I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00348, bond was set at $ % Cash Only, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 04/16/18 07: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On April 16, 2018 at approximately 0738 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a Mercury Mountaineer for a license violation in the area of 2300 S. Commercial, Harrisonville, Missouri. A subject was arrested for active warrants from Independence PD. 04/16/18 08: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 16th, 2018 at approximately 1328 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Stephen Runnenburger was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR00151, domestic assault 4th degree, and count 2 resisting arrest. A bond of $ % cash only was given. Mr. Runnenburger was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/16/18 09:33 QUIKTRIP, On Monday April 16th, 2018 at approximately 0930 hours, I investigated a domestic dispute situation in Harrisonville, Missouri. No criminal activity was founded. 04/16/18 09: STATE RT E, STRASBURG On April 16, 2018, at approximately 1002 hours, I was dispatched to 600 W. State Rt E, Strasburg, Missouri for an information call. Upon arrival, I contacted Kelsey Smith who was arrested on an active Pleasant Hill PD warrant. 04/16/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1040 hours, I made contact with Lonnie Boydston, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/16/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1215 hours, I arrested Jon Clark on a Cass County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was reduced to a signature and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/16/18 13:12 235TH ST/MOPAC, HARRISONVILLE On , I was dispatched to 235th and Mopac in reference to a stealing. The location of the theft was the gravel lot on the south east corner of the intersection, just east of the Railroad tracks. There was no assigned address to the lot. I contacted John Jones with Lanracorp who stated that the company's 2012 Kubota UTV was stolen from the lot. 04/16/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1010 hours, Logan Emery was remanded to my custody to finish treatment at the Missouri Dept Of Corrections. 04/16/18 13: DONAHUE LN, PECULIAR On April 16, 2018 at approximately 1317 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 249th and Cowger for a suspicious person. Two subjects were later located and arrested on two active Cass County warrants.

2 04/16/18 14:07 RIVERSIDE PD, 04/16/18 14: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On 04/16/2018, at approximately 1449 hours, I responded to S State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, for a stealing. I was advised that 6 tanks of propane were stolen over the weekend, valued at over $320. This investigation is ongoing. 04/16/18 14: RD ST, PLATTE CITY On April 18th, 2018 at approximately 1258 hours I was dispatched to 415 south 3rd, street, Platte city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Lanie Everitt was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant # , driving while revoked, with a bond of $ cash only or release after 48 hours. Cass County warrant # , improper lane use, with a bond of $ cash only, or release after 48 hours. Ms. Everitt was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/16/18 15: KAUFFMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday 4/16/18 at approximately 1515 hours I responded to S. Kauffman Rd in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a stealing. Owen J. Hartzler, W/M, had several items stolen from his property. A suspect has not been identified and no arrest has been made. 04/16/18 16:17 ELM/THUNDERBIRD, HARRISONVILLE On April 16th 2018, at 1816 hours, I responded to the intersection of Elm Street and Thunderbird Drive in Harrisonville in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in a green and white 1998 Ford Ranger. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, narcotic paraphernalia was located along with a locked zippered case. The Harrisonville Police Department will be seeking a search warrant for the locked case. 04/16/18 16: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday 4/16/18 at approximately 1619 hours I responded to S. Brickplant Rd in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a domestic disturbance. No physical altercation occurred and no arrest was made, both parties agreed to separate for the evening. 04/16/18 18: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1851 hours I was dispatched to Prospect in Cleveland for a reported stolen hay baler. Upon arrival at approximately 1929 hours I made contact with the victim David Seba. Mr. Seba told me that sometime on Friday someone stole his John Deere round hay baler from his barn. No suspect has been identified. 04/16/18 21: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 2134 hours, I arrived at E. 298th St. and made contact with Laura B. Hawkins who reported that unknown person(s) attempted to enter her residence. No suspects have been identified. 04/16/18 22:02 A4S, HARRISONVILLE On 04/16/18 at 2203 hours I was dispatched to I49 SB at the scale house in reference to an assist other agency. Upon arrival I made contact with Abenigo A. Joseph B/M who had an active extraditable warrant out of Macon County for a motor carrier violation with a bond of $ Mr. Joseph was transported to the Cass County jail where he posted bond and was released.

3 04/16/18 22: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 18th, 2018 at approximately 1419 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Jodi Bagwell was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 16CACR00997, two counts of possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less. A bond of $ % cash only was given. Ms. Bagwell was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/16/18 22: WILLOW LN, GARDEN CITY On at 2311 hours, I arrived at 300 Willow Lane, lot #20, in reference to a 3rd party call stating that a female at the residence was assaulted by her boyfriend. No contact was made at the residence. Deputies did make contact with the boyfriend, Sean M. Thompson, at a different location. Mr. Thompson advised that a verbal argument did take place at around 2100 hours and said that he was assaulted by his girlfriend. After talking with Mr. Thompson, Deputies went back to the original location and were still unable to make contact with anyone at the residence. 04/17/18 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0005 hours, I came in contact with Charles Baldridge at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for FTA-fail to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only. 04/17/18 00: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 18th, 2018 at approximately 1419 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Tara Tosspon was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #13CACR00898, two counts of possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less, with a bond of $ cash only. #13CACR00808, Forgery, with a bond of $ cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours on both chargers. Ms. Tosspon was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/17/18 01:37 F/7, GARDEN CITY On at 0137 hours, I performed a traffic stop on a blue Ford Ranger, MO license, after observing the vehicle cross the center line. The traffic stop was on F Hwy., north of Old 7 Hwy. The result of the stop was the arrest of Daniel E. Lemka for driving while intoxicated. 04/17/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/18, at approximately 1650 Hours, I made contact with Erin L. Graves at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00398 for Accessory Burglary 1st. 04/17/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 17th, 2018 at approximately 0955 hour I made contact with Kane Anthony Lightcap in Division V on a Cass County Warrant. 04/17/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/17/2018, at approximately 1230 Hours, I made contact with Bobbi Jo Archer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County Warrant for Fail to Appear-Fail to display plates properly and Warrant for Fail to Appear-No proof of insurance. 04/17/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 17th 2018 at 1445 hours I was dispatched to the Lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a subject with an active warrant. One subject was taken into custody.

I served Cass County warrants 18CA-CR00164 for Count 1: Stalking - 1st Degree - 1st Offense, 18CA-CR00352 for Count 1: Violation Of Order Of Protection For Adult - 1st Offense, and 18CA-CR00344 for Count 1: Assault - 4th Degree - Pursuant To Subdivions (1), (2), (4), (5), and Count 2: Property Damage - 2nd Degree. 04/17/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/17/2018, at approximately 1710 Hours, I made contact with Halle M. Vogrin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Joiner at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County Warrant for Fail to Appear-Fail to Register Vehicle and Warrant for Fail to Appear-Driving while revoked. 04/17/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1720 Hours, I made contact with Amy Rinker, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/17/18 17:49 7/BROADWAY, PLEASANT HILL On April 17th 2018, at 1749 hours, I was dispatched to 7 Highway and Broadway in Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia. 04/17/18 17: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On at 2103 hours, Devan W. Pulliam was arrested on 6 active Cass county warrants. Mr. Pulliam was transported to Cass County Jail. 04/17/18 22: J ST, CREIGHTON On 04/17/18 at 2243 hours I was dispatched to 207 J Street Apt D4 in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I made contact with Tylyae Parrott W/F who advised she had been assaulted outside the residence. The suspect's have been identified. 04/17/18 22: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On April 17, 2018 at approximately 2317 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Love's Truck Stop on a blue in color Kia for unreadable plates. A passenger in the vehicle was arrested on multiple active warrants and transported to the jail. 04/18/18 02:28 NB 49/58, BELTON On 04/18/2018 at 0228 hours I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on a suspect vehicle from a stealing at Walmart in Raymore. The driver, identified as Crystal G. Crump, was taken into custody for a Bates County felony warrant. Ms. Crump was transported to Archie, MO where custody was transferred to Bates County deputy. 04/18/18 12:26 223/THRONGROVE, PECULIAR On 04/18/2018, at approximately 1226 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 223rd and Thorngrove in Peculiar. I contacted the driver, arresting him on an active Bates County warrant 17BS-CR00238 for Failure to Appear Possession of a Controlled Substance. The bond was set at 20,000 cash or surety. 04/18/18 13: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at approximately 1316 hours I was dispatched to State Route B, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Daran Shinn stated someone stole the registration stickers from a vehicle license and some tools. A suspect has not been identified. 04/18/18 13:59 B/WEST OF DAYTON, On April 18, 2018 at approximately 1359 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a silver 2002 Lincoln sedan in the area of B Highway west of F Highway in rural Dayton, Missouri. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of child custody. Shelby Dubois stated her child's father was refusing to return the child to her. The investigation revealed the father to have active Clay County warrant #17-CAFTA-960 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Intoxicated with a bond of $10,000 cash only and no court date provided. In reference to a check the welfare of a male subject running his vehicle in the garage with no doors open. Subject was identified and released to his brother to get some help. 04/19/18 00: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/2018 at approximately 0002 hours I was dispatched to Sapp Bros Truck Stop located at South West outer roads, rural Harrisonville, Missouri, regarding a possible theft of services. A Samantha Horton was arrested on an active Harrisonville, Missouri warrant. 04/19/18 06: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, April 19, 2018 at approximately 1301 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police office in reference to a report of a prisoner transfer. Jacob A. Mitchell was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant # 17-CAFTA-960 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended/Revoked. The warrant revealed a bond of $250 cash only with a court date of 05/29/18 at 0900 hours. Upon arrival I made contact with Joshua D. Sidwell W/M on an active cass county warrant. Mr. sidwell was taken into custody for Cass County warrant #17CA-CR01203 for Burglary with a bond of $7,500.00, 10 % cash only. Mechanic St in regards to a stealing. Laura Hensley reported an item stolen from Peculiar Dr, Peculiar Missouri. 04/19/18 14: RD ST, DREXEL On 04/19/2018 at 1437 hours, I was dispatched to E 343rd St. outside of Drexel MO to assist Missouri Children's Division with an on-going investigation. Upon my arrival, I contacted Michelle Fedorchek-Hohenstreet. Another person in the residence, Tristen Fedorchek was arrested on Bates County warrant 17BSCR00914 for possession of a controlled substance-felony. Bond was set at $10, Cash or Surety. No court date was issued. 04/19/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/2018, at approximately 1530 hours while working in division IV court I made contact with Jacob Sutton WM. Mr. Sutton was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00087, for delivery or possession of weapon in jail. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 06/21/2018 at 0900 hours in division IV was given. Frederick Ln in Raymore in regards to a property dispute. Through my investigation it was revealed to be a civil matter. 04/19/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/2018, at approximately 1505 hours while working in division IV court I made contact with Glen Ethridge. Mr. Ethridge was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00420, DWI - aggravated offender. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 04/26/2018 at 0900 hours in division IV was given. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00548 for Count 1: Violation Of Order Of Protection For Adult. 04/19/18 18: ST PL, DES MOINES On Sunday at approximately 1335 hours I a Davis, Marie A. b/f at the Polk County Sheriff's Office on an active Cass County Warrant. Miss. Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/19/18 19:15 7 HWY AND KIRCHER, HARRISONVILLE On April 19, 2018 I made contact with Susan Shepherd who stated that at approximately 1630 hours she was at the conservation area on 7 hwy and Kircher. Ms. Shepard stated that a male subject stole her purse. A suspect has been identified in this incident.

Upon arrival it was determined that the disturbance occurred in Johnson County, MO and the incident was referred to them. 04/19/18 21:45 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 04/20/18 00: CAMP BRANCH RD, EAST LYNNE On at approximately 0008 hours I was dispatched to Camp Branch road for a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Sonny Osborne in the driveway. Mr. Osborne told me that he tried to help a subject by giving her a place to stay. Mr. Osborne told me that they gotten into a verbal disagreement about rules of the residence. Mr. Osborne told me that he wanted the subject to leave. A suspect has been identified. 04/20/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/20/2018, at approximately 0100 Hours, I made contact with Natesha Bailey at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17ca-cr01121 for Domestic Assault- 3rd degree. 04/20/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/20/2018, at approximately 1750 Hours, I made contact with Michael D. Taber at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear-Driving without a license-1st offense. 04/20/18 01: HADSELL RD, STRASBURG On 04/20/2018 at approximately 0147 hours I was dispatched to south Chandler road, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri regarding a possible overdose. Dispatch advised the subject was incoherent and possibly had taken some pills. Johnson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00405 for Accessory Stealing $750 Or More. Bond was set at $15,000 10% Cash Only and a court date of 06/14/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 04/20/18 09: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 4/20/18 at approximately 0948 hours I responded to S E Outer Road in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to animal neglect. Jamila A. Nooner, B/F, was instructed by Harrisonville Animal Control to have her dog checked by a veterinarian as soon as possible.

9 04/20/18 10: RIVER BEND RD, CLEVELAND On 04/20/2018, at approximately 1103 hours, I responded to a medical call at S River Bend, Peculiar, for a 67 year old male reported as cold to the touch and not breathing. Emergency Medical Services arrived and pronounced Glenn A Freeman, w/m, dead on scene. Mrs. Bilyeu believes she has found her bull dog and is requesting a stand by to talk to the resident. I made contact with Sarah Breuer she told me that her daughter had been electrocuted at a business out side of Raymore. Mrs. Breuer told me the staff did not seem concerned for the safety of the people at the business.
