Let it be done for you as you wish". (Mt ) Those who trust in the Lord will reap miracles after miracles. They are all around us and miracles happen to those who walk in the presence of the Lord. The eyes of the faithful will be opened to amazing wonders and signs around the world. Christ the Lord still continues His miracles. Great things are happening to us each and everyday. As we ask Him, He will give us more of everything. He loves us so much and thus He sent His son...only Son to die for us. Let us deepen our faith in Him and experience miracles and wonders and live a life filled with faith and love. Amen. May God bless our parishioners. Holy Father s Prayer Intentions for August: Artists. That artists of our time, through their ingenuity, may help everyone discover the beauty of creation. Rosary Tuesday The greatest method of praying is to pray the Rosary. Saint Francis de Sales. Please join us every Tuesday at 4.30 pm for Rosary and Litany to our Blessed Lady followed by Mother of Perpetual help prayer and Mass at 5.00pm. Prayer Brings Healing: Please continue to pray for the people whose intentions are written in the prayer for healing book located in front of the statue of child Jesus and St. Teresa. Cliff Hogarth, Bob Marler, Laurie Moriarty, Larry Perks, Diane Jessup, Teresa O Brien and Betsy Foster. 3 Spiritual Thought of the Week: "A man must be big enough to admit his mistakes; smart enough to profit from them and strong enough to correct them" Saints Corner Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Aug. 22). In 1954 Pius XII instituted this memorial "so that all may clearly recognize and more zealously venerate the kind and maternal rule of the Mother of God." It is celebrated on the octave of the Assumption. August Devotion, The month of August is dedicated to the Blessed Sacrament, and increased adoration of the Eucharist is encouraged. August is also dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and on August 15 th, the church celebrates the Assumption of Mary into heaven. Catechism of the Catholic Church Why do we seek God? God has placed in our hearts a longing to seek and find him. St. Augustine says, You have made us for yourself, and our heart is restless until it rests in you. We call this longing for God Religion.
