5 ANNOUNCEMENTS March 24, 2019 Aragona Outreach NEXT Saturday, March 30 Meet at the church at 9:30 am We will distribute bags on the doors of roughly 800 homes in Aragona. Bags will contain information about our church and Holy Week services, as well as an invitation to join us for an upcoming Wednesday Fellowship Dinner. We will meet at the church and then proceed in small groups to Aragona. This is a church-wide project. Sign-up on your Yellow Card today to indicate your participation! Geraniums for Easter ~ Orders Due Today We are adorning the sanctuary with geraniums in celebration of our Savior s Resurrection Cost: $6 for small and $18 for large. Use the special flower envelope and indicate if the flowers are given in memory of or in honor of and provide the name(s). Following the Easter Sunday service you may take your flower(s) with you or donate them to be planted in the church yard. ODU Symphonic Orchestra Saturday, March 30 at 7:00 pm Doors open at 6:30 pm Concert will include Symphony No.4 Italian by Mendelssohn Featuring Winners of the Young Artists Competition Donations will be accepted to benefit the ODU Music Department Princess Anne High School Wind Ensemble & ODU Wind Ensemble Side-by-Side Concert April 2 at 7:30 pm Made In America Both concerts are FREE and open to the public. Yes, things are bad, but we believe our Sovereign God is greater than anything we face. He promises in 2 Chronicles 7:14: "... if my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
