I made contact with a Isaac Cotton who stated that he had possibly been bit by something or had an inflection on his leg. 06/04/18 00: VILLAGE DR, BELTON On 06/04/18 at 0057 hours I was dispatched to Loch Lloyd Parkway and Village Dr in reference to suspicious activity. The garage door for the residence was found unsecured. The area was checked with negative results. The owner of the residence was contacted. 06/04/18 03:07 7/N OF THUNDER, GARDEN CITY On June 4, 2018 at approximately 0310 hours, I was dispatched to 7 Highway, north of Thunder Road for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, I spoke with Lonnie Ball, who stated he swerved to miss deer, crossed the median, and his trailer overturned. 06/04/18 03: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On June 6th, 2018 at approximately 1158 hours I was dispatched to 1300 south cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. 2 06/04/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/08/2018, at approximately 1300 Hours, I made contact with Glenn Vetter, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Court order arrest. 06/04/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/2018 at approximately 1716 hours, I was contacted by Gerald Stutzman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding property stolen from his garage located at E 323rd St. outside of Garden City, MO. 06/04/18 17:23 NASH/327TH, On June 4, 2018 at approximately 1723 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Nash Road and 327th Street on a white Dodge pick up for a turn signal violation. A male subject was place into custody for an active Belton warrant and transported to the Belton Jail for processing. 06/04/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 06/04/2018 at approximately 1650 hours, Deputies responded to the Cass County Jail in regards to an Assault. A suspect has been identified. 06/04/18 18: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/2018, at approximately 1940 hours, I was dispatched to E 315th Street in reference to a stealing. Upon arriving at approximately 2004 hours, I contacted Benny Tripp Jr. who stated sometime between 06/02/2018 and 06/03/2018, twenty chickens and eggs were taken from his property. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 06/04/18 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Monday June 4, 2018 I responded to 1504 N. Lyne in rural Raymore, Missouri to conduct a residence check for Belton Police Department. A male party was contacted at the residence, and arrested on an active Lee's Summit warrant. 06/04/18 18: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On June 4, 2018 at approximately 2053 hours I responded to the area of E 259th Garden City, in reference to a hay bale fire. Upon arrival I made contact with Randall Lovewell who told me that 160 of his hay bales had been set on fire. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 06/04/18 19: LAKE ANNETTE RD, PECULIAR On June 4, 2018 at approximately 1941 hours I responded to Lake Annette road in reference to a disorderly subject. Upon arrival I spoke with Walter Plumb who stated that he wanted a female subject to leave, and she had already left the scene. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 06/04/18 20: TH ST, CLEVELAND On 06/04/2018 at approximately 2029 hours I was dispatched to a possible disturbance in progress at 200 east 220th Street, Cleveland, Missouri. It was a verbal argument and no crime had been committed. 06/04/18 20: LAKE ANNETTE RD, FREEMAN On 06/04/2018 at approximately 2047 hours I was on scene at south Lake Annette road, Freeman, Missouri, regarding a disorderly subject. When I went to leave the scene I backed my patrol vehicle into a tree causing damage to my vehicle.

Susan Barta stated the multi-unit postal unit had been damaged. The investigation revealed no mail had been taken. Shawn Manning stated someone broke into his storage building and stole items. Tonya Brunner reported a female party came onto her property. A suspect was identified and an arrest was made. 06/05/18 14: TH ST, KANSAS CITY On 06/10/2018 I responded to the Wyandotte County Jail Located at 710 N. 7th Kansas City, Kansas in reference to a warrant arrest. Upon arrival, I spoke with Zach Mowery, who wanted to get custody of his daughter. 06/06/18 08: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 6/7/18 at approximately 0859 I responded to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a possible suicide attempt. The incident appeared to have been an accidental mild overdose upon further investigation. 06/06/18 09: , EAST LYNNE On at approximately 1006 hours, I overheard East Lynn Police chief Lett say on the radio that she was investigating an assault that became apparent that the crime occurred outside her city limits. Chief Lett found the address of the incident to be E. 243rd Garden City, Mo.

Upon my arrival, I contacted Brian Carlton who reported a former Sapp Brother's employee failed to return uniforms. 06/06/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/06/2018, at approximately 1320 Hours, I made contact with Devon Lea Harris at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Fail to Appear-Driving while revoked/suspended - 1st Offense. 06/06/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday June 6th 2018 I made contact with Kesha Nichols in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Miss Romig reported the suspect had stolen a 2010 red Jeep Wrangler. Upon arrival I made contact with Kayla Pendarvis W/F. She was taken into custody for Cass county warrant #16CA-CR00368 probation violation $10, cash only. She was assigned a court date of 07/02/18 at 0900 hours. She was transported to the Cass County jail where she was turned over to the on-duty jail staff for further processing.

6 06/07/18 01:41 SOUTHFORK/319TH, DREXEL On at 0158, I arrived at S. Southfork Rd. just north of E. 319th St. in reference to a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident. The only occupant of the vehicle, the driver identified as Tyler R. Schaffer, received injuries in the accident and refused medical treatment. 06/07/18 03: FARAON ST, SAINT JOSEPH On June 8th, 2018 at approximately 0938 hours I was dispatched to 501 west faraon street, Saint Joseph, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. St Rt. 291 in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to threats made. Upon arrival I contacted Mary Parker who needed assistance getting out of bed and finding her purse. 06/09/18 20: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday June 9, 2018 at approximately 2043 hours, I was dispatched to S Famuliner road. In reference to an attempted stealing. Nothing was stolen or damaged according to the victim Ronald Graham. No suspects have been identified. 06/09/18 22:23 E 275TH/E OF Z HWY, GARDEN CITY On 06/09/2018, at approximately 2237 hours, I responded to the area of E 275th Street, East of State Route Z, reference a structure fire. An abandoned residence had been set on fire. The owner, John Winter, reported no loss due to the fact they were going to tear down the residence. 06/09/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 0822 hours I contacted Linda L Parker in the Law Enforcement Lobby at the Cass County Jail. I took custody of Ms. Parker and served her two Cass County traffic warrants. 06/10/18 01:07 TT/307TH, HARRISONVILLE On 06/10/2018 at approximately 0107 hours I found a motor vehicle accident located on State Route TT just north of 307th Street. The vehicle was unoccupied the driver was contacted there were no injuries as a result of this accident. 06/10/18 02: LAKE ANNETTE RD, LAKE ANNETTE On 06/10/2018, at approximately 0235 hours, I responded to the area of S. Lake Annette Road, Lake Annette, reference a single vehicle accident with injuries. The passenger and owner of the vehicle, Shaun Hornbeck, was transported to Research Medical Center with moderate injuries. A female subject was found and transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation. 06/10/18 05: CROWN PARK, BELTON On June 10, 2018 at approximately 0528 hours I responded to 7501 Crown Park reference possible suicidal subject. Upon arrival contacted a male subject who requested he be transported to the hospital. Subject was transported by ambulance to Research Belton Hospital. 06/10/18 13: HICKORY GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, June 10, 2018 at approximately 1345 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report at 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a firearm stolen from a vehicle located at S. Hickory Grove, Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO. A suspect has not been identified.

Upon arrival I contacted William Hotzler who stated his 2009 Dodge Truck had caught fire parked on the roadway in front of his residence. No crime was believed to have been committed. 06/10/18 13: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On 06/10/2018 at approximately 1359 hours I was dispatched to State Route D, Belton, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing of a motor vehicle. Thomas Johnson reported his Chevrolet pickup truck was stolen from his residence. The vehicle was recovered and suspect taken into custody. 06/10/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/10/2018 at approximately 1425 hours an inmate was transported to the hospital for injuries to her leg. 06/10/18 15:14 8 SPRING VALLEY CIR, BELTON On 06/10/2018 at approximately 1514 hours I was dispatched to 8 Spring Valley Circle, Belton, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal altercation occurred at this residence. No crime was committed. 06/10/18 15: ABBOTT DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 1535 hours I responded to S Abbott Drive outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to a disturbance no longer in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Alyssa Martin who stated she had been assaulted by a male subject. One suspect was identified and taken into custody. 06/10/18 18:37 STATE ROUTE 2 AND BRUSH COLLEGE, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1835 hours I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of State Route 2 and Brush College Road on a white Mazda MX5 in reference to a subject with an active felony warrant. Brian Krenzer was taken into custody in reference to a an active Missouri Department of Corrections warrant with no bond for a parole violation. Mr. Krenzer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/10/18 20:27 95 PIONEER ST, GARDEN CITY On Sunday June 10, 2018 at approximately 2027 hours, I was dispatched to 95 Pioneer street in Garden City. In reference to a verbal disturbance. I contacted Russell Hatfield who stated he was in an argument with a female subject. Nothing criminal took place at the time of the incident. 06/10/18 20: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On June 10, 2018 at approximately 2053 hours I responded to Brick plant road in reference to a disturbance that was not in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with Kristi Osborn who stated a male subject did not immediately leave her property when she told him to leave. There was no apparent crime at the time of report.
