Origin: The Pastral Framewrk Prject emerges as a pastral prpsal fr the new prvince f Bethany after the unin f the prvinces f Valencia and the Third Demarcatin. After several years f reflectin by the prvincial pastral teams f bth prvinces and appreciating hw much had already been swn and advanced in evangelizatin, we als nte the lack f respnse by a large majrity f the children and yuth f ur Schls t an explicit prpsal frm the Gspel. We als realized the little r n wrk dne with the families (educative agent and evangelizer f first rder) and the necessary synergies that had t be had between the areas f pastral and participatin (piarist laity) in rder t give an answer Evangelizing better than we had at that time. ARJÉ intends t give a mre incarnate and up-t-date answer n hw t present the Gspel tday t the children, yung peple and adults f ur Wrks, and t be the framewrk fr all ur pastral actins. Objectives: It is an innvative and risky prpsal f schl pastral (understd as made frm the Schl whatever its scpe). Cnvinced f the evangelizing capacity f the Schl, which we cnsider t be a place f Christian Initiatin, we ffer a prcess f evangelizatin that will materialize in ptins fr all students and their families (schlar educatinal-pastral ffer) r fr sme f them (extra academic pastral-evangelizer ffer). It is nt s much a prpsal f changes f cntents, activities r structures (althugh they will be altered), when f "type f relatins", the establishment f a new relatinal lgic, between students, their families and the educatrs, allwing the visibilización f the Christian Piarist Cmmunity. In this way, educatrs are als bjet (and they were yet subject) f the evangelizing prpsal that is presented. This SCHOOL ITINERARY OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION explicitly prpses the prclamatin f the Gspel and assumes the characteristics f the schl. The schl structure allws the invlvement f students, families and educatrs in Christian life prcesses implemented frm schl, while enhancing the academic activity and grwth f the recipients, frming a cmprehensive pastral ffer in which bth elements (academic activity and pastral wrk) are mutually invlved and enriched. ARJÉ intends t turn ur schls int platfrms f Christian initiatin, where Calasanz's intuitin t educate in "piety and letters" is truly pssible, nt nly in the activities we prpse, but als in the structures with which we rganize urselves and, abve all, in the type f relatinships we generate. We want t walk twards an evangelistic schl in the Calasanz style. Respnsible and rganizatin: The Pastral Framewrk Prject depends directly n the Prvincial Pastral Team and is implemented in each schl thrugh pastral crdinatrs and lcal pastral teams. The Pastral Team als crdinates the relatinship with the areas r netwrks directly invlved (Calasanz Mvement, Presence Teams, Itaka Esclapis, Scial Actin Teams, EDE educatinal management team-...) The prject cvers different "netwrks". We understand netwrks as the areas in which we carry ut the task f evangelizatin. These netwrks are the cncrete situatins in which a persn can get in cntact with the Pius Schls, either in a mre envirnmental r spradic way, r in a mre evident and cmmitted way, being different the pssibilities r relatinship bnds. The Envirnmental Pastral Netwrk It is the mst pen and pluralistic pastral netwrk. It cmprises the same reality f the Pius Schls f Betania and what any persn can receive in relatin t it. It cvers a wide range f pssibilities: publicatins, websites, scial netwrks, blgs, applicatins, external image and everything related t the brand 'Esclapis Betania' r 'Escuelas Pías Betania', as well as infrmatin n the institutinal presence in these media and The whle relatinal area called t witness t reciprcal charity and preferential ptins fr thse mst in need.

3 Pastral Netwrk fr Scial Actin, free time and vlunteering. Pastral prpsal included in the actins and activities f a scial nature, leisure and vlunteerism, which have characterized the Piarist way f evangelizing. A wide netwrk that includes a multitude f initiatives (scial campaigns, schl slidarity initiatives, family supprt, Scut grups, sprt) and specific spaces (Orea, Fields f wrk, Vlunteering). Welcming and always trying t present the pastral principles, it is structured in autnmus sub-netwrks (scial actin, free time, vlunteer), supervised by the EPP (Prvincial Team f Pastral), in dialgue with the Prvincial Team f Itaka-Esclapis, which will guarantee the presence and develpment f The pastral criteria f the Pius Schls Betania in all the initiatives f this netwrk. The Schl Pastral Netwrk. It cntemplates ur pastral prpsal in the schl time and frm the schl and includes all thse actins and prcesses that implicitly r explicitly invite t begin in the fllwing f Jesus and the life f faith, amng thers: Mrning prayer, Cntinue Prayer, Liturgical celebratins and liturgical times, sacramental accmpaniment, ERE (Schl Religius instructin), retreats, campaigns, faith-culture dialgue frm the subjects... All f them have as privileged recipients the educatrs, students and families f ur wrks. Extra schl Pastral Netwrk. Pastral prpsal made vluntarily utside schl hurs r n ther platfrms (parishes r ther nn-frmal educatinal wrks). It includes pastral initiatives that explicitly prpse the discvery and grwth f the Christian life, amng thers: Calasanz Mvement, Celebratin f the Sacraments, Family Catechesis, Prayer Itineraries, Pastral Experiences, Pastral Frmatin f Catechists... The recipients f this netwrk are all thse Wh have a first access t the experience f faith and wish t deepen it and be accmpanied. Or thse distant r indifferent that after a first encunter and experience in schl, seek t expand and deepen n what they have lived. Netwrk f Vcatinal Pastral and charismatic integratin. Pastral prpsal riented t the vcatinal ptin in its duble aspect: general t the Christian life and specific Piarist-calasancian. All the netwrks cntain a vcatinal dimensin, cllabrating in the creatin f a "vcatinal culture", since they invite in diverse ways t each ne t ask itself and t discver the wn vcatin. The vcatinal dimensin present in the envirnmental, playful-slidarity, schl and extra-academic areas is spelled ut in this netwrk, prpsing the vcatin as a life ptin fr all ur recipients. This netwrk creates links with the prcesses f Participatin (shared missin): Adult Calasanz Grups, Discernment Grups, Religius Life Prpsals, Vcatinal Accmpaniment, Shared Missin Teams, Fraternity f the Pius Schls... Develpment f the prpsal: Fr mre than fur years f reflectin, the prvincial pastral teams f the frmer Piarist Prvinces f Valencia and the Third Demarcatin were drafting the Pastral Framewrk Prject which sught, n the ne hand, t gather the experience and the previus rute f bth prvinces and at the same time prpse an evangelizing respnse incarnated in tday's sciety and capable f presenting the gspel in an attractive way t the children and yung peple f tday (als adults and families). During the academic year a prcess f "change management" was carried ut in which all the schls f the Prvince tk part, implying in this dynamic f reflectin and dialgue thusands f peple (all the schl clisters and in many schls a great part f the members f the educatinal cmmunity: fathers and mthers, students, catechists, mnitrs, religius cmmunities, Schlastic fraternity...). The ARJÉ prject has been implemented this curse in all the schls f the Prvince. Given the enrmus diversity f lcal realities f the different schls and wrks f the Prvince, the ARJÉ prject is having different starting pints accrding t each schl, althugh the frame f reference and the hrizn is cmmn

4 fr all. Prgress will be made in its implementatin (different stages f the prcess in the grups f the Calasanz Mvement, cnfiguratin f schl structures, frmatin f educatrs, catechists, respnsibility charges...). In this first phase f "launching ARJÉ", the whle prcess f "change management" has been cmpleted with great success, which has allwed many peple t jin the prject and generate a climate f illusin, acceptance and expectatin in everything related t the Pastral prpsal. The implementatin f the different stages f the Prject in the Calasanz Mvement has als resulted in a great success f call and respnse: In these first mnths f launching ARJÉ have already jined mre than 100 families in the Bethlehem stage that we have Initiated in 13 f the 19 schls f the Prvince; The Nazaret stage has begun in 3rd and 4th year f primary schl, mre than 100 bys and girls wh als begin this new itinerary prpsed by ARJÉ; This curse has surpassed, fr the first time, the 2,500 children and yung peple wh participate in the Calasanz Mvement, with an increase f mre than 300 new registratins. We have als increased the number f catechists f ur grups in almst 100 new peple with whm we have already reached almst 400 catechists wh are carrying ut the evangelizing prpsal f the Calasanz Mvement. Methdlgy: Eight principles, present in all pastral prpsals, underpin the Pastral Framewrk Prject (PMP). These principles are articulated gradually in the five netwrks r areas in which the evangelizing actin f the Pius Schls f Betania takes place. The fundatin ffered by these principles will supprt the specific Plans and Pastral Prgrams f each place. The eight principles are: 1. Pastral Rted in Christ 2. Missinary Pastral 3. Pastral that is brn frm and tends t the Christian cmmunity 4. Ecclesial Pastral 5. Samaritan Pastral 6. Mystaggical Pastral 7. Pastral with calasancian identity and style 8. Vcatinal Pastral The pastral itinerary that we ffer in the schls f the Pius Schls Prvince Betania: - Privilege the annuncement f Jesus Christ (what). - It develps in the schl-educatinal cntext f the Pius Schls (where). - Emphasizes the cncrete ways f transmitting the evangelizing prclamatin, in a flexible, pen and adaptable way (hw). - It accmpanies the develpment f the student in the different stages f his human and spiritual grwth (when). - It bets n the active rle f the family and the educatrs as main agents in the task f evangelizatin f the students (wh). - Cntemplate the multiplicity f vital and religius situatins that cmprises the schl (fr whm). - It tends t the attainment f persnal happiness f the student, as well as t the transfrmatin f sciety and ecclesial dynamism (fr what). Our pastral prpsal is based n a duble key: thelgical and anthrplgical-educatinal:

Thelgical key: The itinerary f Christian Initiatin described in the Ritual f Christian Initiatin f Adults (RCIA), inspires and sustains ur pastral prcess, characterized by a strng catechumenal imprint adapted t the circumstances, stages and demands f the educatinal field in Which is develped. The sacraments f the Christian Initiatin (Baptism-Cnfirmatin-Eucharist) are inserted in the catechumenal itinerary in three vital mments f the prcess f grwth and maturatin, where the sacraments are lived accrding t the rhythm f each persn and the wn discernment f the Christian Cmmunity accmpanying. Given its pen and inclusive character f initiatin int the Christian life, all students, including thse wh chse t receive the sacraments in an rder and place ther than the Pius Schls, can jin in. It is nt a sacramental prcess, but it uses the itinerary and the catechumenal richness t prpse a pastral prcess (where the sacraments are als lived and celebrated). 2. Anthrplgical-educatinal key: t cnsider as a privileged subject f pastral actin t each student and family f ur educatinal centers. The structure and characteristics f the schl envirnment determine and characterize the pastral prpsal that we present, respecting the educatinal and frmative singularity f the schl and its structures but using them. Therefre, it presents tw cmplementary dimensins: A. Schl: summns all students and their families t an educatinal itinerary f Christian inspiratin designed frm the baptismal itinerary. It develps frm the cmmn actins typical f the academic envirnment (mrning prayer, Cntinuus Prayer, celebratins, liturgical times and ther pastral activities f the Center). B. Extra-schl: this is an extra-academic prpsal and is therefre intended fr families and students wh vluntarily wish t live and deepen their human-christian frmatin itinerary t initiate and / r renew the Christian Initiatin received. The itinerary cnsists f five stages inspired by the catechumenate f the Christian Initiatin f adults: BELÉN (frm kindergarten t 2nd EP, frm 3 t 8 years) NAZARET (frm 3rd EP primary schl- t 6th EP, frm 9 t 12 years ld) GALILEA (frm 1 ESO secndary schl- t 3 º ESO, frm 13 t 15 years) BETANIA (frm 4 th ESO t 18 years, frm 16 t 18 years) EMAÚS (frm 19 years t 24 years) The "experience" appears as a methdlgical key in all ARJÉ prpsals. Each meeting is prepared and designed frm experience and with the aim f eliciting experience. It is nt a matter f learning cntent but f living the experience prpsed and frm it g making way in a persnalized way. The itinerary is intended t cnfigure the prcess f persnalizatin in a gradual manner althugh it is pen and designed als in case there are "inputs and utputs" thrughut it. Valuatin: As already mentined, the prject is still in the implementatin phase but until nw the receptin is being mre than psitive. The lived "change management" prcess has allwed us t present the prject with depth t the entire educatinal cmmunity and has renewed the pastral image f a large number f its members bringing ur evangelizatin prpsal clser t the needs and interests f all. It is true that we are experiencing a cnflict regarding the implementatin f the new sacramental prpsal (ARJÉ prpses t receive the sacrament f cnfirmatin at age 12 and the first cmmunin at 15) but saving this issue (cmplex in sme diceses, althugh well under way in all f them) the receptin f the prject is being very psitive. We have als made a cmmitment t greater cmmunin and cllabratin with the dicesan Church by presenting the prject t the bishps f the 12 diceses in wich ur Prvince is and receiving a psitive receptin in mst cases. The implementatin in the different stages f the grups f the Calasanz Mvement has generated many new additins f bth children and families as well as catechists. There are still at least fur mre years t cnslidate the prcess and t have all stages cmplete with the new materials but the wrk teams are crdinating very well and the respnse f the mment is excellent. As future challenges, tw main themes clearly appear:

6 The frmatin f catechists will be mre necessary than ever t be able t apply the new methdlgy and t be able t "internalize" the new prpsal that is intended t bring ARJÉ in the frm f annuncing the Gspel. Likewise, it will be necessary t increase the number f catechists in rder t respnd t the grups f the Calasanz Mvement On the ther hand the change f "mentality" will be necessary fr sme structures t change and t becme ARJÉ truly an engine f evangelizatin beynd the Calasanz Mvement. Fr this, the selectin and frmatin f respnsibility charges is presented as a crucial challenge in the face f the ultimate gal f cnverting schls int true platfrms f Christian initiatin.
