Partnered Parish News Sacramental Preparation A sacramental preparation session for candidates only who will be receiving First Holy Communion in April will be held on Saturday, April 13, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM in St. Mary Religion Center. During the breaks between sessions, my friend and I would play cards or throw the Frisbee around with other campers. We got to know them and talked about God and how He works in our lives. 5 Mt. St. Peter Parish Annual Lenten Fish Fry Fridays through April 12, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Mt. St. Peter Parish Marble Hall. Menu items include handbreaded fish (baked or fried), pastas, homemade baked macaroni & cheese, pasta fagiole, fried shrimp dinner and more. Heart of a Priest The Greensburg Diocesan Chapter of the Knights of Columbus, in cooperation with the State and Supreme Councils, have been given approval to host a pilgrimage to view and worship the incorrupt heart of St. John Vianney, Cure of Ars and Patron Saint of Parish Priests. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 17, at Our Lady of Grace Parish, 1101 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Greensburg. Day will begin with Opening Mass at 9:00 AM celebrated by Bishop Edward Malesic, followed by Reconciliation, Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Divine Mercy Chaplet, Holy Hour for Vocations, Solemn Vespers and Closing Prayers with Bishop Malesic. For many of us, this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
