To keep blood pressure at a healthy level there are several things you can do to maintain a healthy blood pressure. Exercises such as walking, cycling, jogging for min 4-7 days a week can lower the blood pressure or reduce the possibility of blood pressure. Keeping a healthy body weight can also contribute to a healthy blood pressure. A proper diet such as fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, and protein can assist as well. Stress management and decreased salt intake can prevent your blood pressure from becoming too high. 7

White, Desire of Ages, p. 371 MEN S CORNER Self Introspection: Why are we the way we are? The conditions of our heart help shape our reading and understanding of the Bible. Some of us read like someone wearing tinted glasses lenses that help us to see some things very clearly but distort our vision elsewhere. Think, for instance, of the parable of the Prodigal Son. The elder brother was more obedient and showed more prudence, so to speak. He could have stayed dedicated to the cause, however, what was the condition of his HEART? 8
