4 Partnered Parish News St. Anne Home (Felician Sisters) Lottery Calendar Sale Lottery calendars, benefitting St. Anne Home, will be sold after the 4:00 PM Mass on Saturday, October 27, and the 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM Masses on Sunday, October 28. Cost is $25 per calendar with 365 days to win! Winning numbers are based on the 3 digit 7:00 PM PA Daily Lottery. These calendars, for over 20 years, have provided funding for many programs designed to enhance the lives of residents in both the nursing facility and personal care community. Thank you for your generous response to the collection for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith last weekend on World Mission Sunday. St. Mary of Czestochowa Museum of Memorabilia As part of the 125th anniversary celebration, the Museum of Memorabilia is now open after the 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM Masses each Sunday through November 4 in the rectory. The items on display chronicle the history of the parish through the present day. Come and enjoy a walk down memory lane and reminisce with other parishioners and guests. A committee member will be on-hand to answer any questions. Diocesan Day of Prayer for Vocations The first full week of November is designated as National Vocation Awareness Week. Please join Catholics from around the Diocese of Greensburg on Thursday, November 8, for an opportunity to pray for vocations. The Office for Priestly Vocations is sponsoring a Diocesan Day of Prayer for Vocations at St. Paul Church in Greensburg. Eucharistic Adoration will begin at 11:00 AM and continue throughout the day, concluding at 6:00 PM with sung evening prayer and benediction. Please stop in throughout the day to pray for our seminarians and those discerning God s call. MQA Salute to Veterans Students in Grades 4-8 will honor our veterans on Thursday, November 8, at the Greenwald Site, 110 Elmtree Road, New Kensington. Veterans are invited to eat lunch with the students in the cafeteria at 12:30 PM followed by a patriotic performance by the band and choir at 1:30 PM. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Sessions for children ages 3-12 are held on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM and Tuesday evenings from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.
