1 10/09/17 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/09/2017, at approximately 0035 Hours, I made contact with Kaitlyn Chadwick at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR for a Probation Violation. 10/09/17 01: RD ST., BELTON On Monday, October 9, 2017 at 1121 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Christopher H. Scheele was placed into custody on Cass County felony warrant #17CA-CR00951 and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Scheele was given a bond of $ % cash only and a court date of Thursday, October 7, 2017 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts. 10/09/17 02: GOLFVIEW DR, PLEASANT HILL On 1/09/17 at approximately 0241 hours I observed a maroon Hyundai Sante Fe bearing Missouri handicapped license that showed to be expired September I conducted a vehicle stop on the vehicle near 312 Golfview Drive in Pleasant Hill. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 10/09/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/09/2017 at approximately 0925 hours, Drug paraphernalia was located inside the Cass County Jail. Suspect has been identified. 10/09/17 09: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 9, 2017 at approximately 0953 hours, I was dispatched to Sapp Brothers Truck Stop at SW Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to stealing. A suspect has been identified. 10/09/17 11: HERON DR, LAKE ANNETTE On at approximately 1105 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a peace disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Randolph Freeman who stated a female subject had screamed at him and threw rocks at his vehicle in the area of Heron Drive in Lake Annette, MO. 10/09/17 11: MARTHA CIR, PECULIAR On at approximately 1149 hours I responded to the front office of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a lost or stolen handgun. Upon arrival I made contact with Dirk Bauer who stated he had discovered a handgun missing from his residence in the process of moving. 10/09/17 13:11 LONG ST/F ST, CREIGHTON On Monday, October 9, 2017 at approximately 1312 hours I conducted a pedestrian check at the intersection of Long St and F St in Creighton, MO. I contacted Bobby Bryant and a computer check revealed he had active warrants out of Henry County, Clinton Police Department, and Bates County. The warrants were confirmed and Mr. Bryant was taken into custody. 10/09/17 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 9, 2017 I responded to E. 255th Street Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a civil matter. James Newell reported that he allowed Brittany Quinn to use his Honda Civic and has not received the vehicle back since October 6, 2017.

2 10/09/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday October 9th 2017 I was contacted at the Cass County Jail by Brandon D Beymer in regards to a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Beymer was taken into custody, served his warrant and processed into the jail. 10/09/17 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Monday October 9, 2017 I assisted with a shooting investigation at 1201 North Lyne Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri which was reported by John Adams. A suspect has been identified in this case. 10/09/17 20: WALNUT GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/09/2017 at approximately 2029 hours I was dispatched to South Walnut Grove Road rural, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, regarding an assist an outside agency. One male juvenile was transported by Pleasant Hill Fire and Rescue to Lee's Summit Hospital. 10/09/17 21:45 BELTON PD, BELTON On 10/10/2017 at approximately 0316 hours I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department regarding a prisoner transfer. One female was transported to the Cass County Jail on active Cass County warrants. 10/10/17 00: TH ST, BELTON On Monday 10/9/17 at approximately 0004 hours I responded to 2208 E 187th St in Belton Missouri in regards to a death. Upon my arrival I found Kevin M. Muchnick to have died. It was undetermined if a crime occurred at time of report. 10/10/17 08: EMERALD VIEW DR, RAYMORE On at approximately 0847 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a theft of prescription medications. Upon arrival I contacted Nancy Armstrong who stated someone had stolen her prescription medication delivery from her mailbox. No suspects have been identified at this time. 10/10/17 09:39 HENRY COUNTY JAIL, CLINTON On at 0939 hours, I responded to the Henry County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Josiah Edwards into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01299 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Edwards was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/10/17 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On October 10, 2017 at approximately hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department for recovery of property. It was reported that property had been turned over to Raymore Police that was found at 1504 N. Lyne Avenue, Raymore, Missouri. 10/10/17 13:07 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On at 1516 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Brandon Conner into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. I also served warrant # 17CA-CR00106 AND 17CA-CR00112 Fail To Appear, total bond $10,000 10% cash only.mr. Conner was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/10/17 13:07 DEKALB COUNTY, PATTONSBURG On at 1307 hours, I responded to the Daviess-Dekalb Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Drake into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01213 for Fail To Appear, bond $1,000 cash only. Mr. Drake

Mr. Drake was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/10/17 15: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 10th, 2017 at approximately 1543 hours I was dispatched to South Brush College, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a burglary that had occurred. A suspect has not been identified. 10/10/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1500 hours, I arrested Jason R. Cooksey as he turned himself into the Cass County Jail on an active Blue Springs warrant. 10/10/17 20: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On 10/10/2017, at approximately 2052 hours, I responded to the Minit Mart, 504 S Commercial, Harrisonville, in reference to an assist other agency with the Harrisonville Police Department. My investigation resulted in the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a vehicle. Three suspects have been identified in this incident. 10/11/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/10/17 at about 1359 hours, I made contact with Christian Jarrett Ladd in Div. II court on a Cass County warrant. Mr. Ladd was taken into custody on the warrant and a bond was set at $ cash only or release on ROR after 48 hours, and a court date of 11/07/17 at 0900 hours was given. 10/11/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/10/17 at about 1426 hours, Autry Coleman Hines was remanded to my custody. No Bond was set and no court date was given due to the subject being sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections. 10/11/17 10: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday October 11th, 2017 at approximately 1031 hours I conducted a residence check at S. McClain Road in Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival a white male was taken into custody on a active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/11/17 11:48 291/ROYAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 11th, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop on a silver in color Buick four door sedan for expired plates. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody on active Grandview municipal warrants. 10/11/17 12: GRABE RD, PECULIAR On 10/11/2017 at approximately 1215 hours I was dispatched to Grabe Road, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Jackie Webb reported a flat screen television was stolen from his residence. A suspect was identified. 10/11/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1743 Hours, I made contact with Allison Elaine Chitwood, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00329, bond was set at $4, % Cash Allowed, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 10/11/17 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1015 hours, I made contact with Terence Persons at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR Bond was set at $ % cash allowed and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

4 10/11/17 22: TH ST, CLEVELAND On October 11, 2017 at approximately 2251 hours, I was dispatched to 4506 E. 215th Street in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival I spoke with Rhonda Toler who stated a fraudulent purchase was made with her credit card. A suspect was identified. 10/12/17 03: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/12/17 at 0305 hours I was dispatched to S. Rafferty Road in reference to a single car motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I observed a black Chevrolet S10 bearing Missouri license that had struck the ditch. No injuries were reported. One party was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. The vehicle was towed from the roadway. 10/12/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/12/2017, at approximately 0955 hours, I took custody of Tyson, Neal Alen on an active Johnson County, Ks warrant. 10/12/17 11: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On 10/12/2017 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an information call. Barry Wright reported an incident with an employee at this address. No crime was committed. 10/12/17 11:27 TANEY COUNTY, FORSYTH On 10/12/17 at 1127 hours, I responded to the Taney County, Mo Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Zachary Taylor into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00419, and for Fail To Appear, Total bond $16,000 10% cash only. Mr. Taylor was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/12/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 12, 2017 at approximately 1941 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office for a informational call. I made contact with Timothy Segars who stated his wife is violating their child custody order. 10/12/17 20:59 COUNTRY CLUB/7, PLEASANT HILL On 10/12/17 at approximately 2059 hours while driving through Pleasant Hill I observed two white males actively fighting on the north east corner of the intersection of 7 Hwy and Country Club. I requested Pleasant Hill police department respond. The Pleasant Hill police department took two parties into custody. 10/13/17 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, October 13, 2017 at approximately 1055 hours I was dispatched to meet personnel from the Department of Natural resources at E. 245th St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to complaints of burning tires. Austin Mattox was contacted and a review of the property was conducted with numerous tires and two burn piles located. This report is for information only. 10/13/17 10: HAROLD DR, BELTON On October 13, 2017 at around 1018 hours, I attempted to catch up to a white Chevrolet pickup truck, which was traveling southbound on Harris Ave., in Belton, MO in regards to the driver possibly being revoked with active warrants. At 1020 hours, the truck was located unoccupied in the driveway of a private residence. The truck was towed from the residence at the request of the property owner. The driver was unable to be found.

5 10/13/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0950 hours I made contact with Hendrix, Jeffry in DIV 4 court room. Mr. Hendrix was severed with Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00898 for stealing. 10/13/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1040 hours I made contact with Longacre, Christopher in DIV 4 court room. Mr. Longacre was remanded into custody per Judge Rumley. 10/13/17 12: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On October 13, 2017 at approximately 1216 hours, I was dispatched to S. Cleveland Avenue Belton, Missouri in regards to a check the welfare. Subject was contacted and found to be ok. 10/13/17 13: FARAON, ST JOSEPH On at 1310 hours, I responded to the Mosaic Life Center 5235 Faraon St. Joseph, MO reference a warrant service. I then took Jack Wilson into custody on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR for Fail to Obey a judge's order, bond $5,000 cash only. I also served # 17CA-CR00065, 17CA-CR00278, 17CA-CR00281 and 17CA-CR00089 for Fail to Appear. The total bond was set at $4,000 10% cash allowed. Mr. Wilson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/13/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1315 hours, I was notified of an abandoned vehicle in the Justice Center west parking lot. The vehicle was identified, inspected and a report was made. Miller Tow removed the vehicle from the lot. 10/13/17 14: TH ST, BELTON On October 13, 2017 at approximately 1419 hours, I was dispatched to 6108 E. 187th Street Belton, Missouri in regards to a violation of ex parte. The reporting party requested no action to be taken at this time and requested documentation of the events. 10/13/17 16:28 160TH/WARD RD, On October 13, 2017 at approximately 1600 hours, I was conducting routine patrol of the northern end of Mullendyke in rural Raymore, Missouri. A vehicle stop was conducted that resulted in the recovery of controlled substance. Two subjects were taken into custody. 10/13/17 16:52 EXCELSIOR RD/227TH, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, October 13, 2017 at approximately 1653 hours I was contacted in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Excelsior Rd at 223rd St in rural Harrisonville, MO. Richard Brattin stated someone was possibly trespassing on his property. Randy Burkhart was contacted and taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00430 for Non-Support, Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Months with a bond of $5000 with 10% cash only and revealing a court date of 12/28/17 at 0900 hours and active Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear on Failed to Register Vehicle ordinance which revealed a bond of $250 cash only and a court date of 10/24/17 at 0900 hours. 10/13/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1725 hours, I came in contact with David M. Thomas at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR00973 was issued for felony stealing. A signature bond was given.

6 10/13/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1800 hours, I arrested Sebastian G. King at the Cass County Jail reference to order of committment # He was sentenced to 2 days of shock time for DWI. 10/13/17 21:11 BEL RAY BLVD NORTH OF 58 HIGHWAY, BELTON On Friday October 13, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop on Bel Ray Boulevard south of 170th in Belton, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for driving while revoked. 10/13/17 22: WHITE AVE, GRANDVIEW On Friday October 13, 2017 I assisted Grandview Police Department with a K9 Sniff of a vehicle which they stopped. The K9 sniff resulted in nothing found during the search. 10/14/17 00: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday 10/14/17 at approximately 0021 I responded to S. West Outer Road in Harrisonville Missouri (Sapp Bros.) in regards to recovered property. Upon my arrival I was given a small clear plastic bag containing a white crystalline substance. A suspect has been identified. 10/14/17 00: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On 10/14/2017, at approximately 0035 hours, I was contacted by a male subject, Ricky Davis, while on stationary patrol in the area of State Route 58 and Prairie Lane. Mr. Davis stated he had been assaulted by a female subject at 906 N Mullen, Harrisonville. My investigation resulted in the arrest of a female subject for domestic assault. 10/14/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/14/2017, at approximately 1120 Hours, I made contact with Brian Reed Mckeown at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00819 for Stealing - $750 or more and 14CA-CR00266 for Failure to Appear, Driving While Revoked/Suspended 2nd or Subseqent Offense and Failure to Register Motor Vehicle. 10/14/17 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On October 14, 2017 I responded to the Cass County Justice Center with an application for a search warrant. The search warrant was signed and ready for service. 10/14/17 12: RD ST, BELTON On 10/15/2017, at approximately 0315 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department, 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, in reference to a warrant service. I took Kimberly Harding, W/F, into custody on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00073 for FTA- Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $ %cash only and a court date of 12/28/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 10/14/17 13: MORGAN ST., BOONVILLE On 10/14/2017 at 1300 hours, I responded to the Cass County Jail reference a warrant service. 7 10/14/17 17: CROWN PARK, BELTON On October 14, 2017 at approximately 1742 hours I responded to 7377 Crown Park in reference to an ex parte violation. Upon arrival I contacted Shyla Greve, who stated that a male subject was on her property who was not supposed to be there. A suspect was identified and contacted in this incident. 10/14/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 10/14/17 19: TH TER, PECULIAR 10/14/17 23: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On 10/14/2017 at approximately 2329 hours I was dispatched to Rooster s Bar located at 100 South Seven Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, regarding a possible disturbance involving a knife. There was actually no knife involved and no disturbance took place according to parties involved. 10/15/17 08: AMARUGIA RD, ARCHIE On October 14, 2017 at 0842 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office lobby, 2501 W. Mechanic St., Harrisonville, MO, in reference to contacting a female in the lobby. My investigation revealed that a domestic assault 4th degree possibly occurred at the residence of S. Amarugia Rd., in rural Archie, Missouri. No subjects were taken in to custody at the time of my investigation. 10/15/17 09: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, October 15, 2017 at approximately 1306 hours I was dispatched to SE Outer Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of an animal bite. Bruce Scott stated he was bitten when he attempted to break up a dog fight. Mr. Scott received medical treatment and was released. 10/15/17 12: WALKER ESTATES RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, October 15, 2017 at approximately 1218 hours I was dispatched to S. Walker Estates Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of found property. Roger Brenner stated he had found numerous driver's licenses and credit cards in an car purchased to use in demolition derby contests. 10/15/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1255 hours, I came in contact with Darin W. Thomas at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The After Hours warrant was issued for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $35,000.00, 10% cash only. 10/15/17 18: HURLEY ST, PECULIAR On October 15, 2017 at 1712 hours, I assisted Cass County Tactical Response Team and Peculiar Police in an execution of a search warrant at the residence of 707 S. Hurley St., in Peculiar, Missouri. After the search warrant was served and the scene was secure, I transported Kevin D. Kloster, wm, to the Cass County Jail for Peculiar Police Department.

8 10/15/17 20:18 A/SHIPLEY, ARCHIE On 10/15/2017, at approximately 2030 hours, I responded to the area of A Hwy and Shipley Road, in reference to a vehicle sitting on A Hwy with no lights and two occupants. My investigation lead to the recovery of a nail gun that was believed to be stolen. However after further investigation no charges will be sought. 10/15/17 20: MARTHA RD, PECULIAR On Sunday 10/15/17 at approximately 2028 hours I responded to S Martha Rd in Peculiar Missouri in regards to suspicious activity. Upon arrival it was discovered that no crime had occurred. 10/15/17 20:37 D/58 HIGHWAY, BELTON On October 15, 2017 at approximately 2039 hours I responded to D highway and 58 highway in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject who appeared to be having mental problems. The female subject was transported by Ambulance to Research Main hospital for evaluation. 10/15/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/2017at approximately 2240 Hours, I made contact with Colby Parrish at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00974 for Leaving scene of accident-property damage exceeding $1,000 and Property damage 1st degree. 10/15/17 23:14 PECULIAR DRIVE/C HWY, PECULIAR On 10/15/2017, at approximately 2314 hours, I responded to the area of North Cass Parkway north of Dean Road, where I got involved in a vehicle pursuit per the request of the Peculiar Police Department. The pursuit resulted in the apprehension of Austin Reese, W/M, on Jackson County warrant 1416 CR04336 for felony Probation Violation. Bond was set at $ cash only. Additional charges are being sought in regards to the pursuit and associated incidents.
