1 08/18/14 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2014 at approximately 0615 hours, an assault occured at the Cass County Jail. 08/18/14 09: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On August 18, 2014, I took a report of a lost IPhone 4S that occurred at Firework Importers located at E. 275th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. 08/18/14 10: PECULIAR DR, BELTON On at approximately 1039 hours I responded to S Harrelson Drive outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Kevin Stephens who stated someone had stolen the batteries and wiring harnesses from two busses. No suspect has been identified at this time. 08/18/14 10: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 1122 hours I responded to 807 E 187th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Jeffrey Smith who stated employees from SCC Underground were using a fire hydrant to fill their work trucks. Suspects have not been identified at this time. 08/18/14 10:58 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On 08/18/14 at 1058 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Richard D Peterson into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00254, 14CA-CR00255 and 14CA-CR00149 for Fail To Appear, Total bond $6,000 10% cash only, Mr. Peterson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/18/14 11: TH STREET, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1506 hours I contacted Sam Zollicker in reference to a theft investigation. Mr. Zollicker stated someone had been harvesting logs from a property located at 6610 E 255th Street outside of Cleveland, MO. 08/18/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 0930 hours, in Division 1. Judge Collins ordered Marcus Balthrope to be remanded into custody case number 14CA-CR001211, Possession of a controlled substance, Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety, court date 0900 hours. I then transported Marcus Balthrope to the Cass County Jail. 08/18/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1000 hours, in Division 1. Judge Collins ordered Michelle Keeling to be remanded into custody case number 14CA-CR00531, Possession of a controlled substance, Bond set at $15,000 ten percent cash or surety, court date 0900 hours. I then transported Michelle Keeling to the Cass County Jail. 08/18/14 13:10 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/18/14 at 1310 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jeffery Minchew into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25000 cash only, Mr. Minchew was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/18/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, August 18th, 2014, at approximately 1150 hours, I received an request for assistance from Missouri State Highway Patrol Corporal C.N. Bradley, in reference to attempting to locate a vehicle that may be in Cass County.

2 08/18/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2014, at approximately 1455 hours, I made contact with Dana M. McCauley in the Cass County Jail at the BK-2 cell door. I served Ms. McCauley with Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00804 for theft/stealing value of property greater than $500 and less than $ Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 08/28/14 at 0900 hours was given. 08/18/14 19: RD ST, FREEMAN On August 18, 2014 at about 1908 hours, I was dispatched to 102 E. 3rd street, Archie MO in reference to a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Andre Morise who said that he had been arguing over the use of a computer with Vance Morise. 08/18/14 20: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On I investigated a reported dog bite that occurred at S SR F highway Garden City Mo. The victim Diane L. Whitworth reported being bitten by her own dog. 08/18/14 20: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 18, 2014 I investigated a disturbance complaint at Brush College Harrisonville, MO. Upon arrival I spoke with Debbie Murdock, Jason Murdock, and Roy Murdock. All subjects stated there was a verbal argument. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 08/18/14 22: CHESTNUT, BELTON On August 18, 2014 at about 2221 hours, I stopped a gray 1994 Toyota bearing expired MO license plate on S. Chestnut south of MO State Highway 58. Upon contacting the driver was placed under arrest for driving while suspended and on six Kansas City MO warrants and one Independence warrant for failure to appear. 08/18/14 22:59 291/PERSELS, LEE'S SUMMIT On Monday, August 19th, 2014 at approximately 2259 hours I was dispatched to the area of 291 Highway and Persels Road in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Lee's Summit Police Department. K-9 search resulted in a positive alert for the odor of illegal narcotics, and marijuana was then located inside the vehicle. 08/19/14 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0050 hours, I made contact with Gregory C. Grayson B/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on four Cass County Warrants. I served Mr. Grayson the Cass County Warrants, with a total of $1,000 cash only bond. 08/19/14 07: SEATON RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 19, 2014, I investigated a damaged mailbox that was stolen from S. Seaton Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. No suspect have been identified. 08/19/14 08: TANAINE LN, PECULIAR On at approximately 0849 hours I responded to S Tanaine Lane outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to an unknown disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Amber Cue who stated she had been assaulted. One suspect has been identified at this time. 08/19/14 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2014 at approximately 1820 hours, I took a white male subject into custody at the Cass County Jail in reference to three active Cass County FORM warrants I Press then served Reports Cass = UPDATED County warrant #12CA-CR for Burglary-1st

I then served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR for Burglary-1st Degree with a bond of $25, cash only, warrant #13CA-CR00074 for Violation of Order of Protection for Adult with a bond of $10,000 ten percent cash only, and Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00096 for Violation of Order of Protection for Adult with a bond of $10, ten percent cash only. 08/19/14 09: WHIPPOORWILL DR, FREEMAN On at approximately 0955 hours I responded to 8201 E Shady Tree Lane in reference to a follow up to report Upon arrival I contacted Cory harding who was arrested for Cass County warrant 14CA-FTA0826. A bond of $4000 Cash or Surety had been set and a court date of was given. 08/19/14 10: BLUEBERRY DR, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 19th 2014 I conducted an investigation of failure to comply with a child custody agreement. A suspect in this case has been identified. 08/19/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 19th 2014, a physical altercation occurred between two male inmates in D-block of the Cass County Jail located on 2501 West Mechanic. A suspect has been identified. 08/19/14 13: TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On August 19, 2014, I investigated a domestic assault that occurred at E. 275th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries. 08/19/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1520 Hours, I made contact with Kyle P Calhoun at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14cacr00753 for Forgery. 08/19/14 16: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On August 19, 2014, I assisted the Archie Police Department with a foot pursuit that occurred at 507 S. Jackson Street in Archie, Missouri. I transported the suspect to the Cass County Jail for booking. 08/19/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2014, at approximately 1547 hours, I made contact with Robin Jackson W/F, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. I served Ms. Jackson the Cass County Warrant with a $10, % cash only bond. 08/19/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/19/2014, at approximately 0754 hours, I made contact with Brian Lee Burks W/M, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. Farris at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 14CA-CR00350 for Non-Support bond of $ Cash Only and Weekend Warrant for Forgery bond of $10, % Cash or Surety. Court dates of 08/28/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/19/14 20: LAKE ANNETTE RD, FREEMAN On August 19, 2014 I investigated an assault complaint that occurred at Lake Annette road Freeman, Mo. Upon arrival I spoke with Jessie Herring who said that she had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified and contacted in

The Victim, Linda L Parker reported three people she recently met spent the night and after they left she found her medications missing. 08/20/14 00:17 COUNTRY CLUB/EKLUND, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, August 20th, 2014 at approximately 0018 hours I was dispatched the area of 179th Street and Eklund Street, in Pleasant Hill Missouri, in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Pleasant Hill Police Department. Conducted a search and no illegal items were found. 08/20/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/14 at approximately 0850 hours a lady tripped on the stairs going to the second floors of the Cass County Courthouse. 08/20/14 09: OIL WELL DR, On August 20, 2014 at approximately 0957 hours, I investigated a stealing at 4301 E. Oil Well Drive, Belton, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Tanner A Butler stated that an ATV and tools were stolen from his company building during the night. No suspects have been identified. 08/20/14 10: SHAFFER RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 20, 2014 I conducted a burglary investigation at S. Shaffer Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. There was forced entry to a window on the West side of the residence and a door on the East side of the residence. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 08/20/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1302 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Stacy A. Herrell-McMahon warrant #14CA-CR00782 for Violation of Order of Protection for Adult-1st Offense, with a $ cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/20/14 14: KIRCHER RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday August 20, 2014, I was dispatched to the Sheriff s Office Lobby in regards to a domestic assault. I met with the reporting party, B.C.C.. B.C.C.explained that yesterday, Tuesday August 19, 2014, her aunt, came to her residence where she lives with her grandmother. B.C.C. said that her aunt started yelling at her grandmother over the use of a fork. B.C.C. said that she stepped into the situation and a verbal argument took place between her and her aunt. Domestic report taken. 08/20/14 17: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday August 21st, 2014 at approximately 1745 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street in reference to a child custody dispute. Upon arrival I made contact with Bailey, Ryan W/M. No crime occurred no suspects. 08/20/14 18: TH ST, ARCHIE On Wednesday August 21st, 2014 at approximatley 1820 hours I responded a non injury traffic crash on E. 339th Street in rural Archie, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Carpenter, Levi W/M.

5 08/20/14 18:30 ST JOE DOC, On 08/20/2014 at 1415 hours, I responded to the Department of Corrections Center, St. Joseph MO reference a warrant service. I then took Cody Feitz into custody on Cass County warrants # 13-CAFTA-1132 for Traffic, bond $500 cash only, and #13-CAFTA-1164 for traffic, bond $500 cash only. Mr Feitz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/20/14 19:00 DOC ST.JOSEPH, ST JOSEPH On 8/20/2014 at approximately 1205 hrs. I responded to Western MO Regional Diagnostic Center St. Joseph MO. to arrest Richard Cornwell on a Cass County Warrant, taking the subject in custody at 1415 hrs. The subject was then secured in the rear seat and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing at about 1435 hrs. Upon arriving at the Cass County Jail at about 1705 hours, I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00528 for Child Molestation 2nd degree. Bond was set at $5,000 Surety only / NONE and a court date of 8/26/ was given. The subject was then released to the jail for further processing. Subject at CCSO on a writ, NOT to be released! Nothing further. Incident Log 08/20/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Matthew D. Newell at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00468 for FTA on Drug Possession and 14CA-CR00733 for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $35, total bond Cash or Surety and a court date of 09/02/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/20/14 19: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On August 20th, 2014 I investigated a report of an abandoned bicycle at S. State Route D, Cleveland, Missouri. The bicycle was left at the scene. 08/20/14 19: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On August 20th 2014, at approximately 1948 hours I was dispatched to South State Route Y, Belton Missouri in reference to a Medical call. I investigated the death of Robert J. Ruff of Belton, Missouri. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 08/20/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2014 at approximately 1940 Hours, I made contact with McCall Balderston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office as she was Remanded to Custody. I arrested subject on court ordered arrest and she was sentenced to 24 hours in the Cass County Jail. 08/20/14 23: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, August 21st, 2014 at approximately 0012 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to an alleged domestic assault that occurred at the residence of East 179th Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. No injuries were reported by either of the individuals involved and no arrest was made. 08/21/14 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2014, I arrested Christopher Herald, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County weekend warrant for Tampering with motor vehicle 1st degree and Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00017 for FTA-driving revoked/suspended.

Incident Log 08/21/14 03: MORNINGSIDE DR, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, August 21st, 2014 at approximately 0325 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 500 Morningside Drive in Garden City, Missouri in regards to a report domestic assault. A male party was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County. He is being held pending the issuance of a warrant for domestic assault. 08/21/14 06:53 NB 49/MM 171, RAYMORE On Thursday August 21st 2014 I investigated a motor vehicle crash on northbound I-49 north of 195th. A cause of the crash has been determined. 08/21/14 10:06 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/21/14 at 1006 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Justin E Williams into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $ % cash only. I also served # 11CA-CR for Non Support. The bond was set at $1000 cash only. Mr. William was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/21/14 11: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On August 21, 2014 I conducted an investigation of fraud that was walked ino the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri. As a result of my investigation it was revealed that the case would be considered a civil matter. 08/21/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1252 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Deonna C. Johnson warrant #14CA-CR00732 for Possession Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or Less of marijuana with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 1330 hours. 08/21/14 12:54 JOHNSON COUNTY MO, CENTERVIEW On 08/21/14 at 1254 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kayla Smith into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00094 for Probation Violation, bond $4,000 10% cash allowed,ms Smith was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/21/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1557 hours, I contacted Stanley J Etter at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #12CA-CR00428 for Criminal Non-Support. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/21/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2014 I arrested Donnie Leeper, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00866 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended/Revoked. A court date of August 28, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $25,000 cash only. 08/21/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2014 I served Jeremy Swenson, w/m, Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00795 for Harrassment at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A court date of August 26, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $3,000 cash or surety.

7 08/21/14 22:35 7/197TH, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, August 21st, 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of 197th Street and State Route 7 Highway in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri for an equipment violation. Upon contacting the driver, Tammara L. Devine, white female and conducting a records check through MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System) it was found that Ms. Devine had an active warrant through the Lake Winnebago, Missouri Police Department. Ms. Devine was taken in to custody on Lake Winnebago warrant for Failure To Appear on a misdemeanor traffic offense and transported to the Lake Winnebago Police Department where she was released to their care, custody and control. 08/22/14 08: TH TER, PECULIAR On at approximately 0840 hours I responded to E 234th Terrace outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to an animal call. Upon arrival I contacted Jeffrey Purvis who stated his neighbor's dog attacked and killed his dog. The other animal owner has been identified in this case. 08/22/14 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 12th 2014 I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash. A cause of the crash has been determined. 08/22/14 08:44 291/239TH, HARRISONVILLE On Friday August 22nd 2014 I investigated a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of 239th and 291. A cause of the crash has been determined. 08/22/14 09:13 GREENE COUNTY JAIL, SPRINGFIELD On 8/24/2014 at 1205 hours, I responded to the Greene County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Rodney Easler Jr. into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00762 for DWS, bond $7,500 cash or surety, Mr Easler was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/22/14 09:37 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 08/22/14 at 0937 hours, I responded to the Clay Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Connie Kilgore into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000, MS Kilgore was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/22/14 09:37 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On 08/22/14 at 0937 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Curtis Koons into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00204 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000, Mr. Koons was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/22/14 10: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY 08/22/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 22, 2014 Becky Wilhelm reported that her front license plate was stolen by and unknown subject without her knowledge and consent. The plate was stolen from her vehicle at her address, S Wagnor Road. No suspects have been identified in this incident.

8 08/22/14 13: F HWY/NORTH OF DAYTON, GARDEN CITY On August 22, 2014 at approximately 1318 hours, I was dispatched to Dayton, Missouri on suspicious activity. While enroute, dispatch told me that the calling party stated that someone was in the process of stealing a dump truck from him. Dispatch then told me that the other party involved called 911 and stated that an older man pointed a gun at him. A subject was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon. 08/22/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 22, 2014 Blake A. Mazy-Franks reported that his rear license plate was lost by falling off of his vehicle. 08/22/14 15:34 217TH ST, PECULIAR On Friday, August 22, 2014 Peter M. Vegelahm reported to the Sheriff s Office suspicious activity involving a motorcycle that occurred on 217th east of J hwy. 08/22/14 18: RD ST, PECULIAR On at approximately 1832 hours I responded to E 223rd Street outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to a fraud/forgery investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Karen Smith who stated someone had used her checking account without her consent. One suspect has been identified in this case. 08/22/14 18: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 22, 2014 at approximately 1845 hours I was dispatched to E. 267th St, Harrisonville, MO reference to a disturbance in progress. I contacted a Richard Hakett who told me that he had gotten into an argument with a female subject. The subjects have been identified and a report taken. 08/22/14 18: COUNTRYSIDE LANE, PECULIAR On August 22, 2014 at about 1856 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's in reference to child custody. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Evan Beasley, who said the suspect is refusing to allow him visitation of his son. A suspect was identified. 08/23/14 00:12 RESEARCH BELTON HOSPITAL, BELTON On Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 at approximately 0016 hours I was dispatched to Research Belton Hospital in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Belton Police Department in regards to possibly tracking a suspect in a shooting. Conducted an area search for the suspect with negative results. It was later determined that the victim actually shot himself, and there was no suspect. 08/23/14 11: ELM, WEST LINE On at approximately 1259 hours I responded to 505 E Elm Street in West Line, MO in reference to a lost or stolen firearm. Upon arrival I contacted Bryon Petersen who stated his firearm was missing from his home. No ssupects have been identified in this case. 08/23/14 13: WEST HIDDEN VALLEY RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1352 hours I responded to S West Hidden Valley Road outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to an animal bite. Upon arrival I contacted Rebecca Mitchell who stated she had been bit on the left hand by a dog while delivering a package to the residence.

9 08/23/14 16:22 MESA DR AND PALO VERDE, BELTON On at approximately 1623 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a white Jeep Grand Cherokee in the area of Mesa Drive and Palo Verde in Belton, MO for a traffic violation. Two subject were issued summons. 08/23/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1935 hours, I came in contact with Eric Dean Fantozzi at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant # for driving while suspended. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/23/14 20:15 PECULIAR DR N OF 237TH, PACIFIC On August 23, 2014 at about 2018 I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive near 237th street in reference to check the well being. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Billy J. Barnett who was walking down Peculiar Drive. A computer check revealed Mr. Barnett had a Grandview, MO Warrant for his arrest. Mr. Barnett was arrested and transported to Grandview MO Police Department. 08/23/14 20: TH ST, CREIGHTON On at approximately 2048 hours, I was dispatched to E.355th Creighton Mo regarding an assault that just occurred. LInda Parker reported that three (3) men entered her home and held a gun to her head. There is no suspect identified. 08/24/14 09: US 71 HWY, BELTON On August 24, 2014 at about 1854 hours, I was dispatched to the Regional Medical Center in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took Mr. David Ramos in custody on two Cass County Warrants. Mr. Ramos was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/24/14 18:21 HUBACH HILL RD, Incident Log 08/24/14 19: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, August 24, 2014 at approximately 1921 hours I was dispatched to E. 215th St, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a report of threats no longer in progress. I contacted Barbara Spitler who said she was told, by a relative, that another person made verbal threats against her. The investigation revealed no crime had been committed. 08/24/14 20: RD ST, BELTON On August 25, 2014 at about 0030 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Jesse D. Cunningham. I transported Mr. Cunningham to the Cass County Jail where he was given copies of his Cass County Warrants.
