En 1769 los misioneros franciscanos establecieron la primera misión en lo que hoy es la ciudad de San Diego, California. Bajo la dirección de fray Junípero Serra, los hermanos menores pudieron establecer otras ocho misiones, incluyendo la ciudad de San Francisco, en Junípero o José Miguel Serra, fue hijo de padres campesinos de la Isla de Mallorca, España. Masses are usually scheduled weeks in advance, so if there is a particular date on which you want the Mass Intention, please make the request well ahead of time. The suggested stipend for each Mass is $5.00.

4 4 COMMUNION TO HOME-BOUND Every week our deacon and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, along with other parish volunteers, bring the Holy Eucharist to those who are not able to attend Mass. It offers support on important issues that result from divorce.
