Rumbo became very upset and started yelling and screaming all while banging on the cell window and door. She then hit her head on the wall several times. She was escorted to OB2 cell after she climbed on the wall in BK5 cell. After that she hit her head off the OB2 door and had to be restrained to keep her from harming herself further. 03/20/17 13: RD ST, FREEMAN On 03/20/2017 at 1356 hours I responded to the address of 6501 East 303rd Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a follow up regarding the welfare of an animal. My investigation revealed the owner of this property owned an elderly horse that had access to food and water. 03/20/17 14: MADISON, FREEMAN On 03/20/2017 at approximately 1401 hours I was dispatched to 104 Madison Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a male subject struck his son in law in the face. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway north of this intersection and overturned.
