PRE-JORDAN Parents and godparents presenting a child for Baptism need to attend a preparation class in order to be properly informed about the meaning of the Sacrament of Baptism. The next class will be held on Monday, July 2 nd at 6:00 p.m. in the last classroom in the parish hall. Registration is a must. APPRECIATION Father Ferrence would like to thank all those who remembered him on his 92 nd birthday. He will keep you all in his daily prayers and at Mass. 4 COFFEE AND DOUGHNUTS The Woman s Sodality will serve complimentary coffee and doughnuts on Sunday, June 17 th to honor all fathers of the parish. We invite everyone to come to the hall after Mass for some great fellowship. PREP This year s program has been a smooth and terrific year. If anyone is interested in volunteering for our next year s program, please call our PREP directors, Paul Friel ( ) or Jackie Townsley ( ). Registration forms for next year s classes ( ) are now available on the tables at the church entrance ways. Early registration (before the end of June) is appreciated and strongly recommended. Your help enables us to order books and supplies early enough not to have to pay a higher fee. If you choose to delay in registering your child(ren), we will pass on our late fees to you. Early registration deadline is July 1 st. Again, your cooperation is appreciated. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES Little Saints Academy Childcare Center at Pope John Paul II School is looking for qualified candidates to fill the director, teacher and teacher assistant positions. EUCHARISTIC ADORATION Everyone is invited to join in the all-day Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament which is offered on the last Monday of each month. Our next Eucharistic Adoration will be held Monday, June 25 th. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed after the 7:00 a.m. Mass and will remain exposed for adoration until 7:30 p.m. The Rosary will be prayed in common at 7:00 p.m. followed by the St. Jude Novena and Benediction at 7:30 p.m. Come and spend some time before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament! REGISTRATION Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School is now taking registration for 2018/2019.
