the Lord grant her eternal rest and console her family Martin, Michael, Sean, Bridget, Kathleen, Teresa (Kildysart), Patricia, Noreen and Rita and all who formed her circle of love and care. We pray for Patricia O Brien, née O Sullivan, Rosshill, Kildysart who died on 23rd April May the Lord grant Patricia eternal life and console her son Gerard, brothers Paddy and John and all who knew and loved her. Patricia s months mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael s Church, Kildysart on Friday, 1st June at 8pm. We pray for Noel Kennedy, Derryshane who died on 22nd May May the Lord welcome Noel into eternity and console his family Patrick, Brian, John Paul, Geraldine, Mairéad, Audrey (Kildysart) and Seamus and all who formed his circle of love and care. Rosary: The month of May is devoted to Our Lady. We will gather to pray the rosary at Our Lady s Grotto on the Ennis Road at 8 pm each Wednesday during May. Examinations: During our Sunday Mass today, 27th May we pray for students preparing for the Junior, Leaving or other examinations. kildysartparish@gmail.com is the new address for our parish office. First Holy Communion: We look forward to our parish celebration of First Holy Communion during our 10:30 am Mass on Sunday, 3rd June (Feast of Corpus Christi). We continue to pray for the children, their parents, families and teachers. First Friday: Friday is the first Friday in June. Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael s Church at 8 pm, usual visits to the sick & housebound take place in the morning. Adoration: Our monthly period of quiet prayer in the presence of the Lord will take place from 10 am until 3 pm on next Friday in our parish Church. All are welcome to spend time with the Lord. St. John Bosco Community College: We congratulate the young people who graduated from secondary school, wish them every happiness & blessing in future. Pastoral Council: The next meeting of Kildysart Parish Pastoral Council will take place in the Community Centre, on Thursday, 31st May at 8:30 pm. Annual Pilgrimage to Knock on Saturday, 23rd June. Nurses for Lourdes: The Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes needs nurses to help with the Sick during this year s pilgrimage, 26th June to 1st July. Retired or Active nurses are equally welcome & will help to give the Sick a memorable experience. To volunteer please contact Michael on An Exam Prayer God, stay close to me today guide my study and light my way. Ease my nerves and comfort me with peace and love so tenderly. May I remember the things I need and understand all I study and read. May I strive to do my best and do myself justice in each test. May the topics I know and like appear on the exam paper to lessen my fear and during the moments I may feel stressed I ll try to remember the ways I m blessed. And if there are times that I feel at sea, Help me to trust that you re here with me. Amen.
