1 01/13/14 01: STATE ROUTE DD, HARRISONVILLE On January 13, 2014 I made contact with a male subject at DD highway. The subject, Randall Porter, was arrested on an active Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant. A suspect was identified and taken into custody in this incident. 01/13/14 10:31 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On 01/13/14 at 1031 hours, I responded to the Vernon County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Damon Zilliox into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR01568 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000, Mr.Zilliox was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/13/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/13/2014, at approximately 1645 hours, I investigated a possible suicide attempt that had taken place by way of hanging inside the Cass County Jail. The inmate was laying on the floor, breathing and responsive. Harrisonville EMS arrived, and tranported the inmate to the emergency room for treatment. 01/13/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1800 hrs, I made contact with David J. Ramos W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County Warrants. I served Mr. Ramos the Cass County Warrants # 11CA-CR00263, with a $2,000 surety bond and Warrant #10CA-CR01377, with a $2,500 cash only bond. 01/13/14 20: HWY & COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, January 13th 2014, at 2038 hours, I was dispatched to the parking lot of the Quick Trip located on the northwest corner of 291 Highway and Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 search of a vehicle for narcotics. Methamphetamine were located. 01/13/14 20:47 58/49, BELTON On January 13, 2014 I conducted a traffic stop in the area of State Route 58 and Interstate 49, Belton, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for an outstanding Raymore, Missouri warrant for stealing and issued a summons for fail to dim bright lights. 01/13/14 22: TH ST, BELTON On January 13, 2014, I responded to 5703 East 196th Street, Belton, Missouri, for a reported disturbance in progress. A male subject was transported to Belton Regional Medical Center by the Belton Fire Department due to being under the influence of an unknown substance. 01/14/14 06: SOUTH STREET, EAST LYNNE On January 14, 2014 I responded to 1400 S. Butler, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred at 201 South Street, East Lynne, Missouri. I made contact with Jason D. Williams, w/m, who wanted to report his 1989 Chevrolet Camaro as stolen. As a result of my investigation this case is considered a civil matter. 01/14/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 1/14/2014, at approximately 0930 hours, I made contact with Timothy Craig Brooks in the Division Five courtroom in the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Mr. Brooks into custody on court order to serve a sentence of 60 days in the Cass County Jail.

2 01/14/14 12: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I investigated a 2 vehilce non injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on private property located at E. 231st Street rural Harrisonville MO. 01/14/14 15: SCOTT, BELTON On Tuesday January 14th, 2014 at approximately 1529 hours I conducted a residence check at 913 N. Scott in Belton, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Woodson, Gary W/M. Mr. Woodson was taken into custody on warrant #14CAFTA30 and 01/14/14 15: RD ST, RAYMORE On January 14, 2014 at approximately 1606 hours, I investigated property damage at E 203rd Street. The victim identified as Timothy Allen Watson reported that 10 large bales of hay were dropped in his yard and damaged his fence and mail box. No suspects have been identified. 01/14/14 16:14 SB49/307TH, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, January 14th 2014, at 1614 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at 307th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 2012 Dodge Avenger. The driver, Jonathan M. Barber, was arrested for active felony warrant #13CR0648 out of Medina County, Ohio for larceny. 01/14/14 20:46 58/D, BELTON On January 14, 2014 I conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Suburban near the interesction of State Route 58 and State Route D, Belton, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for an active warrant out of Grandview, Missouri and issued two summons. 01/15/14 00:13 SB 49/251ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 15th 2014, at 0013 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of southbound I-49 and 251st street in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 1999 Ford Explorer. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. A semi automatic pistol which was also recovered for safe keeping. 01/15/14 10:19 LAFAYETTE COUNTY, LEXINGTON On 1/22/2014, at approximately 1247 Hours, I made contact with Andrew Allen at the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant and took him into custody. I transported Allen to the Cass County Sheriffs office 1530 hours I served Cass County warrant 13-CA-CR00742 for Driving while suspended / revoked, first offense. Bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only and a court date of 1/28/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 01/15/14 10: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 15th, 2014, I received an request for assistance from National Insurance Crime Bureau Special Agent Brad Greiner, in reference to a stolen truck believed to be in Cass County. On 01/15/14 at 1053 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Leifi Tuala into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR01351 for Non Support, bond $1,500 cash only, Mr. Tuala was

Mechanic St., Harrisonville, Cass County, Missouri, I conducted an investigation on the delivery of a controlled substance into the Cass County Jail. A white female suspect has been identified. 01/15/14 15: PRETTYMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1624 hours I responded to S Prettyman Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Jerry Turner who stated he had crashed the vehicle he was driving approximately half a mile from the residence. 01/15/14 22: CHADWICK DR, PECULIAR On January 15, 2014 at 2255 hours, I was dispatched to S. Chadwick in reference to check the welfare. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Emil A. Hecke who said that the victim was having an anxiety attack and that he would take care of the victim.

4 01/16/14 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0015 hours, Shawna Nicole Merriweather was served warrant #13CA-CR00298 at the Cass County Jail for Driving While Suspended. 01/16/14 08:09 BELTON PD, BELTON On January 16, 2014 at approximately 1114 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. A subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for an active Cass County warrant. 01/16/14 09:02 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On 01/16/14 at 0902 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jerry Nance into custody on Cass County warrant # 17R for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Nance was 01/16/14 10: DORSETT HILL RD, ARCHIE On at approximately 1505 hours I responded to S Dorsett Hill Road in reference to an animal neglect call. I responded to the scene and found no outward evidence of neglect at that time. This case is ongoing at this time. 01/16/14 12: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On January 16, 2014 I responded to S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to fraud. Ms. Morris reported that money had been transferred to an unknown source by internet contact. Suspect has not been identified. 01/16/14 13:03 STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On January 16, 2014, I towed an abandoned vehicle that was obstructing traffic on State Route 7 at State Route P. The vehicle was a blue 1988 Buick Skylark 2 door. 01/16/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/16/2013 at approximately 1200hours, A made contact with Shea Ann Gregg, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. Ms. Gregg was served Cass County warrant# 13CA-CR01571, Bond was set at $7, % cash allowed, with a court date of 01/23/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 01/16/14 16: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On January 16, 2014 I responded to E. 189th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to an intrusion alarm. Ms. Walton reported that her residence alarm had sounded and that a door was found to be unsecured. Suspects have not been identified. 01/16/14 17: JEFFERSON PKWY, HARRISONVILLE On January 16, 2014, I investigated a reported dog bite that occurred at S. Jefferson Parkway in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. George Boyer was bitten by his neighbor's dog and sustained a minor injury to his leg. 01/16/14 19: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On January 16, 2014 at about 1948 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Michael B. Jarrett and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Mr. Jarrett was given a copy of his warrant #13CA-CR00942 for Failure to Obey Judges Order. A court date of January 23, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Mr. Jarrett's bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

5 01/16/14 22:53 NB 49, BELTON On January 16, 2014 at about 2254 hours, I was dispatched to 7920 E. 171st street (QT East) in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I contacted the Victim, Ms. Sandra L. Jones who said that the suspect had hit her several times while they were traveling north on Interstate 49 between Harrisonville MO and Belton MO. A suspect was contacted and identified. 01/17/14 01: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On Friday, January 17th, 2014 at approximately 0114 hours, I assisted Archie Police with a check the welfare of a reported suicidal subject at the residence of 600 Southwest Outer Road, Apartment B in Archie, Missouri. The subject in question, identified as Kevin W. Guffey was contacted and was later willingly transported to a local area hospital by ambulance. 01/17/14 08: MAIN ST, EAST LYNNE On January 17, 2014 I responded to 104 Main Street, East Lynne, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance in progress. I made contact with the victim who reported her boyfriend had assaulted her during an argument. The suspect left the scene but has been identified. 01/17/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/17/2014 at approximately 1125 hours, I made contact with Jason Dale Hale at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00760 for assault 2nd. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 01/17/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 01/17/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1515 hours, I made contact with a subject in the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office. The subject was arrested on two Jackson County (Troop A) traffic warrants. 01/17/14 16:21 RAYMORE PD, RAYMORE On January 17th, 2014 at approximately 1646 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer from Raymore Police Department to the Cass County Jail with a male suspect with active Cass County Warrants. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 01/17/14 16:44 SB7/TT, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, January 17th 2014, at 1644 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on southbound 7 Highway and TT HIghway in Harrisonville, Missouri on a black 1997 Ford Ranger. The white male driver was cited for driving while revoked. 01/17/14 17: CARTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On January 17th, 2014 at approximately 1740 hours, I investigated a burglary that occurred at South Carter, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim identified as Robert Scott Chamberlain said that his home was entered while he and his family were at work and items were stolen from his residence. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time. 01/17/14 19: BANNISTER RD, KANSAS CITY On January 17, 2014 at about 2101 hours, I was dispatched to the 5501 E. Bannister Road in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Ms. Rachel R. Wylie and transported her to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Ms. Wylie was given a copy of her warrant #13CA-CR01034 for Possession of a Controlled Substance. A court date of February 10, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Ms. Wylie's bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety.

6 01/17/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, I made contact with Weldon Huff at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Order of Commitment. I served Cass County Order of Commitment 13CA-CR00176 for court ordered arrest. Mr. Huff was sentenced to two days at the Cass County Jail. 01/17/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Billy Bradley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Order of Commitment. I served Cass County Order of Commitment 13CA-CR00142 for court ordered arresst. Mr. Bradley was sentenced to four days shock time in the Cass County Jail. 01/17/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/17/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Jason Kraft, a w/m at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 12CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for two days of court ordered shock time. 01/17/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/17/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Michael E. Williams at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County order of commitment. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00814 for DWI. Mr. Williams was sentenced to 2 days in the Cass County Jail. 01/17/14 22:53 D/203RD, CLEVELAND On January 17, 2014, at approximately 2350 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at State Route D and 203rd Street, Belton, Missouri. The vehicle was a silver, Toyota Tacoma that was occupied by two white males. The driver the vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated and the second male occupant in the vehicle remained at the Jaudon Roadhouse per the owner's request. 01/18/14 02:04 39 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 18, 2014 I investigated a report of a disturbance in progress at 39 Merle Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Two suspects were identified and arrested. 01/18/14 03: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On January 18, 2014 at about 0324 hours, I was dispatched to 404 Main Street, Garden City MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Joshua D. Sidwell who said his family was mad at him because he came home drunk. 01/18/14 10: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On January 18th, 2014 at approximately 1110 hours, I investigated stealing at 8311 E Whippoorwill Hill, Lake Annette, Missouri. The reporting party stated that her hand gun was stolen possibly by an unknown family member on or around Christmas. NO suspect has been identified. 01/18/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday January 18th, 2014 at approximately 1305 hours I conducted a warrant arrest at 2501 West Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with Gaunce, Stephanie W/F. Ms. Gaunce was taken into custody on warrant #13CAARW1455 and

7 01/18/14 13: WALNUT ST, EAST LYNNE On January 18, 2014 I responded to 302 Walnut, East Lynne, Missouri, in reference to a property damage report. The reporting party stated that sometime overnight the front two tires on her Ford Expedition had been slashed. No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/18/14 13: TH ST, BELTON On January 18, 2014 at approximately 1340 hours, I conducted a civil standby and exparte service at 4001 E 185th Street, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Ashley D Schremser reported an ex parte violation at the completion of the standby. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 01/18/14 20:28 39 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 18, 2014 I investigated a reported burglary that had occured at 39 Merle Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been idenified. 01/18/14 21:06 58/D, BELTON On January 18, 2013, at approximately 2106 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a black 2006 Dodge Durango on State Route 58, east of State Route D, rural Belton, Missouri. The vehicle I stopped had license plates on it that were assigned a pick up order through the Missouri Department of Revenue. Those plates were recovered and placed into evidence for safe keeping. 01/19/14 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday January 18th, 2014 at approximately 0938 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I made contact with Blalock, James W/M. Leads have been established in this case. 01/19/14 12: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday January 19th 2014 I was dispatched to the area of 227th Street and Jefferson Parkway in regards to meeting a subject about recovering some stolen property. I contacted Lee Ann Snodgrass who stated that a golf cart was stolen from her residence in November of 2011 and she located it here on Jefferson Parkway. I contacted the subjects who had the golf cart for sale and returned it to the owner Ms. Snodgrass. There is no suspect at this time. 01/19/14 23:32 NB 49/163, BELTON On January 19, 2014, at approximately 2232 hours, I attempted to stop a white, 2007 Volkswagen Jetta on Interstate 49, north of State Route Y, Belton, Missouri. The vehicle failed to yield and was pursued until the vehicle stopped at Crown Park, Belton, Missouri. At that time, a hispanic male fled on foot and was not located. A suspect was identified.
