Present: Vce Presdent J.E.Collns, Treasurer J.D.l'cDoBel, Secretary J.E.Shatzel, Edward H. Ganz. Absent, Wm. E. Gutteau. Presdent H.E.Wllams, O.D.Howard, representng Howard & Perram, Archtects, and Carl T. Stenle, representng The Stenle Constructon Company, were also present., Vce Presdent J.E.Collna presded. Fnutes of prevous meetng were read by the Secretary and approved. Treasurer 'cdonel "ade a verbal report on behalf of the commttee prevously apponted to purchase lght fxtures for the Scence & Agrculture Euldng and, for the reason that sad commttee had not completed ts work, t was contnued, wh power to act, wth the suggeston that t proceed wth all possble dlgence to complete ts work so that the nstallaton of these fxtures may not be delayed. All votng aye. Wth respect to asng the floor n the lavpratory room of the Scence & Agrculture Euldng a defnte agreement was made and entered nto between Howard & Marram, Archtects, and The Stenle Constructon Company, n the presence of the loard whereby Tfce Stenle Constructon Company agreed to rase sad fboor and Toward & Farram agreed to pay for same, thus render ng t unnecessary fofc the Foard to take acton. The matter of changng the recaton of the recess doors n the connectng corrdor was dscussed. 1 oved by Shatzel and seconded by Ganz that t s the sense of ths Eoard that sad recess doors should be moved out to the stone threshold, on both sdes of the corrdor, The Stenle Constructon Compa: (a to mmedately submt an estmate of the credt to whch the Eoard would be enttled on account of sad change and Howard & Ferram to ssue an order for sad change n case sad credt s satsfactory. The matter of hardware for the Scence & Agrculture Euldng was dscussed. 1 oved by Shatzel and seconded by Ganz that the lst of hardware submtted by Mr. Stenle to the Poard (sad lst to be wrtten out n detal by Fr. Stenle and fled wth the Secretary) to be furnshed and put n place n the Scence " Agrculture Euldng, for the sum og $1000, be approved and adopted, t bene; expressly understood that sad hardware s to be smlar n qualty and desgn to that used n the Admnstraton Euldng and subject to examnaton and approval of Presdent Wllams. Votng Aye: Collns, FcDonel, Ganz, Shatzel. Nays, none. Foton declardd carred-. Presdent Wllams reported that the trap whch was to have been placed n the tunnel just outsde of the dormtory had been nstalled on the nade of sad buldng and that the manhole thought necessary on the outsde of the buldng had thus been dspensed wth. Presdent Wllams called the attenton of the Eoard to the exposed and unsatsfactory condton of the entrance door n the south wall of the power buldng and suggested that some acton be taken to protect ths entrance way. No acton taken. Estmate No. 6-Pnal n favor of The Syenle Constructon Company for work on contract for completng fourth floor of the Admnstraton Euldng, amountng to $825.35, duly certfed by Howard & Ferram, Archtects, was presented for allowance. T 'oved by Shatzel and seconded by Ganz that the afcove estmate n favor of The Stenle Constructon Company, for $825.35, be allowed on the Recommendaton of the archtects, and pad
