1 04/15/13 09: LAKE ANNETTE RD, FREEMAN On at approximately 0958 hours I responded to S Lake Annette Road outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a tampering investigation. Upon arrival I contacted James Nissien who stated someone had tampered with the power line to steal electricity. 04/15/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Monday April 15th, 2013, at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with Mr. Rodney Bennett at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00983 for one count of Passing Bad Check. 04/15/13 12:44 HENRY COUNTY JAIL, CLINTON On 04/15/13 at 0938 hours. I responded to the Henry County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took James Carlson into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail to Appear, bond $ cash only, Mr Carlson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/15/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1100 hours, Sebastien Baca was remanded into custody in case number12ca-cr theft/stealing, and sentence to 20 days CCJ credited for time served and has 2 day to serve. I then transported Sebastien Baca to the CCJ. 04/15/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/15/13 at approximately 1018 hours I took Floyd, Garen S. into custody in Cass County division 4 on an active Cooper County warrant 11CO-CR00762 for FTA-Driving while revoked. Bond was set at $1,000. I transported Mr. Floyd to the Cass County jail for processing. 04/15/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 04/15/13 I served a Cass County Warrant at the Cass County Jail to Amber N. Roudebush. 04/15/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1410 hours, in Div 1 court room I made contact with Justin Sisk. Judge Collins sentence Justin Sisk in case number 12CA-CR01059, Possession, to a term of 5 years DOC. I then transported Justin Sisk to the Cass County jail. 04/15/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1400 hours,i arrested Joel Young in divison 1 court room for a Cass County Warrant. I served a Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00158 to Joel Young Failure to appear, Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash only and a court date of , at 1330 hours was given. 04/15/13 17: PONEY CREEK RD, FREEMAN On April 15, 2013 at approximately 1752 hours, I was dispatched to 5501 East Poney Creek Road located in rural Freeman, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that a watch was stolen from Darrell L. Williamson. A suspect has been identified at this time. 04/15/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1730 hours, I arrested Erin Elwell at the Cass County Jail on a bond surrender.

2 04/15/13 19: SUNRISE DRIVE, BELTON On at approximately 1920 hours, I responded to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office, in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival I contacted Anthony F. Hamlin w/m who stated that he and the suspect had a disagreement, and the suspect grabbed his face. 04/16/13 09: RD STREET, LEAVENWORTH On April 17, 2013, I conducted a prisoner transport from the Leavenworth County, Kansas Jail to the Cass County Jail. I arrested Scott A. Cross on a felony Cass County non-support warrant (#13CACR00295) with a $7, cash only bond. 04/16/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday April 16th, 2013, at approximately 0925 hours, I made contact with Mr. Dawaun Poke at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13-CAPBR-107 for Probation Violation. 04/16/13 13: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 16, 2013 at approximately 1347 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that items were stolen from a barn located at East 291st Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim was identified as Jack A. McGraw and a suspect has been identified at this time. 04/16/13 15:38 4TH/GAMBLE, STRASBURG On at 1558 hr. I responded to the 4th Street and Gamble Street, Strasburg, Missouri in reference a warrant service. I then took Candy Greenwood into custody on Cass County Warrant # 13-CA-CR00417, for DWI-Alcohol-Persistant Offender, bond $7, Ms. Greenwood was transported to the Cass County Jail 04/16/13 18:10 VANDALIA DOC, VANDALIA On 04/16/13 at approximately 0855 hours. I responded to Womens Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center to arrest Jamie Bise on a Cass County Warrant # 13CA-CR00107 for Passing a bad check, bond $2,500 10% cash only. MS Bise was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/16/13 18: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 1845 hours I responded to 7205 E 187th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to an animal call. Upon arrival I spoke with Amber Winkler who stated her neighbor's dog had attacked her dog. One suspect was issued a summons in this case. 04/16/13 18: BRIDLE LN, PECULIAR On , I investigated an Animal bite that occurred in the area of S. Bridle Lane in rural Peculiar. I contacted Megan R. Carroll who stated that she was bitten by a brown mix breed dog as she was running past S. Bridle Lane. The owners of the dog, have been identified and contacted. 04/16/13 20: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On April 16, 2013 at about 2013 hours, I was dispatched to E. 331st. Street in reference to a civil matter. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party Mr. Harper, Larry J. W/M who said that his neighbor had shot his dog, when the neighbors chickens were being attacked by his dog.

3 04/16/13 20:37 7/5 S OF HVILLE, GARDEN CITY On , at approximately 2050 hrs, I investigated a walk in non-injury motor vehicle accident that involved one vehicle verses a deer. The accident occurred on 7 hwy approximately 5 miles south of Harrisonville. 04/17/13 06: STATE ROUTE TT, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday April 17th, 2013 at approximatley 0701 hours I was dispatched to State Route TT Highway in reference to a stolen vehicle. On scene I made contact with Brock Mullis an employee of West Center Agri Services. No suspects have been identified in this incident. 04/17/13 06: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On April 17, 2013 at approximately 0744 hours, I investigated stealing that occurred at South Prospect, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim, identified as Dwayne J Perkins had two vehicles stolen from his residence during the evening hours. No suspect(s) have been identified. 04/17/13 08: CHANDLER RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday April 17th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in Identity Theft. I met with David J Yoder and his wife Jamie S Yoder in regards to their Social Security Numbers being use to file false tax returns. There are no suspects at this time. 04/17/13 10: E HWY, STRASBURG On Wednesday April 17th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office on a walk in Civil Matter / Harassment. I contacted Robert J Clawson and his daughter Cara L Clawson-Day in the lobby. They reported having trouble with a neighbor. 04/17/13 11: TH ST, FREEMAN On April 17, 2013 at approximately 1145 hours, I investigated a violation of a full order of protection at east 267th Street, Freeman, Missouri. The victim, identified as James D Marlow stated that the respondent in a full order of protection was currently in violation of the order and at his residence. The respondent was later contacted at the residence and taken into custody. A suspect has been identified. 04/17/13 12: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On April 17th, 2013 at approximately 1603 hours, I investigated stealing at South Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim, identified as Sandy Kaye Clutter reported her wallet was stolen from her vehicle located at her residence. The victim also reported that her stolen credit card was used shortly after in the metro area. No suspect(s) have been identified. 04/17/13 13:00 SB HARPER RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday April 17th 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop on a white 1998 Dodge Ram in the area of south bound I-49 at Harper Rd. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where a Drug Recognition Expert was able to ascertain that the driver's condition was from a previous medical condition. The driver was then released from custody. 04/17/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1357 hours, I contacted Jacob A Vanderecken at the Cass County Jail and served warrant #13CA-CR00442 for Make A terrorist threat with reckless disregard of risk causing evacuation/closure of building/inhabitable structure/place of assembly/facility of transportation. Bond was set st $25, Cash or Surety.

4 04/17/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1423 hours, I contacted Carol Jean Moorehouse at the Cass County Jail and served warrant #13CA-CR00443 for Theft/Stealing. Bond amount was set at $5, Cash or Surety. 04/17/13 15:39 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/17/13 at 0924 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Thomas Pettit into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00378 for Non Support, bond $4,000 cash only, Mr Pettit was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/17/13 17: CROWN PARK, BELTON On April 17, 2013 at approximately 1741 hours, I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 7286 Crown Park. It was reported that a man and women were involved in a loud verbal argument. Upon contacting the suspect, he advised that the female subject had an active full order of protection against him and signs of violence were present on his right hand. The victim reported that she was terrorized while at the residence by the suspect. The suspect was identified and taken into custody for violation of a full order of protection. 04/17/13 17:54 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/17/13 at 0924 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Christopher L Gilmore into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00384 for Non Support, bond $15,000 cash only, Mr Gilmore was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/17/13 18:03 ST JOE DOC, ST JOE DOC On 04/17/13 at 1339 hours. I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Cody Lemmer into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01143 for Receiving Stolen Property, bond $5,000 10% cash only, Mr Lemmer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/18/13 07:01 NB 49/MM 163, HARRISONVILLE On April 18th 2013 at 0706 hours. I responded to north bound I-49 at the 163 mile marker on a motor vehicle crash. The crash occurred when the vehicle lost control on the wet pavement and crossed through the median and struck the cable barrier. There were no injuries reported. 04/18/13 09: PIN OAK CT, 04/18/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1015 Hours, I made contact with Veronique Flynn in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The subject was arrested on active Cass County warrant 13-CA-CR00071 for tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Subject was escorted to the jail for processing. 04/18/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1645 hours, I made contact with Steven E Caffey at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00427 for Dwi-alcohol-persistent offender. Bond was set at $7,500.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

5 04/18/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1715 hours, I made contact with David James Haugen at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00453 for Domestic assault 3rd degree. Bond was set at $2,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/18/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/18/2013, at approximately 1829 Hours, I made contact with Taylor, Zachary Scott W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00419 for TVB - Driving while revoked/suspended 2nd. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 04/30/2013 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 04/18/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On April 18, 2013 I arrested Jessica R. Susko, w/f, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 12CA-CR01311 for passing bad checks. A court date of April 30, 2013 was given with bond set at $15,000 10% cash only. 04/19/13 00:47 7/MYRTLE, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, April 19th 2013, at 0047 minutes, I assisted the Pleasant Hill Police Department by transporting Roy V. Self to the Cass County Jail for an active Cass County warrant. 04/19/13 05: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 0830 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Dominick Callahan for active Cass County warrant 13CA-FTA298 for probation violation with a bond of $25,000 Cash or Surety. Mr. Callahan was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/13 05: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On April 19, 2013, at approximately 0518 hours, I assisted the Harrisonville Emergency Medical Center with a check the welfare call at South State Route C, Freeman, Missouri. Harrisonville Emergency Medical Center transported a male subject from the residence to Cass Regional Medical Center without incident. 04/19/13 07:16 MADISON STREET/HUBACH HILL, RAYMORE On April 19, 2013, I investigated a 3 car motor vehicle collision on S. Madison Street north of Hubach Hill Road in rural Raymore, MO. A black Nissan Maxima rear ended a teal Chevrolet Blazer that rear ended a purple Toyota Tacoma. There were no reported injuries. 04/19/13 09:27 CC/EAST 213TH ST, STRASBURG On April 19, 2013 I responded to the area of CC Highway and 213th Street in rural Strasburg, Missouri in reference to property damage that was reported by KCP&L Linesman. Voltage regulators were damaged by two suspects that left the area. The suspects have not been identified. 04/19/13 09: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1520 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Kari Lubbock for active Cass County warrant 13-CAPBR-87 for probation violation with a bond of $25,000 Cash or Surety. Ms. Lubbock was transported to the Cass County Jail.

6 04/19/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Friday April 19th, 2013, at approximately 1000 hours, I made contact with Ms. Brandi Pinon at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00040 for Criminal Non-Support. 04/19/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE at approximately 0845hours, Shane Carlson was remanded into custody for drug court violation, and sent to do 24 hours in the CCJ,I then transported Shane Carlson to the CCJ. 04/19/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 04/19/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 04/19/13 13: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1441 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Daniel Tittle and Charles Roberts for active Cass County warrants. Mr. Tittle was served with Cass County warrant 13-CAPBR-21 for probation violation. A bond of $10,000 Cash Only and Mr. Roberts had an active parole violation warrant. Both were transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/13 14:09 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/19/13 at 1051 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Timmothy E Griffith into custody on Cass County warrant # , and for Fail To Appear, bond $750 cash only, MR Griffith was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/13 15:01 SCHOOL RD/HUBACH HILL RD, RAYMORE On April 19, 2013, I investigated a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on S. Madison Street at Hubach Hill Road in rural Raymore, MO. A silver Cadillac CTS struck the rear end of a blue Chevrolet Colorado. I then took Michael D Render into custody on Cass County warrant # 08CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr Render was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/13 15:18 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/19/13 at 1051 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Fabian Bowman into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00662 for Fail to Appear, bond $10,000 10% cash only, Mr Fabian was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/13 15: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 19, 2013 at approximately 1531 hours, I was dispatched to East 273rd Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a possible suicidal subject. My investigation revealed that the person accused of being suicidal was not suicidal.

7 04/19/13 18: CEDAR RD, EAST LYNNE On April 19, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a harassment complaint at S Cedar road Pleasant Hill, Mo. Upon arrival I contacted a female subject, Andrea Shuffield, who stated she was receiving harassing phone calls and texts. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 04/19/13 18: MAIN, WESTLINE On April 19, 2013 I was dispatched to 101 N. Main West Line, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mrs. Irvin, Angela L. W/F who said that her husband had hit her and chocked her after he had woke up from a nap. Suspect was identified at the scene. 04/19/13 18: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On Friday, April 19, 2003 at approximately 1907 hours I was dispatched to the Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, MO reference to an animal bite. I contacted Karen Irvin who said that she was bitten by a dog at S. State Route M, Gunn City, MO. 04/19/13 21: JENNIFER LN, GARDEN CITY On Friday, April 19, 2013 at approximately 2118 hours I was dispatched to 603 Jennifer Lane, Garden City, MO reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. I contacted Danyel Graham who said that she was involved in a disturbance with her husband. It was determined that no crime had been committed. 04/19/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/2013 at approximately 2000 hours, I made contact with Richard L Schaller at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County Court Ordered Arrest. 04/20/13 01:38 S GRAND RIVER/277, FREEMAN On April 20, 2013 at about 0149 hours, I arrested Mr. Shoemaker, Paul L. W/M for driving while intoxicated at S. Grand River near 277th street. 04/20/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1930 hours, I arrested Kassen, Roman Erich, at the Cass County Jail, who turned himself in on an active Cass County Warrant #09CA-CR00629, for FTA - DWI. A bond of $5, was given. 04/20/13 02:57 NB 49/3 S OF PECULIAR, BELTON On April 20, 2013 I was dispatched to I-49 and 195th street, reference a motor vehicle crash. The crash occurred when vehicle # 1, a black Chevy Cruz struck a horse while driving north bound on I-49 near North Cass Parkway. No injuries were reported. 04/20/13 04: KING RD, PECULIAR On April 20, 2013 at about 0415 hours I was dispatched to S. King Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival the victim Mrs. Chenelle Carter W/F said that she was in fear for her life when her husband threw her phone at a wall, punched a wall with his fist and removed a pistol from a closet and was in the house with the gun. Suspect was identified and arrested at the scene. 04/20/13 09: WALNUT BLUFF RD, PLEASANT HILL On April 20, 2013 I responded to S. Walnut Bluff Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity, that was reported by Reese Nichols Realty. The residence had been damaged due to a burglary. Suspects have not been identified.

Upon arrival I contacted Kathy Mace and Connie Harper who stated their father was deceased. 04/20/13 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 20, 2013 at approximately 1134 hours, I was dispatched to the area of East 289th Street and Belle Plain Road located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that no crime had occurred. 04/20/13 16: WASHINGTON ST, EAST LYNNE On April 20, 2013 while conducting routine patrol of East Lynne, Missouri I observed a vehicle to have license plates of another vehicle. I made contact the plate owner Chase Williams at 403 Washington Street. Mr. Williams decline to prosecute for the stolen plates. No suspect was identified. 04/20/13 18: KIRCHER RD, GARDEN CITY On April 20, 2013 at about 1846 hours, I was dispatched to S. Kircher Road in reference to a verbal disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Ms. Moloski, Amie A. W/F who said that her and her boyfriend were involved in a verbal disturbance. Ms. Moloski said that she was leaving his residence and returning home. Suspect was identified and arrested on a Henry County Probation Violation Warrant. 04/21/13 07: FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2013 at approximately 0752 hours, I was dispatched to South Freedom Road located at rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a vehicle theft. My investigation revealed that a 2006 Ford F-150 was stolen from the address. The victim was identified as Jay B. Lepley. No suspect has been identified at this time. 04/21/13 08:39 SW CORNER TWIN PINES AND BLINKER LIGHT, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2013 I responded to the area of Blinker Light Road and Twin Pines Street, in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an abandoned vehicle that was reported by Mickey Roach. The vehicle was reported as stolen from Independence Missouri. The vehicle was recovered. Suspect has not been identified. 04/21/13 09: CAPTAIN MERRIMAN, FREEMAN On Sunday, April 21st, 2013, I conducted a welfare check at 1009 Captain Merriman, Freeman, Missouri, at the request of social services. There is no suspect and no crime occurred. 04/21/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/21/13 at approximately 1006 hours, myself, Dep. M. Brooks #675, and Sgt. D. Roberts #644 were notified by master control to respond to K block in the Cass County Jail for a medical emergency. Upon arrival, an Inmate was having a medical condition. HEMS responded to the Cass County Jail and transported the inmate to the Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 04/21/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 04/21/13 at approximately 1038 hours, I received a Cass County warrant, from Dispatch, for Walter Lee Wilson Jr. at the Cass County Jail. I served Mr. Wilson Cass County warrant #weekend, bond $10, cash only.

9 04/21/13 14: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On at approximately 1532 hours I responded to Raymore PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Willie Hunter for active Cass County warrant 13-CAFTA and 13-CAFTA-239 for possession of controlled substance with a bond of $20,000 10% Cash Only. Mr. Hunter was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/21/13 17: SCOTT, PLEASANT HILL On April 21, 2013 I responded to Scott Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a civil child custody incident that was reported by Kevin Hobbs. No criminal actions were reported or observed. Subjects have been identified. 04/21/13 21:30 JEFFERSON PKWY/COMMUNITY CENTER, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2138 hrs, I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Jefferson Parkway south of Waters Rd. in Harrisonville Mo. The crash involved a gray Dodge Charger that struck a deer. No injuries were reported. 04/21/13 21:40 JEFFERSON PARKEWAY SOUTH OF WATERS, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2013 I struck a deer with my patrol vehicle. This occurred on Jefferson Parkway south of waters road. There was no injuries. The was damaged to the front end of patrol vehicle #71. 04/21/13 22:01 355TH/CONNELLY, ARCHIE On Sunday, April 21, 2013 at approximately 2201 hours I was dispatched to the Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to an animal bite. I contacted Amanda Lewis who said that she was bitten by her cat at 355th Street and Connelly Lane, Archie, MO.
