Davd Jmenez, Marfa, was ndcted for frst count forgery, second count passng as true a forged nstrument, and thrd count prevous convcton of a felony of a smlar nature. sdoro Daz, Mexcan natonal, was ndcted on charge of horse theft; Juan S. Martnez for drvng whle ntoxcated, subsequent offense, and Robert Sherrard of Graham, was ndcted for chld desserton. These four cases, along wth three other prevous ndctments, wll be tred ether February before Dstrct Judge C. E. Patterson, or before a jury called for February. Several have ndcated they wll plead gulty and they, wll appear before the Judge next Monday. Other ndctments prevously brought n wore aganst Ezequel Ramon Anaya of Mexco, charged wth neglgent homcde n the death of Alce Madrd, and aganst Rchard Tellez and Angel Martnez, on burglary charges. Those who do not plead gulty wll be tred n dstrct court whch wll convene at the Presdo County courthouse, Monday, February, at a.m. MOD FUND UP TO $7 TUESDAY As of Tuesday nght $7 had been secured n Marfa n the current March of Dmes fund drve.
