Male subject armed with a handgun was sent to Research Main in Kansas City for Mental Health issues. 04/08/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/08/2013 at approximately 1300 hours, I made contact with Robert Eugene Riley, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrants. I served Mr. Riley Cass County warrant# 12CA-CR , bond was set at $25, with a court date of 04/15/2013 at 0900 hours. Warrant#12CA-CR , bond was set at $25, with a court date of 04/15/2013 at 0900 hours. Warrant# 13CA-CR00035, bond was set at $5, with a court date of 04/09/2013 at 0900 hours. 04/08/13 13: LITTLE ROAD, GARDEN CITY On Monday, April 8, 2013, I received a report of suspicious activity from Connie Juhl that occurred at her residence, S. Little Road, Garden City, Missouri on Friday, April 5, /08/13 13: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On April 08, 2013 I responded to S. Peculiar Drive, Peculiar, Missouri, in reference to a suicidal subject. The Subject was transported to Belton Research Hospital by West Peculiar EMS. 04/08/13 13:17 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/08/13 at 0945 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Ronald Harris into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00333 for Controlled Substance, bond $15,000, Mr Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/08/13 13:50 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/08/13 at 0945 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Steven Garcia into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00248 and 13CA-CR00254 for Fraudulenty Attempting To Obtain Controlled Substance, Total bond $12,500, Mr Garcia was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/08/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approxamately 1826 hours, Timmy L Rhoades Jr on an active Cass County. I served warrant # for Failure to register a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $ Cash Only. I also served warrant # for Driver license violation. Bond amount $ Cash only, as well as serving warrant # for Failure to wear a seat belt with a bond amount of $10.00 Cash Only. 04/08/13 18: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On April 08, 2013, at approximately 1910 hours, I investigated harassing text messages being received by Sharon Brooks at South State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been identified.

2 04/08/13 19: COTTONWOOD DR, BELTON On Monday, April 8th, 2013, at 1949 hours, I was dispatched to Cottonwood Drive in rural Belton, Missouri, reference a burglary. Upon arrival, I contacted Peggy S. Clear who stated that several power tools had been stolen from her detached garage. 04/08/13 23: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, April 8th 2013, at 2329 hours, I was dispatched to E. 195th Street in Rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a disturbance in progress. The victim, Teara D. Creamer stated she was assaulted by her live in boyfriend, identified as William J. Laginess, during an altercation. 04/08/13 23: RD ST, CLEVELAND On April 9th, 2013, I investigated a suspicious vehicle at 601 E. 223rd Street, Cleveland, Missouri. The driver, Smith, James, C., W/M, was given a courtesy ride from the scene and the vehicle was towed due it not being in running condition. 04/09/13 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0615 hours I responded to K-block regarding a medical emergency for Casey R. Johnson W/M. Inmate Johnson was transported to CRMC to be checked by medical staff. 04/09/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0935 hours, I made contact with William Douglas Yelton at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for fail to appear-dwr/dws. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/09/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE This motor vehicle accident apparently occurred as vehicle #1 was trying to park in a parking space and struck vehicle #2 which was already parked in a parking space and was unoccupied. 04/09/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1100 hours. I contacted Bradley G Bryant at the Cass County Jail. Subject turned himself in on active Harrisonville warrant # for Driving While Suspended and warrant # A for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety. Subject also turned himself in on Bates County warrant #12BS-CR00166 for Moving Violations. Bond was sert at $ Cash or Surety. Subject was booked in at the Jail and posted bond. 04/09/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1210 hours, I contacted Melinda T Foster at the Cass County Jail and served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00345 for Non-Support. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety. 04/09/13 13: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday April 9th 2013 I was dispatched to S Famuliner Road in regards to a subject armed with a knife threatening to injure herself. I contacted Klista I Graham the mother of the armed subject. A CIT form was completed and the subject was transported by EMS to Truman Lakewood Hospital.

3 04/09/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1415 hours, in Div. 2. I made contact with Donald Horton. Judge Wagner Remanded Donald Horton in case number 10CA-CR01270 Statutory Sodmy, Felony into custody, bond set at no bond and a court date of 1330 hours. I then transported Donald Horton to the Cass County jail. 04/09/13 16: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On April 9, 2013 at approximately 1643 hours, I responded to an information call at 100 Municipal way, Raymore, Missouri. The result of this call was a warrant arrest for Jackson and Buchanan County. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 04/09/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1615 hours, I made contact with Jennifer R Marrs at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00088 for Dist/Del/Manf/Produce controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/09/13 17: SHERWOOD DR, CREIGHTON On Tuesday April 9th 2013 I was dispatched to S Quarry Rd rural Creighton Missouri on a reported theft of $58.00 that occurred at the Sherwood School located at S Sherwood Rd. I spoke with Robert F Cornett who stated that money was stolen from his gym locked while at after school track practice. 04/09/13 20: PRYOR RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, April 10th, 2013, at approximately 2048 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at South Pryor Road in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Dustin M. Coe, white male, was placed into custody on an active Lake Winnebago warrant for Failure To Appear on a traffic citation. Mr. Coe was transported to the Lake Winnebago Police Department and released to a Lake Winnebago Police Officer on their charges. 04/09/13 22:24 90 SPRUCE ST, GARDEN CITY On April 9, 2013 at approximately 2224 hours I conducted a residence check at 90 Spruce St Garden City. Laura C. Cardwell w/f was located and arrested on active warrant through Cass County for stealing a motor vehicle with a $25, cash or surety bond and a court date of April 15, 2013 at 0900 hours. Subject was released to the Jail staff for further processing. 04/09/13 22:39 COMMERCIAL & LOCUST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, April 9th 2013, at 2039 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of Commercial Street and Locust Street in Harrisonville, Missouri on a black 1998 Ford Explorer. The front seat passenger, Billy J. Morgan, was arrested for an active Cass County warrant. 04/10/13 00: TH ST, BELTON On April 10th, 2013, I investigated a suicidal subject at 5801 E. 187th Street, lot #71, Belton, Missouri. The subject, attempted suicide by taking pills and was transported to the Research Belton Hospital for treatment where he was also arrested for an active Parole violation warrant. 04/10/13 15:28 JOHNSON COUNTY, KS JAIL, GARDNER On at 1134 hours. I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail refrence a warrant service. I then took Matthew Stout in custody on Cass County Warrant # 08CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $ 10,000 10% cash only. Mr Stout was transported to the Cass County Jail.

4 04/10/13 17: RD ST, RAYMORE On April 10, 2013 at about 1918 hours, I was dispatched to E. 203rd Street in reference to a stolen propane tank. The reporting party, Ms. Jennifer A Rugh, W/F said the tank has been removed with in the last two days. Upon arrival I noted where the tank was prior to removal, a suspect has been identified. 04/10/13 17: TH STREET, BELTON On April 10, 2013, I investigated a domestic assault that occurred at 4805 E. 215th Street in rural Belton, MO. I made contact with Kevin D. Shelley, W/M, who advised that he had been assaulted. The suspect was later arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 04/10/13 22:49 NB 49/RV PARK, PECULIAR On , I investigated a single vehicle accident that occurred on Interstate 49 near the Peculiar RV park. A Kia Optima struck an unknown object in the roadway. There were no reported injuries in the accident. 04/11/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0240 hrs I made contact with subject at the Cass County Jail who had an active Cass County Warrant. At that time I arrested the subject. 04/11/13 09:50 258TH ST AND LAKE ANNETTE ROAD, FREEMAN On at approximately 0952 hours I stopped a green Dodge Caravan at 258th Street and Lake Annette Road in reference to a subject wanted for a felony warrant. One subject Neal Huff was taken into custody for Cass County warrant 13CACR00147 with a bond of $7500 cash or surety. Mr. Huff was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/11/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/11/2013 at approximately 0918 hours, I made contact with Nancy J. Flinn at the Cass County Justice center on a Cass County case. I took Ms. Flinn into custody on an order of commitment to the Department of Mental Health for Cass County case #13CA-CR /11/13 11: WARD RD, RAYMORE On Thursday, April 11th, 2013, I was contacted in the front office in reference to service animal registration in Cass County. There is no further. 04/11/13 12: GUNN CITY RD, GARDEN CITY On April 11, 2013 at 1301, I responded to a report of burglary at Gunn City Road, Garden City, Missouri, that was reported by Donald Hyatt. It was reported that a game system was taken from the residence. Suspect was identified and arrested. 04/11/13 12: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On April 11, 2013 at 1237 hours, I responded to a report of stealing that was made by Jacob Rushly at his residence of E. 255TH Street, East Lynne, Missouri. No suspects have been located. 04/11/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/11/13, at approximately 1333 Hours, I made contact with Olivia M. Shelley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00426 for Domestic Assault 3RD Degree. Bond was set at $ , cash or surety and a court date of 04/16/13 at 0900 hours was given.

5 04/11/13 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1424 hours I responded to E 215th Street outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I spoke with Travis Knisely who stated someone had stolen his 1992 GMC Sonoma truck from the property. 04/11/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 04/11/13 I served a Cass County Warrant at the Cass County Jail to Laura C. Cardwell. 04/11/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday April 11th, 2013, at approximately 1418 hours, I made contact with Mr. James Wagner at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00540 for Driving While Intoxicated. 04/11/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1645 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to a walk in fraud investigation. Upon arrival I spoke with Timothy Snodgrass who stated his debit card had been compromised and used without his consent. 04/11/13 17: ST ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1714 hours I responded to 3606 E 261st Street outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a property damage report. Upon arrival I contacted Kevin Myers who stated someone had damaged his mailbox. 04/11/13 17: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On April 11, 2013, at approximately 1756 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a harassment. My investigation revealed that the victim Ashley N. Hall reports that a co-worker attempted to run her over with a vehicle at the parking lot of Sioux Chief located at South Peculiar Drive, Peculiar, Missouri. She also reported many instances of hostile work environment where Sioux Chief failed to do anything about her reports to the management. 04/11/13 19: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On April 12, 2013 I conducted a check the welfare investigation at E 175th Pleasant Hill, MO. Upon arrival I spoke with subjects both of whom stated that they were ok. No apparent crime occurred during this incident. 04/12/13 06: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On April 12, 2013, I conducted a prisoner transport from the Raymore Police Department to the Cass County Jail. I arrested Dylan J. Rish on an active Cass County felony warrant. 04/12/13 06: , BELTON On at 0321 hours, I was dipatched to the Belton Police Department in reference a warrant service. At approximately 0402hours, I took Gary Lee Rogers into custody on Cass County Warrant #13CA-CR00049, for Driving while revoked. A bond of $ Mr. Rogers was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/12/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1010 hours, I arrested Joseph S Noble on Harrisonville, Mo warrants. Bond was set at $310.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 1730 hours was given.

6 04/12/13 10: PONEY CREEK RD, FREEMAN On Friday April 12, 2013 I responded to 5705 East Pony Creek Road in rural Cleveland, in reference to non criminal domestic disturbance reported by John Schilb. All parties were identified in this case. 04/12/13 11: TH PL, BELTON On April 12, 2013 at approximately 1327 hours, I investigated a stealing at 3606 East 185th Place. The victim identified as Gayland R Boyle, reported that his utility trailer was stolen between the hours of 0900 and No suspect(s) have been identified. 04/12/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1340 hours, I made contact with Gary M. Menteer at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00376 for nonsupport. Bond was set at $1, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/12/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1345 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant to Cody Andrew McGannon. I served warrant # 13CA-CR00413 for Non- Support, with a $12, cash only bond with a court date of at 0900 hours. 04/12/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1351 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant to Anthony NMI Contreras. I served warrant # 09-CA-CR01386 for Non- Support, with a $4, cash only bond with a court date of at 0900 hours. 04/12/13 14:06 POLK CO JAIL, BOLIVAR On at 0935 hours. I responded to the Polk County, MO Jail refrence a warrant service. I then took Randi Mitchell into custody on Cass County Warrant # 13CA-CR00330 for Possession of a controlled substance, bond $ 7,500. Ms Mitchell was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/12/13 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday April 12th 2013 I was dispatched to E 267th rural Harrisonville Missouri in regards to the resident, Robert D Fullerton, reporting armed subjects trapped in his attic. Mr. Fullerton's mother, Joy A Fullerton, returned home and stated that she had just filed a 96 hours mental evaluation against her son, Mr. Fullerton. Mr. Fullerton was taken into custody and transported by Cpl. Messmer. 04/12/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1633 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I made contact with Gary Jon Walton Jr., and served warrant #13CA-CR00303 for Criminal Non Support with a court ordered signature bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 04/12/13 19: PEEK RD, PECULIAR On April 12, 2013, at approximately 1940 hours, I took a fraud report from Elmer Eger who lives at 8007 South Peek Road, Peculiar, Missouri. Mr. Eger received a fraudulent charge on his checking account and his bank required him to make a report.

7 04/12/13 21:40 I-49 AT 283RD STREET, HARRISONVILLE On April 12th, 2013 I investigated a motor vehicle accident involving a car that struck a coyote on I-49 near 283rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. There were no injuries as a result of this accident. 04/12/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On April 12, 2013 I took custody of Charles L. Williams, w/m, on court ordered shock time at the Cass County Jail. 04/12/13 23: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, April 12th, 2013 at approximately 2314 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Cortez Motel, located at 1302 North Commercial, Harrisonville, Missouri. Bradley W. Beach, white male, was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant #12CA-CR for Failure to Appear - Domestic Assault - 2nd degree. Mr. Beach was given a bond of $ Cash Only and a court date of Monday, April 15th, 2013 at 0900 hours. 04/12/13 23:26 49 F HWY, GARDEN CITY On April 12, 2013 at approximately 2326 hours I responded to 49 F Hwy Garden City in reference to recovered stolen items. I made contact with Brad L. Lund who told me he located his stolen horse gear. Items were recoevered and placed into evidence. 04/13/13 01: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, April 13th, 2013 at approximately 0119 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Pleasant Hill Police Department, located at 203 Paul Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Nicholas V. Smith, white male, was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant #12CA-CR00321 for Probation Violation - Domestic Assault - 3rd degree. Mr. Smith was given a bond of $ % Cash Only and a court date of Tuesday, April 16th, 2013 at 0900 hours. 04/13/13 07: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0755 hours, I made contact with James E Martin at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. Bond was set at $15,000.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/13/13 08: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0840 hours, I contacted Cynthia Marie Ressel at the Cass County jail and served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR for Probation Violation. Bond amount was was set at $4, Ten Percent Cash Only. 04/13/13 10: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday April 13th 2013 I was dispatched to S Raffurty Road rural Pleasant Hill Missouri on a reported stealing. I contacted Dale K Carlile who stated that sometime between Monday April 8th and today someone entered onto his property and took several items. There is no suspect information. 04/13/13 13: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 13, 2013, I attempted to stop a motorcycle for a traffic violation in the area of southbound 49, MM In the process of doing so, the driver on the mortorcyle increased his speed and failed to stop for my activated emergency equipment. A short time later, the driver of the motorcycle was taken into custody for fleeing at a Jazzi Mart located at East 275th, Street, rural Harrisonville, Missouri. 04/13/13 13: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday April 13, 2013, I was dispatched to S. State Route 7 highway in regards to Harassment. Dispatch further advised that reporting party, Don Crust, advised that the suspects were on their own property, harassing them by flipping them off and video recording them. I arrived on the scene and took a harassment report. 04/13/13 19:54 227/7, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, April 13th, 2013 at approximately 2008 hours, I responded to the area of 227th Street east of Shaffer Road, north of Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a vehicle motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred when vehicle #1, a yellow in color 1986 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling East bound on 227th Street. The driver, Troy D. Kidd, white male appeared to have lost control of the vehicle due to unknown reasons and went off the roadway near a driveway at the residence of East 227th Street, Harrisonville. It appears that when the driver tried to back the vehicle out of the ditch he then backed his vehicle into the ditch on the west side of the driveway. The driver was taken into custody for DWI - Alcohol. There were no injuries reported. 04/13/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/13/2013 at about 2000 hours, Talley, Steven Dirk. W/M turned himself in on an Order of Commitment # 12CA-CR Mr. Talley is to serve shock time and be released, no bond allowed. 04/14/13 08:27 YY/MARTHA, PECULIAR On April 14, 2013 at approximately 0844 hours, I assisted Peculiar Police Department with a prisoner transfer in the area of State Route YY and Martha Road, rural Peculiar. The result of this assistance was the transportation of Peculiar Police Departments arrest to the Cass County Sheriff's Office Jail for an active Cass County Warrant. 04/14/13 17: STATE ROUTE B, ARCHIE On Sunday April 14th, 2013 at approximately 1724 hours I was dispatched to State Route B in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Bryan S. Cameron and Brenda F. Cameron. No arrest where made as a result of the incident.

9 04/14/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday April 14th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in exparte violation. I contacted Britney J Sihak who said that the suspect violated an exparte. There is suspect information. 04/14/13 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On April 14, 2013 at approximately 1817 hours, I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 8007 East 227th Street, rural, Peculiar, Missouri. It was discovered during the investigation that both parties were under the influence of alcoholic beverages and were having a verbal argument over filing for Federal Tax s. There were no signs of physical violence and none was reported. The male subject later left the residence of his own free will once a safe driver arrived. This report will be a non-criminal report due to no crime being committed. 04/14/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On April 14, 2013 I took custody of Trevor M. Burke, w/m, on court ordered shock time at the Cass County Jail.
