It is a visible sign that the our departed loved ones remain with us as part of the Church. You are welcome to record the names of your loved ones in this book. A huge and sincere THANK YOU to all the teachers, parents, sponsors, SHS benefactors and especially our students who helped make this year s event, Rockin for Peace, a fun-filled day for everyone! Our first annual Haunted Hallway/Halloween Party was a smashing success. A HUGE THANK YOU to Pre-K/5th grade parent, Tamara Orkwis, for organizing this spooktacular event that was such great fun for all! Tuesday, November 14: Don t love your child s school picture? Did you miss Picture Day in September? This is your chance for a do-over! Today is Picture Re-Take Day! Students having their photo taken must wear their uniform for the photos. The SHS office is open every school day from 9 am to 3 pm for tours. Please call the school to arrange a personal visit. We look forward to welcoming you! If you are interested in serving OLMM Parish as a lector, Eucharistic Minister or altar server, please call the Parish Office at Annual Jacket Drive for St. Vincent de Paul: The Clothes Closet is in need of clean winter jackets (please no floor length coats) for men, women and children. We are also in need of children's snow pants and boots. They may be dropped off at the St. Vincent de Paul building next to the rectory from 10:30am - noon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, starting on November 15th or call the office at Free fall and winter clothing may be available for pick up from December 12th and on, during regular office hours. ****St. Vincent de Paul will have a box for collection of Jackets in the foyer of the Sacred Heart School during the Holly Days Fair on November 18th, from 9:00am - 2:30pm.**** 3

The March for Life began in Washington, D.C., as a small demonstration and rapidly grew to be the largest pro-life event in the world. The peaceful demonstration that has followed on the somber anniversary of Roe v. Wade every year since 1973 is a witness to the truth concerning the greatest human rights violation of our time, legalized abortion on demand. Families with children of any age, as well as middle and high school youth are invited to join us as we travel down to Washington, D.C. to peacefully pray for a world where every human life is valued and protected.
