The annual offering for Virginia missions was named for Alma Hunt ( ), a native Virginian who was known worldwide for her missions service and her unswerving dedication to the cause of Christ. For more information, please see the website at Special offering envelopes for the week of 9/13-9/20 (special offering week), are in your box of envelopes and in the pew racks for this special State missions offering. These offerings will go towards the goal of collecting more than $1M to help fund various important mission opportunities aimed at spreading the good news of Jesus Christ! 7 The Fall Camping Retreat will be the weekend of September We have 25 folks signed up to go and we are looking forward to a GREAT time. We will meet at the church at 5:45 PM on Friday and ready to leave at 6 PM. If you have signed up to bring items, please get them to B.J. by Thursday, September 24 th. B.J. will head up to the campground early on Friday to set up tents, food items, etc. for the weekend.
