1 06/13/16 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/13/2016, at approximately 0015 Hours, I made contact with Nicole M. Seward at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened seat belt. Bond was set at $10.00 Cash only and a court date of 07/12/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 06/13/16 09: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, June 13, 2016 at approximately 1014 hours, I conducted an investigation at Rodger's Collision Center, located at South Walker Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing. My investigation revealed that three license plates were stolen off of vehicles parked on the property sometime between March 01, 2016 and May 23, The license plates to these vehicles have been entered in to MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement Center) as stolen. No suspect information is available at this time. 06/13/16 09:43 RAYTOWN CITY JAIL, RAYTOWN On 06/13/16 at 0943 hours, I responded to the Raytown City Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Ryan Lamb into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00470 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only, Mr. Lamb was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/13/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, June 13th, 2016, I took a report of a child sexual assault that occurred in our county in the last year, but was reported to an agency outside the state. At the time of the report, very little information was available. The reporting agency will be forwarding their case file on to us at a later date. 06/13/16 10: SOUTH ST, EAST LYNNE On Monday at approximately 1003 hours I was dispatched to 206 South Street, East Lynne in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Jackson, Lisa A. w/f who said that she was missing 9 capsules from her medication container. I do not have any leads on this case. 06/13/16 10: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday at approximately 1051 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to Fraudulent use of a Debit card. Upon arrival I made contact with Painter, Danny L. w/m who discovered an unauthorized transaction was made on his bank account. 06/13/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1030 hours, I arrested Shawn Sullivan on a Cass County warrant. Bond was set at a signature bond and a court date of at 1100 hours was given. 06/13/16 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 13, 2016 at approximately 1147 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a fraud. Dispatch told me that there was a person on the phone wishing to speak to a deputy about a possible scam. I spoke to a female, who told me that someone with the IRS contacted her and wanted money. She told me that she refused to give them any information and that the person on the phone gave her; her social. She then hung up and contacted law enforcement. 06/13/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1010 hours, Jeffrey Nickols was remanded to my custody per the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Bond was set at $ cash or surety 10% allowed. A court date of at 0900 hours was given.

2 06/13/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1215 hours, Anastasia Jackson was remanded to my custody by the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Bond was set at $50, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/13/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 13th, 2016 at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in report of Fraud. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 06/13/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1400 Hours, I made contact with Derek Kay Robinson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for FTA- drving while revoked/suspended, for FTA- unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, for FTA- Driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt, and for FTA- fail to properly affix/fasten to or maintain motor vehicle/trailer plates. Total Bond was set at $520 cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/13/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1445 hours, Bryan Roughton was remanded to my custody per the Associate Circuit Court Div 3 Judge. He was sentenced to treatment at DOC. 06/13/16 15: BOONVILLE AVE, SPRINGFIELD On 06/15/2016, at 1645 hours, I responded to the Green County Jail, in reference to a warrant service. I then took William B Vincent, into custody on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 06/13/16 16:25 9 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday at approximately 1625 hours I was dispatched to 9 Merle road, Baldwin Park Pleasant Hill in reference to a suicidal female who had cut her wrists. Pleasant Hill Police Department and EMS was dispatched to assist. One female was transported to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment. 06/13/16 16: ST ST, LONE JACK On Monday at approximately 1707 hours I was dispatched to E 161st, Pleasant Hill in reference to Identity theft that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Rickel, Janice w/f who's T-Mobile account has been hacked. This case is under investigation by the the T-Mobile Fraud Department. 06/13/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1240 hours, I left the Cass County Jail in route to Cooper County to pick up Andrew L. Cole on an active Cass County warrant. 06/13/16 17:22 351ST ST / GRANT RD, CREIGHTON On Monday, June 13, 2016 at approximately 1737 hours, I conducted an investigation near the intersection of Grant Road and 351st Street in Creighton, Missouri in regards to a reported injury motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that the motor vehicle accident involved two vehicles. A female party was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries and evaluation. 06/13/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1600 hours, in Division 2. Judge Wagner ordered Treva Merriweather to be remanded into custody case number 14CA-CR , Driving while revoked. Treva Merriweather was sentence to the Department of mental health. I then transported Treva Merriweather to the Cass County Jail.

3 06/13/16 19: CERRITO DR, BELTON On 06/13/2016 at approximately 2045 hours I was dispatched to Cerrito Drive, Belton, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. My investigation revealed an object was thrown from a vehicle traveling south on Prospect Ave and the object struck the reporting parties vehicle causing the windshield to crack. No suspects have been identified. 06/13/16 20: TH ST, BELTON On 06/13/2016 at approximately 2020 hours I was dispatched to 5801 East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed that two females had been involved in a verbal argument, and nothing physical occurred. No crime was committed. 06/13/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/13/2016, at approximately 2150 Hours, I made contact with a white female, Shawna Doerfler at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Assault 2nd degree-operate Vehicle while Intoxicated - Resulting in Injury. 06/13/16 21:56 WESTCHESTER/CASEYS, HARRISONVILLE On 06/13/2016 at approximately 2157 hours I conducted a vehicle check on Westchester Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. My investigation revealed the female driver had an active warrant out of Johnson county. An arrest was made. 06/13/16 23:24 SB 49/COMMERCIAL, On 06/13/16, at approximately 2324 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on south bound Interstate 49 at Commercial Street. My investigation revealed the driver to be suspended and the license on the vehicle was stolen. Three summonses were issued and charges are being sought for the stolen license plate in this incident. 06/14/16 03:15 291/215, HARRISONVILLE On 06/14/2016 I conducted a vehicle stop on 291 Highway just north of 215th Street. A male subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for possession of controlled substance. 06/14/16 05: FARVIEW RD, RAYMORE On 06/14/2016 at approximately 0600 hours I was dispatched to 1602 Farview Rd, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed this residence was burglarized and multiple items were taken. No suspects have been identified. 06/14/16 10: TH/HVILLE CITY LAKE, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday at approximately 1049 hours I was dispatched to the storage units located at the Harrisonville City Lake, East 189th street in reference to a stealing that has occurred. My investigation revealed that the stealing took place within the last 2 years. No suspects could be identified. 06/14/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 14th, 2016 at approximately 1252 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to assisting the Division of Family Services on a check the Welfare. 06/14/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/14/2016 I made contact with Franklin County, KS, who advised me they had an active extraditable warrant on Stevenson, Aaron Michael. The warrant #2016-CR was issued for Possess opiates/opium/narc drug and certain stimulants, with a bond of $5, FORM cash 3000 or surety, - Press issued Reports by Franklin = UPDATED County, KS, District Court Judge Taylor J. Wine,

Mr. Stevenson is currently being held at the Cass County Jail on Cass County charges. Representatives of Franklin County, KS, District Court have requested that Mr. Stevenson be held on the strength of their warrant and agree to extradite Mr. Stevenson as soon as he is available. 06/14/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1500 Hours, I made contact with Jennifer M. Johnston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00547 for Assault 2nd degree. Bond was set at $7,500 10% cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/14/16 15: TH ST, FREEMAN On June 14th, 2016 at approximately 1504 hours I was dispatched to East 267th street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a suicidal subject. The subject was transported by Emergency Medical Technicians to Research Main Hospital with out incident. 06/14/16 15: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On Tuesday at approximately 1508 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to fraud that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Rush, Karen w/f who said that somebody attempted to cash a check that she wrote for Discover. This case is under investigation. 06/14/16 17:02 195TH ST, BELTON On June 14th, 2016 at approximately 1702 hours I conducted a motorist assist at the intersection of 195th street, and Prairie lane, Raymore Missouri. The driver was placed into custody on active Clay County Missouri, and an active Johnson County Kansas warrant. 06/14/16 18: MEADOWBROOK LN, CLEVELAND On 06/14/2016 at approximately 1850 hours I was dispatched to the Double R storage units in Cleveland,Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed a storage unit at this address was broken in to and multiple items were taken. 06/14/16 21: TH ST, BELTON On 06/14/2016 at approximately 2129 hours I was dispatched to 3802 East 187th Street on a suspicious vehicle. My investigation revealed a SUV style vehicle was seen driving down the driveway of this address multiple times. No crime was committed. 06/14/16 22:50 WHITE OAK/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On 06/14/16, at approximately 2250 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on White Oak Street at Commercial Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. My investigation resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia. The driver and passenger were both issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. 06/15/16 05:38 E/171, PLEASANT HILL On 06/15/2016 I responded to the intersection of 171st street and State Route E in Pleasant Hill Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that two vehicles sideswiped each other while on E Highway. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles remained operable.

5 06/15/16 10:06 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/15/16 at 1006 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Justin Purinton into custody on Cass County warrant # 08CA-CR01838 for Driving while revoked, bond $4,000 10% cash only. Mr. Purinton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/15/16 10:06 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/15/16 at 1006 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Darren A Hall into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $10,000 cash only. Mr. Hall was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/15/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 06/15/16 16:43 307TH/49, On June 15, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 307th Street and Interstate 49. Four subjects were contacted with the vehicle. One subject was placed in custody for a Jackson County narcotics warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/15/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/15/2016, at approximately 1920 Hours, I made contact with Dakota M. Ryles at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00482 for Leavnig the scene of a motor vehicle accident - Injury, Property damage or 2nd offense. Bond was set at $ % Cash only and a court date of 07/14/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 06/15/16 21: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On June 15, 2016, at approximately 2153 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Rt 58 Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Lori B. Finlay, who stated she was physically assaulted. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 06/15/16 23: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday June 15 at approximately 2355 hours, I was dispatched to S F Hwy. In reference to a disturbance called in by 3rd party. A female and a male party were fighting inside their residence at S F Hwy in Dayton, MO. Both parties are being treated as victim and suspect due to lack of information provided. 06/16/16 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/16/2016, at approximately 0357 Hours, I made contact with Bradley Wade Phariss at the Cass County Sheriff's Office two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 16CA-CR00550 for Count 1 burglary 2nd degree, Count 2 Theft or stealing. Subject was given a signature bond and a court date of 07/14/2016 at 0900 hours was given. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00480 for Count 1 Theft/Stealing Count 2 Burglary 2nd degree Count 3 Theft/Stealing of any firearm Count 4 tampering with a motor vehicle Count 5 Possession of Burglary tools Count 6 Theft/Stealing. Subject was given a bond of $25, and a court date of 07/14/2016 at 0900 was assigned. 06/16/16 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/16/2016, at approximately 0545 Hours, I made contact with Kyle Lee Gloria at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then took Larry R Milks II into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only, Mr. Milks was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/16/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 16th, 2016 at approximately 1057 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk-in report of Fraud. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 06/16/16 12:46 ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On June 16, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop in the commuter parking lot on Rock Haven Road, of a silver Chrysler Seabring for license plate violations. The driver was arrested for Driving While Revoked. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 06/16/16 13: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1425 hours I responded to Belton PD located at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Kari Lubbock for an active Cass County warrant. I transported Ms. Lubbock to the Cass County Jail for processing. 06/16/16 13: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1425 hours I responded to Belton PD located at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of James Gaug for an active Cass County warrant. I transported Mr. Gaug to the Cass County Jail for processing. 06/16/16 15:02 SB 7/B, CREIGHTON On Thursday, June 16, 2016 at approximately 1500 hours I observed what appeared to be an abandoned vehicle located on the exit ramp from State Route 7 to State Route B in Creighton, Missouri. An orange notice was observed on the back window of the vehicle revealing a check had been conducted on the vehicle on 06/09/16. The vehicle was towed from the roadway. 06/16/16 16: STATE ROUTE W, FREEMAN On Thursday, June 16, 2016 at approximately 1637 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of fraud. Alexandra Seigenthaler said she received a check from a male subject in excess of the amount she had priced her vehicle for on Craig's List. The investigation revealed no crime had been committed and report was taken for information.

7 06/16/16 16: ST ST, PECULIAR On June 16, 2016 I responded to E. 251st Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to stealing of a lawn mower. Ms. Mary Gonzalez reported a lawn mower to have been stolen from her detached garage. No suspect information is available at this time. 06/16/16 20:21 GRAND RIVER/MORGAN, FREEMAN On June 16, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a trespassing complaint near the intersection of Morgan road and Grand Rvier road. Upon arrival I contacted four subjects parked on the Morgan road west of Grand River road. During the investigation a stolen vehicle from Benton County was recovered, stolen property was recovered, and controlled substances were located. Two suspects were contacted and placed in custody in this incident. 06/16/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2305 Hours, I made contact with Hogan,Donald Edwin, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CACR for Non-Support. 06/17/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approxzimately at 0910 hours, I contacted Thomas J Alvino at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #15CA-CR00840 for Failure to Obey a Judges Order/ Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $25, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/17/16 10: HEATHER LN, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On June 17, 2016 at approximately 1049 hours, I was dispatched to Hearher Lane, Located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a death. My investigation revealed that an elderly female died in her home. 06/17/16 10:47 WESTERN RECEPTION DIAG CORR CENTER, ST. JOSEPH On 06/17/16 at 1047 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Earnest Nash into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $5,000. Mr. Nash was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/17/16 11:21 STATE ROUTE 7 / STATE ROUTE T, GARDEN CITY On Friday, June 17, 2016 at approximately 1135 hours, I conducted an investigation near the intersection of State Route 7 and State Route T in rural Garden City, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and both vehicles involved were able to drive away from the scene. 06/17/16 12:48 BUCHANAN COUNTY MO JAIL, ST. JOSEPH On 06/17/16 at 1248 hours, I responded to the Buchanan County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jerry Ward into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00325 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash allowed. Mr. Ward was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/17/16 13:18 PLATTE COUNTY JAIL, PLATTE CITY On 06/17/16 at 1318 hours, I responded to the Platte County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Damian Guilliams into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00883 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000. Mr. Guilliams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/17/16 13: MAIN, EAST LYNNE On I was contacted by the victim who is currently hospitalized. The victim wished to report that his son has stolen his 1985 Ford pickup truck from FORM Main - Press Street, Reports East Lynne, = UPDATED Missouri, sometime since June 4th, 2016, and is

8 stolen his 1985 Ford pickup truck from 201 Main Street, East Lynne, Missouri, sometime since June 4th, 2016, and is driving it without his consent. 06/17/16 14: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1408 hours, I was dispatched to Wilber Pest Control at E. 281st. Street in rural Harrisonville in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival at approximately 1414 hours, I made contact with the victim, Richard Downing who stated that he had a verbal altercation with a recently terminated employee, Patrick Taylor. Mr. Downing signed a prosecution waiver for threats. 06/17/16 14: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Friday, June 17, 2016 at approximately 1453 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Garden City Assembly of God Fireworks stand, located at South State Route 7 in rural Garden City, Missouri in regards to a report of stolen property. I contacted the reporting party, Cecil E. Collins, white male who stated that an unknown suspect had damaged their fence and locks to the trailer containing fireworks for their fireworks stand. Mr. Collins stated that an unknown suspect also stole estimated $ in fireworks from their trailer. No suspect information is available at this time. 06/17/16 17: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, June 17, 2016, dispatch broadcasted a careless and imprudent vehicle traveling east on State Route 2 from 267th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. Dispatch stated that the vehicle was described to be a white in color Chevrolet Suburban that was driving erratically. Dispatch further advised that per the caller, the vehicle was crossing the centerline and driving the oncoming lane of traffic. The vehicle was eventually stopped and the driver was arrest for Driving Under the Influence. 06/17/16 17: TH TER, BELTON On at approximately 1756 hours, I was dispatched to 304 E. 164th Terrace in reference to a reported Disturbance. Upon arrival, I contacted Jonathan Gray who stated that he and his grandmother had a disagreement over his paycheck. Nothing criminal occurred and both parties came to an agreement and separated. 06/17/16 19:57 NB 49/163RD, BELTON On 06/17/2016 I conducted a vehicle stop on NB 49 at 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri. A white male subject was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant, and other pending charges out of Drexel P.D. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/17/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/17/2016, at approximately 2105 Hours, I made contact with a white female, Wendi Frasher at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Fail to Register Motor Vehicle. 06/17/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/17/2016, at approximately 2358 Hours, I made contact with McRae, Adam at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01030 for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety and a court date of 07/05/2016 at 1330 hours was given.

9 06/18/16 00: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/18/2016 I responded to E 231st street in Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a disorderly subject. A black male subject was taken into custody on an active Clay County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/18/16 01: ASH ST, BELTON On 06/18/2016 I responded to S. Ash street in Belton, Missouri in reference to an assault that had occurred. My investigation revealed that a physical incident occurred between a male and female party. 06/18/16 01:50 299TH AND ZELMER, ARCHIE On 06/18/2016 at approximately 0150 hours I was dispatched to 293rd and Zelmer Rd in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed two road signs were damaged at this location. No suspects have been identified. 06/18/16 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday June 17th, 2016 I assisted the Benton County Sheriffs' Department with serving a search warrant in the jail. 06/18/16 05: MAIN ST, CLINTON On 06/18/2016, at approximately 1355 hours, I took Dalton L. Johnson W/M into custody on Cass County Warrant 15CA-CR01047 and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 06/18/16 07: STATE ROUTE B, ARCHIE On Saturday June 18, 2016, Deputies were out at E. State Route B, rural Archie and arrest three individuals for active warrants. Nothing further. 06/18/16 07: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday at approximately 0758 hours I was dispatched to East 189th street in reference to a truck that was stolen. Enroot to the address I was informed that there was an abandoned truck approximately one and a half mile from that address. I recovered the stolen truck on Walker Estates road. Several items including $ in cash was stolen from the truck. 06/18/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 06/18/2016 at approximately 0945 hours I made contact with Penn, Landon Hamilton at the Cass County jail, and informed him of an active Cass County warrant. I informed Penn, Landon Hamilton of warrant #14CA-CR for FTOJO-Assault-2nd Degree with a $ cash or surety bond and a court date of 06/13/2016 at 0900 in Division 3 of the Cass County Justice Center. 06/18/16 10: TH ST, DREXEL On Saturday, June 18, 2016 at approximately 1056 hours, I conducted an investigation at 909 North 4th Street, Apartment 7C in Drexel, Missouri in regards to a report of a stolen license plate. I contacted the owner of the license plate, Sharon K. Crumby, white female stated that the Missouri license on her 2002 Dodge Ram had been stolen. The license plate has been entered in to MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System) as stolen. No suspect information is available at this time. 06/18/16 10: TH ST, DREXEL On Saturday, June 18, 2016 at approximately 1129 hours, I conducted an investigation at 909 North 4th Street in Drexel, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. I contacted the maintenance manager, Roger A. Findlay, white male who stated that a washing machine in the "community building" of the retirement community had been damaged. Investigation is ongoing. 06/18/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/18/2016, at approximately 2050 Hours, I made contact with Dakota Atkinson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 06/19/16 04:47 N/E OF RAINBOW RD, GARDEN CITY On 06/19/2016 at approximately 0447 hours I was dispatched to N hwy near Rainbow Rd, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle struck a deer at this location. No injuries were reported. 06/19/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday 06/19/2016 at approximately 0910 I made contact with Martin, Robert William and informed him of an active Cass County warrant. I informed Martin, Robert William of a weekend warrant for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree with a $ , 10% allowed bond and a court date of 07/12/2016 at 0900 in Division 3 of the Cass County Justice Center. 06/19/16 12: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON 06/19/16 12: ND ST, FREEMAN On Sunday at approximately 1257 hours I was dispatched to 303 West 2nd street in reference to a possible burglary that has occurred. It was not sure if a burglary has occurred. The responsible party will contact the Sheriff's Office if needed. 06/19/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1510 hours, I contacted Jo Edwina Colvin at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/19/16 18: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, June 19, 2016 at approximately 1818 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the residence of South State Route M in rural Garden City, Missouri in regards to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving on scene, contact was made with individuals inside the residence. A male and female, subject came out of the residence and stated that a second male party was still in the residence and was armed with a firearm. Both subjects stated that the male party had threatened them with the firearm. A search of the residence was later conducted and the suspect was not found. An area search was conducted with a helicopter and the suspect was still not located. A suspect in this case has been identified. Neither of the subjects that were contacted reported any injuries.

11 06/19/16 19: TH ST, CREIGHTON On 06/19/2016 I responded to E 215th street in Creighton, Missouri in reference to a trespass in progress. My investigation revealed that the incident was non criminal in nature and a male subject was given a courtesy ride away from the residence. 06/19/16 21:04 58/CARDINAL, PLEASANT HILL On 06/19/16, at approximately 2315 hours, I responded to a farm field approximately 300 yards west of Cardinal Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed a pick-up and water trailer had been damaged. No suspects have been identified at this time.
