More people are donating to the Indiana State Tax Credit Scholarship Program and taking advantage of this unique tax opportunity. Your gift to St. Mark Catholic School, through the Institute of Quality Education (IQE), will help our students afford a high quality, Catholic education. IQE began accepting donations for tax credit scholarships on July 1, The cap for the fiscal year is $12.5 million, but these credits are expected to run out early. Lunch is off the menu and your cost should be less than $15. We will leave the St. Mark Church parking lot at 11:00 AM if you wish to car pool, or you can meet us there. They will resume on Sunday, October 7th. EUCHARIST MINSTER TRAINING: for all Eucharist Ministers and Mass Leaders will be held on Thursday, October 18, at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary. Fr. Youth CONFIRMATION Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation for high school students in grades will begin Sunday, September 23rd, at 6:00pm in the church. HOLY FIRE - MIDDLE SCHOOL: If you have heard or participated in NCYC, you know how incredible that experience is. NFCYM, who produces NCYC, is offering a one-day event for middle school youth in Chicago on Saturday, October 27th. Join us at Holy Fire for an experience of dynamic speakers, music, and the Sacrament of the Eucharist. 6 Community Community WORLDWIDE MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER WEEKEND: ECONOMY AFFECTS MARRIAGES! It takes much effort just to make ends meet in our world today. LONG TERM SUB NEEDED: Central Catholic School, A Notre Dame ACE Academy located on the near-southside of Indianapolis, is seeking a long term substitute teacher for the third grade classroom. Candidates will teach third grade from the first week of October (probably) until the end of the first semester in late December.
