4 BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS CORNER 11/15/2015 FAITH TO MOVE MOUNTAINS UPDATE AS OF 11/8/2015 As of our last tally we are 84% of goal. This money will be used to repave our parking lot, fund a Faith Formation program for our youth and adults and go toward a Capitol improvement Fund for repairs and improvements to our Buildings and grounds. We need $72,285 to reach our goal. We have received a few one-time contributions toward this campaign and are very grateful for them. Please consider a pledge or gift so that we can reach this goal. Epiphany is people, and we have always rallied to the call. Please prayerfully consider this request and help us go over the top. Thank you for your consideration. ***Our Current Budget*** This week our collection totaled $7246 This is short of what we need to fund our budget. Please try to increase your weekly offering. Respect Life In case you didn t see the video clip on the news, one of the Planned Parenthood top executives said that Planned Parenthood International cannot prevent any of their affiliates from harvesting and selling the body parts of aborted babies. This disproves the statement made by Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards that Planned Parenthood would no longer harvest and sell the body parts of aborted babies. Please continue to pressure Senators Menendez and Booker to defund Planned Parenthood. Neither our tax dollars or Medicaid funds should be used to support this organization. Senator Cory Booker, 2 Riverside Dr., suite 505, Camden, NJ 08101; ; Senator Robert Menendez, One Gateway Center, Suite 1100, Newark, NJ 07102; Our Respect Life bulletin board is slowly but surely filling up and looking very nice. A big "Thank You" to those of you who have shared your precious pictures with us!! If you haven't submitted a picture yet, there is still time. Just drop it off in the basket on the table and it will be put up right away! Thank you for participating in our Respect Life project! God bless you and your loved ones. 4

6 the Year of Consecrated Life, honoring those religious, men and women, and consecrated virgins for their commitment and witness. With them, we live our consecration to build the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Gospel: Mark 13:24-32 Jesus told his disciples that many signs would be seen before the end of the world. He explained that the earth would pass away but his words would not. He also told them that neither the angels nor himself, but only his Father knew when this would take place. Every priest stands daily at his ministry offering frequently those same sacrifices that can never take away sins. But this one offered one sacrifice for sins and took his seat forever at the right hand of God, now he waits until his enemies are made his footstool. For by one offering he has made perfect forever those who are being consecrated. Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer offering for sin. On the day of our baptism we were anointed with the holy chrism, and told that we share with Jesus in His ministry of priest, prophet and king. Christ, whose name means the Anointed One, received us as member of His Kingdom, the church. He is the prophetic voice, speaking for God and is God. He is the priest, whose continuing sacrifice we participate in at every mass. We have been consecrated, set apart to do great works for the Lord. We are concluding God asked St. Francis to rebuild His church. Francis namesake, our Holy Father was set out to do the same, and calls us to work with him to make it happen.
