Billings, who stated she was assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 07/30/18 05:55 58/S GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On Monday at approximately 0600 hours, right after sunrise, a red Ford F150 was traveling west from Pleasant Hill on 58 Highway towards State Highway 291. Approximately 2115 feet west of Gray Road, a deer ran in front of of the F150 and was struck. Nobody was injured in this accident. 07/30/18 09: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, July 30, 2018 at approximately 0939 hours I conducted a residence check at E. 189th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a subject with active Cass County warrants. John Small was contacted and taken into custody on warrant #17CA-CR00407 for Driving While Suspended/Revoked 2nd or 3rd Offense, #17CA-CR00437 for Driving While Suspended/Revoked 2nd or 3rd Offense, and Displayed/Possessed Motor Vehicle/Trailer Plates of Another. Each warrant revealed a bond of $4000 cash only and a court date of 08/09/18 at 0900 hours. A subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail per Judge Rumley. 07/30/18 19: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On July 30, 2018, at approximately 1956 hours, I investigated a possible disturbance in front of Quik Trip, 1402 North MO-291 Highway, Harrisonville. I contacted Michelle Anderson, w/f, and an investigation revealed a domestic assault had occurred. Upon arriving I contacted Blake Mazy, who was given an abandoned vehicle report. 07/30/18 22:07 231/291, HARRISONVILLE 07/30/2018, at approximately 2211 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on 291 highway at 231st street. Upon arriving I observed a single car accident where the car went off the roadway through a fence. 07/31/18 00:08 58/HOLMES, On July 31, 2018 at approximately 008 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a gray in color Nissan Frontier in the area of 58 Highway and Holmes Road. The vehicle was discovered to be stolen out of Tennessee and the driver was found to have a felony no bond probation violation warrant from Clay County. The subject was placed into custody. 07/31/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/31/2018, at approximately 0823 Hours, I made contact with Taber, Michael at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Opperating Vehicle on Hiway wihtout a Valid License. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 08/21/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 07/31/18 08:48 PHONE CALL ONLY, ARCHIE On Wednesday, August 1st, 2018, at approximately 1128 hours, I contacted Wayne Sutton via phone, who stated his fence post had been damaged in a vehicle pursuit with Archie PD on July 22nd, A report was taken on the incident. 07/31/18 12: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at approximately 1219 hours I was dispatched to S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of check welfare. Eckhrd Preuss stated he hadn't had contact with his family member for several days. The family member was located and transported by Emergency Medical Services. 07/31/18 12: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On , at 1246 hours, I responded to State Route D, Jazzi Mart Gas Station, in reference to a wanted party being on the premises. I contacted Darren S. Venneman w/m. Mr. Venneman was arrested for active Cass County warrants. A suspect was identified and placed in custody in this incident. 07/31/18 12: WALNUT ST, CLEVELAND On , at 1517 hours, I responded to 409 W. Walnut, Cleveland, to assist DFS with making contact with the residents due to recent allegations. I contacted Brian D. Parrott w/m and Angela D. Parrott w/f. DFS implemented an action plan and advised she would follow up with the residents in the following days.

Bond was set at $250.00, and a court date of 08/28/18 at 0900 hours was given. 07/31/18 15: GRAND RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at approximately 1535 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of South Grand River Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported animal bite. I located the animal at S. Grand River Road. After the dog was aggressive towards deputies and attacked another animal on scene, it was euthanized. 07/31/18 16: COLEMAN RD, PECULIAR On Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at approximately 1709 hours I was dispatched to S. Coleman Rd, Peculiar, MO in reference to a burglary. Jill Holden stated someone stole items from an outbuilding. No suspects have been identified. 07/31/18 19: CHULA VISTA, BELTON On July 31, 2018 at approximately 1942 hours Deputies responded to Chula Vista to assist Belton Police officers with a barricaded subject. Deputies assisted with entry into the residence, and attempting contact at two additional addresses. Maria Wood, w/f, was arrested on Cass County warrants 18CA-CR00771 for possession of controlled substance and 18-CAFTA-1245 fail to appear on possession of controlled substance. 5 08/01/18 19:06 S BUCKNER TARSNEY/ S MAJOR RD, OAK GROVE On 08/01/2018 at approximately 1840 hours, I was off-duty on S Buckner Tarsney Rd and Major Rd outside of Oak Grove MO when I witnessed two vehicles off the roadway that had obviously been involved in a crash. Upon my arrival, I triaged three patients and provided basic medical aid until EMS personnel and on-duty law enforcement personnel arrived. 08/02/18 01: GRAND RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On at 0136 hours, I arrived at S. Grand River Rd. in reference to check the welfare. Contact was made with Jamie Highley, who voluntarily went with EMS for medical treatment. 08/02/18 01:42 WB 3RD/Y, BELTON On August 2, 2018 at approximately 0142 hours, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a silver 2015 Ford F150, that had left the residence of 808 Autumn Drive Belton, Missouri. The vehicle was found to be stolen and a suspect was located in Grandview, Missouri with the assistance of Cass County K-9. The suspect was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/02/18 04: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 08/02/18, at approximately 0434 hours, I was dispatched to 103 South 4th St., Garden City, MO for a disturbance. Upon my arrival, I made contact with two subjects who stated they were assaulted by one another. I contacted Michael S. Owens, white male who was placed in to custody on two active warrants through Henry County, Missouri. Mr. Owens was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office where he is being held on $ Cash only bond for Henry County. 08/03/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 3rd 2018, at approximately 0938 hours I transported a subject to Cass Regional Medical Center. Subject was released to hospital staff. 08/03/18 11: FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 3, 2018 at approximately 1136 hours I conducted a vehicle check of a vehicle in the roadway on Freedom Rd south of State Route 2 in rural Harrisonville, MO. A check of the vehicle revealed no Vehicle Identification Number was present and the windshield had been severely damaged. I located the vehicle parked at the Dollar General store located at 1801 E. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO where I contacted a male subject in the vehicle. A computer check revealed Samuel D'Andrea had two active Platte County warrants. Mr. D'Andrea was taken into custody for warrant # for Failure To Appear on a Non Moving Traffic Violation with a bond of $130 cash only and warrant # 17AE-CR02970 for Failure to Appear on a Moving Traffic Violation with a bond of $135 cash only. No court date was provided and extradition was confirmed. A red in color Ford F250 was located in the ditch at the northwest corner of the intersection with nobody in or near the vehicle. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to blocking traffic safety hazard. 08/05/18 07:30 P HWY/ROUSH, On Sunday, August 5, 2018 at approximately 0756 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Roush Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a report of an animal bite. I spoke with John H. Matthes, white male who stated that he was bitten by a dog while returning from riding his bike on the Rock Island Trail. The dog was located at the residence of South Roush Road and the owner, Kalen K. Kunkel, white male was contacted. 08/05/18 07:46 CASEYS WEST, PECULIAR On at approximately 0747 hours I responded to 625 State Route J in Peculiar, MO in reference to assisting Peculiar PD with a traffic stop. Upon arrival I contacted Officer Zaharsky who stated he had taken Drew Sharp into custody for active Cass County and Harrisonville PD warrants. Mr. Sharp was taken into custody for Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-950, for expired registration, Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-951 for no insurance, Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-953 for Driving while suspended, Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-954 for Driving while suspended, Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-955 for Following too close, and Cass County warrant 18CAFTA-957 for Driving while suspended. A total bond of $1500 Cash Only had been set and a court date of was given. Mr. Sharp was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 08/05/18 12:30 NODAWAY COUNTY, On at 1507 hours, I responded to the Nodaway County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Eric James Clark into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CFTA-1273 for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, bond $ Cash only and Driving While Revoked/Suspended, $ Cash Only Bond, Mr Clark was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/05/18 12: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, August 5, 2018 at approximately 1240 hours Sergeant Sutcliffe and I were dispatched to E. 189th Street, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Jenifer Williams stated she was assaulted. A suspect was located, taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County jail.

10 08/05/18 13: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Sunday, August 5, 2018 at approximately 1355 hours, I conducted a welfare check at the residence of 311 South Lyne Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri. Upon contacted a male subject at the residence, identified as Richard A. Campbell, it was discovered that he had active warrants through Belton, Missouri. Mr. Campbell was taken in to custody and transported to the Belton Police Department where he was released to their care and custody. 08/05/18 16: CANTRELL RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, August 5, 2018 at approximately 1639 hours dispatch broadcasted a Peculiar police officer had vehicle failing to yield southbound on Interstate 49 approaching Harrisonville, MO. I entered the area where the vehicle had been located at 2601 S Cantrell Rd when the vehicle occupants were located. The suspect was identified as Christian A. Hummel who was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 08/05/18 17:16 SB 49/MM 172, RAYMORE On 08/05/2018 at approximately 1715 hours, I was traveling southbound on I-49 SB at the 172 Milemarker when I observed a vehicle crash. I contacted the driver and determined he was not injured. I remained with the driver until a Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper arrived on scene. 08/05/18 19:00 FRANKLIN COUNTY KS, On at 20:17 hours, I responded to the Franklin County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Andrew Gilliam into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CFTA-600 for Failure to Appear, bond $10,000 cash only, and warrant # 18-CFTA-9 for Failure to Appear, bond $4, % Cash only. Mr Gilliam was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/05/18 19: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On August 5, 2018, at approximately 1905 hours, I was dispatched to 102 8th Street, Garden City for a suicidal subject. Dennis Daniel, w/m, said a friend had taken a bunch of pills during an argument. This portion of the incident was unfounded. While on scene, Barbara Foley, w/f, was taken into custody on warrant #17HEFTA535 out of Henry County Sheriff's Office. The bond was set at $ cash or surety. 08/05/18 20: GRAND DR, BELTON On August 5, 2018, at approximately 2049 hours, I was dispatched to South Grand Drive, Belton, for property damage. It was determined that damage had occurred but it was not criminal in nature. The subject that caused the damage was located and contacted in this incident. 08/05/18 21: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 5, 2018 at approximately 2129 hours I responded to E 275th, the Slumber Inn, in reference to a suicidal subject. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male subject who was transported by ambulance for evaluation. There was no apparent crime during this incident.
