1 04/02/18 01:29 166TH/JERRY, RAYMORE On 04/02/2018, at approximately 0112 hours, while responding to a call for service in the area of N Jerry and E 166th Street, I observed a white male walking in the area and conducted a pedestrian check to identify if he was a possible suspect. The white male James Bedford, was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00037 for FTA- Domestic Assault 3rd. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 05/31/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 04/02/18 02: HWY, HARRISONVILLE On 02/28/2018 at approximately 0228 I was dispatched to State Route 7 regarding an injury motor vehicle accident. The driver was transported to the hospital due to injuries. The vehicle was also towed due to disabling damage sustained from the accident. 04/02/18 09: RD ST, BELTON On at 0019 hours, Steven S. Maxwell was arrested on 3 active Cass county warrants. Mr. Maxwell was transported to Cass County Jail. 04/02/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1215 Hours, I made contact with Jessica R. Brasel, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Johnson County MO warrants. I arrested Mrs. Brasel Johnson County warrants numbers 17JOCR00493, and 17JOCR , bond was set at $25, CASH ONLY. 04/02/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE Voided Report Number 04/02/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/02/2018 at approximately 1245 hours while in the secondary control room, I was contacted via intercom by an inmate in K block who advised the fire sprinkler was going off. It was reported that it was accidently broken. 04/02/18 13: MAIN, FREEMAN On Monday 4/2/18 at approximately 1414 hours I made contact via telephone with Julie M. Eason, W/F, an employee at the Freeman Missouri Post Office. Ms. Eason told me that on Friday, 3/30/18 and Saturday, 3/31/18, dead animals had been found inside of mailboxes on her delivery route. 04/02/18 14:07 77 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On , I arrested Jeremiah T. Denson w/m on a Jackson County Warrant. I responded to 77 Merle Road in rural Pleasant Hill for a welfare check and transported Mr. Denson to the Cass County Jail. He was arrested on Jackson County Warrant 1516CR /02/18 14: WARD RD, RAYMORE On , at approximately 1436 hours, I responded to a call of abandon property near the corner of N Ward Rd and 171st. There was a PJ Trailer was found on the property. Upon arrival I made contact with Harp, Robert W/M and gathered information for the report. 04/02/18 17: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 3rd, 2018 at approximately 1055 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Robert Bissonnette was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #18CACR00309, driving while intoxicated, and count 2 careless, and imprudent driving. A bond of $ % cash allowed was given. Mr. Bissonnette was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/02/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/02/2018, at approximately 1815 hours, I made contact with Jillian C. Littge at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00321 for Tampering With A Motor Vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only and a court date of 05/31/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 04/02/18 22: INDEX RD, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 2230 hours I was dispatched to S. Index Road to assist EMS on a medical call. Upon arrival at approximately 2249 I made contact with Kozisek, Claudia who told me that her sister had fallen in the hallway then lost conscious. Garden City EMS was providing care to the victim. 04/02/18 22: SHADOW GLEN DR, PECULIAR On at 2306 hours, I arrived at Shadow Glenn Dr. and made contact with Christina M. Hembree-Mittag in reference to a domestic disturbance that occurred earlier in the evening. During my contact with Ms. Hembree-Mittag, I was advised that Peculiar Police Department responded to the earlier disturbance and nothing criminal had occurred between Peculiar Police Department clearing the scene and my arrival. 04/03/18 04: SMITH ST, BLUE SPRINGS On April 3rd, 2018 at approximately 1239 hours I was dispatched to 1100 south west smith street, Blue Springs, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Brittany Arias was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR00737, Forgery, and given a bond of $ % cash only. Ms. Arias was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/03/18 07: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On April 3, 2018 at approximately 0802 hours, I was dispatched to 213 Main Street, Garden City for suspicious activity. Upon arrival, I made contact with Dawna Lewty who stated someone entered her residence and took various items. No suspects were identified. 04/03/18 08: LEXINGTON RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday 4/3/18 at approximately 0855 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri, the Cass County Sheriff's Office, in regards to a Non-Caretaker Referral. The referral was forwarded to Detective Osterberg of the Harrisonville Police Department as the reported event occurred within their city limits. 04/03/18 09: RD ST, BELTON On 04/03/2018 at 0902 hours, I responded to 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, for a Warrant Service. I made contact with Jonathan T Adams, w/m, and transported him to the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County Warrant. Mr. Rayford was transported to Cass County Jail. 04/03/18 09:29 TROOP A/JACKSON COUNTY, 04/03/18 10:23 252/PECULIAR DR, HARRISONVILLE On 04/03/2018, at approximately 1023 hours, I responded to a call at 252nd and Peculiar Dr of an abandon vehicle. The owner was unable to be contacted and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 04/03/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1130 hours. While in Secondary control I discovered a female was sending mail to an inmate, which was a violation of her bond conditions. 04/03/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1410 Hours, I made contact with Cory Austin Mays at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for no seat belt. Bond was set at $10.00 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/03/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximate 1450 hours, while in secondary control, I observed two inmates fighting in a population G-Block. 04/03/18 22: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2258 hours I was dispatched to S. Bell Plain road Harrisonville, MO for a burglary. I made contact with Hinrichs, Teresa M. on the east side of the barn. Mrs. Hinrichs told me she had several items taken from her residence. A suspect has been identified. 04/04/18 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0315 Hours, I made contact with Clayton Collins, a white male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served a Cass County Warrant. 04/04/18 06: HIGHLAND RIDGE DR, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOYD On 04/04/18 at 0635 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Byron Pierce B/M who advised items were removed from his residence. It was determined to be a civil issue and not a stealing. 04/04/18 07: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/04/2018, at approximately 0730 hours, I arrived at E. 251st St in regards to property damage. Upon arriving I contacted Dolores Duffey. Ms. Duffey reported property damage to her cell phone. Through my investigation, this was determined to be a civil matter.

4 04/04/18 08: LAKE ANNETTE RD, LAKE ANNETTE On I was dispatched to Lake Annette Road, Lake Annette Mo.,reference a house fire investigation. 04/04/18 12: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at approximately 1240 hours I was dispatched to E. 219th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to an activated alarm and property owner was not home. The basement door was found to be forced open. Leland Reed stated he believed no items were taken. A suspect has not been identified. 04/04/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 4/4/2018, at approximately 1430 Hours, I made contact with Brandon D Beymer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Failure to Appear - Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. 04/04/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 4/4/2018, at approximately 1543 Hours, I made contact with Khayla R McClinton at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00350 for Domestic Asault - 2nd Degree. 04/04/18 18: ND ST, GARDEN CITY On 04/04/2018, at approximately 1904 hours, I responded to E 272nd Street, Garden City, reference a medical call. A subject at the residence was seen by Garden City Emergency Medical Services. 04/04/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/04/2018, at approximately 2210 Hours, I made contact with Michael Lippert at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CR-CR00066 for Burglary- 2nd degree. 04/05/18 00:48 NB49/MM 150.8, On April 5, 2018 at approximately 0048 hours, I conducted a vehicle check in the area of NB Interstate 49 and MM A gold in color Chevy Trailblazer was observed to be parked on the shoulder of the roadway with it's hazard lights on. A subject was placed into custody for an active felony narcotics warrant out of Bates County. 04/05/18 01: RD ST, EAST LYNNE On 04/05/2018, at approximately 0111 hours, I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on E 243rd Street west of State Route M. Upon catching up to the vehicle after turning around I found it abandoned on E 243rd Street with the driver door open. This investigation is ongoing. 04/05/18 03: LAKESIDE LN, BELTON On 04/05/2018 at approximately 0347 hours I was dispatched to the area off south Mullen road and 187th Street rural Belton, Missouri, regarding a suspicious activity call. Contact was made with the individuals a Jerry Jennings Jr. was arrested on an active warrant out of the Grandview Police Department. 04/05/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 4/5/2018, at approximately 0756 Hours, I made contact with Randy B Burkhart at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 18-CAFTA-540 and 18-CAFTA542 for Failute to Appear - Driving While Revoked or Suspended, and Failure to Appear - Failed to Register Vehicle.

Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, where I presented an application/affidavit for a search warrant in relation to Cass County Sheriff's Office incident report number The application was reviewed and at approximately 1047 hours on April 3, 2018, Cass County search warrant number 18CA-MC00307 was signed by the Honorable Judge Collins. Search warrant number 18CA-MC00307 was executed on April 5, For further information, refer to incident report number /05/18 10:23 D/195, BELTON On 04/05/2018, at approximately 1023 hours, a traffic stop was initiated on D highway for speeding. Upon recieving information from dispatch it was discovered the driver had an active warrant out of Vernon County for Failure to Appear Passing Bad Checks. Subject was taken into custody. 04/05/18 11: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On at approximately 1110 hours I was dispatched to contact Steve Krause by phone in reference to a lost license plate. Mr. Krause stated he lost the license plate off of his utility trailer sometime between and /05/18 13: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/05/2018 at approximately 1644 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass Regional Medical Center at 2800 Rock Haven Rd. in Harrisonville, MO to the report of a female with an active Missouri Probation and Parole warrant. Upon my arrival, I Katherine Mitchell on warrant #18SRBR9 for Violation of Probation-Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $5, Cash Only. No court date was given. 04/05/18 15:08 SYCAMORE AND MULLEN, BELTON On 04/05/2018, at approximately 1510 hours, a vehicle stop was conducted at Sycamore/Mullen in Belton. The juvenile driver was released from the scene. 04/05/18 15: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Thursday, April 5, 2018 at approximately 1606 hours I was dispatched to 407 E 3rd St, Creighton, MO in reference of a request to assist the Division of Family Services with contacting a resident. Linda Helm stated the resident was not at the address. A follow up has been planned at another date. 04/05/18 18:32 O HWY/S W HWY, FREEMAN On 04/05/2018, at approximately 1832 hours, I was dispatched to area of O highway and W highway. Upon my arrival I made contact with one male subject. 04/05/18 23: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On 04/05/2018, at approximately 2327 hours, I responded to E 323rd Street, Garden City, in reference to a disturbance. An investigation showed Hannah Gall had been assaulted by another subject at the residence. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 04/06/18 09: TH ST, BELTON On 04/06/2018, at 0950 hours, I responded to 5801 E 187th St, Belton, for a call reported a burglary. I made contact with Virginia Hutchison, w/f, who stated that $10,000 worth of coins had been stolen from her home. A suspect has been identified for this crime.

6 04/06/18 10: EVANS RD, STRASBURG On , I investigated a civil matter that occurred at S. Evans Road in rural Pleasant Hill. I contacted Larry D. Kern who stated that he never received an item that he ordered on EBay, and he was instructed by EBay's dispute resolution to obtain a police report. 04/06/18 11: NELSON RD, DREXEL On Friday 4/6/18 at approximately 1130 hours I responded to S. Nelson Rd in Drexel Missouri in regards to a horse out. The horse was located and its owner was notified. 04/06/18 11: PLUM ST, WEST LINE On April 6, 2018 at approximately 1233 hours, I was dispatched to 207 Plum, Cleveland, Missouri to assist the Division of Family Services. Upon arrival, I made contact with Natalie Stone with the Children's Division who conducted her investigation. 04/06/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/06/2018, at approximately 1315 hours, I made contact with Joshua J. I responded to 237th and Lake Road in rural Harrisonville for a welfare check. I made contact with Mr. Widebrook and transported him to the Cass County Jail. A suspect was identified and arrested. 04/06/18 22:56 SB VINE/50, LONE JACK On 04/06/18 at 2256 hours I assisted several agencies with a vehicle pursuit that came through the Pleasant Hill area of Cass County. The pursuit ended at 7 Hwy and Hunter Dr in Blue Springs where 3 parties were taken into custody. 04/06/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/06/2018, at approximately 2335 Hours, I made contact with Maria White at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then took Francis Fry into custody on Cass County warrant # 18CA-CR00220 for Y (Possession), bond $ % cash only, Mr Fry was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/07/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1250 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office due to her surrendering herself on a Pettis County warrant. The warrant was confirmed and she was taken into custody. 04/07/18 12: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday 4/7/18 at approximately 1306 hours I contacted Lucille H. Williams, W/F, via telephone in regards to a report of fraud. No suspect has been identified at this time. 04/07/18 13: TH ST, BELTON On 04/07/2018, at approximately 1311 hours, I responded to 8606 E 195th St, Belton, for a trespass in progress. Once on scene, the suspect was located and taken into custody. 04/07/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1340 hours, I took custody of Dakota Ryles for a drug court violaion. Mr. Ryles was remanded to custody per Stephanie with drug court.

No suspect information is available at this time. 04/08/18 00:33 49/J, PECULIAR On Sunday, April 8th 2017, at 0034 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at J Highway on a red Chevrolet Impala for a license plate violation. Jesse D. Brock w/m was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Saline County for child neglect with a bond of $7, /08/18 09:44 58/J, RAYMORE On 04/08/2018, at approximately 0945 hours, I responded to assist Lake Winnebago Police Department in a vehicle pursuit on 58 Highway. In the interests of public safety, I used Stop Sticks to disable the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody. 04/08/18 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Sunday 4/8/18 at approximately 1037 hours I responded to E 299th St in Creighton Missouri in regards to a stealing. A suspect has been identified, no arrest has been made. 04/08/18 17: TH ST, PECULIAR On 041/08/2018, at 1750 hours, I responded to E 250th St. for a disturbance in progress. The reporting party said that their neighbor was in there yard with a 2x4 threatening people there. A suspect was identified. 04/08/18 21:20 98 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 2120 hours I was dispatched to 98 old 7hwy in Garden City Dollar General for a baggie found on the floor of the business. I made contact with Dawn Johnson who told me they had found a baggie with an unknown substance in it on the floor by the check out. The investigation is ongoing.
