The stolen vehicle was recovered at an abandoned residence off of Y Highway. The suspect vehicle was stopped on the exit ramp to State Route 291 in Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was taken in to custody by Peculiar Police Officers. A suspect has not been identified. 08/12/17 01:53 SB49/195TH ST, BELTON On Saturday, August 12th 2017, at 0153 hours, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a blue 2004 Pontiac Sunfire which began on southbound I-49 at 195th Street and ended at the Peculiar Way exit when the suspect vehicle slid into the median. The white male driver was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. 08/12/17 04: HWY, STRASBURG On 08/12/17 at 0424 hours I was dispatched to 58 Hwy west of Strasburg in reference to a traffic crash. Upon arrival I located a 2002 Ford Escape abandoned on the north side of the road resting on top of a gate. No occupants were located and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

The driver was issued summons for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia. 08/12/17 19: TH ST, PECULIAR On 08/12/2017 at approximately 1900 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a disturbance at 9010 E 215th Street in Peculiar, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted April Davidson who stated she stated she allowed Natividad Valdez to stay at the residence but for a few days but wanted her to leave. Upon arrival I made contact with Kristy L. Diggs who said she had a verbal argument with her boyfriend Kevin A Bridges and while leaving her vehicle was hit by Mr. Bridges vehicle. 08/12/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/12/2017, at approximately 2220 hours, I made contact with Alcanter, Matthew on Cass County weekend warrant for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less Marijuana or synthetic canaboid. I served Cass County After Hours Warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. 08/13/17 01: HORSESHOE DR, RAYMORE On Sunday, August 13th 2017, at 0101 hours, I was dispatched to 1527 Horseshoe Drive in Raymore, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a vehicle prowler. K9 Champ tracked the suspect for approximately one half mile but the suspect was not located. 08/13/17 03:00 I-49 NB/ MM, PASSAIC On 08/13/2017 at approximately 0302 hours, I was dispatched to assist Harrisonville Police Department with a vehicle pursuit. The suspect vehicle was pursued into Bates County. the suspect was taken into custody on I-49 NB at the 138 MM. The vehicle was determined to be stolen. A stolen firearm was located within the vehicle. 08/13/17 06: LAKE ANNETTE RD, LAKE ANNETTE On 08/13/2017, at approximately 0643 hours I was dispatched to S Lake Annette Rd regarding a death. Throughout my investigation it was determined an individual at this location was deceased. 08/13/17 10: CANTRELL RD, ARCHIE On August 13, 2017 I responded to South Cantrell Road, Archie, Missouri. Charles Winder, w/m, told me that he had four wheels stolen off his truck. No suspect has been identified.

Ms. Donnell was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/13/17 16: TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday August 13th, 2017 at approximately 1644 hours I was dispatched to Tieman Road in reference to found property. Upon arrival I made contact with James Tieman, gathered in formation for the report and collected the found property. The property was placed into evidence. 08/13/17 16:46 58 HWY / I 49, BELTON On Tuesday 8/15/17 at approximately 0400 hours, I was dispatched to the QT gas station at Hwy 58 and I-49 in Belton MO. In reference to a prisoner transfer. One male subject was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant and transferred to the Cass County jail. 08/13/17 21: WILSON, ARCHIE On 08/13/2017 at approximately 2153 hours, I was dispatched to 206 N Wilson St. in Archie, MO to a domestic assault. Upon my arrival, four subjects were identified who were all suspects in assaulting each other. Parties were separated for the evening. 08/13/17 22: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On 08/13/17 at approximately 2232 hours I was dispatched to the Lone Wolf Arena S. Stateline Rd in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I made contact with Alberto Ayala-Quintero who advised he was assaulted. He was transported by EMS for minor injuries. 08/13/17 23: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 08/13/2017 at 2352 hours, I was dispatched to 7377 Crown Park outside of Belton, Mo to the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival, I contacted Shyla Greve who stated she had been assault by her boyfriend. A suspect was identified.
