1 03/05/18 05:34 J HIGHWAY/HUBACH HILL ROAD, RAYMORE On 03/05/2018 at approximately 0534 hours I was dispatched to J highway just south of Hubach Hill road, rural Peculiar, Missouri for a non-injury motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries as a result of the accident. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. 03/05/18 08: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On , I investigated a property damage at 908 N. Mullen in rural Raymore. I contacted Lorie J. Tesino w/f who stated that she had seen the dogs from the residence behind hers eating her chickens. 03/05/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1155 hours, I arrested Scott Farrow on 2 Cass County felony warrants. Bond was set at $ cash only on each and a court date of at 0900 was given. 03/05/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 03/05/18 13: CHERRT ST, KANSAS CITY reference to a warrant service. Allan W. Wall was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #18CAFTA31, Non support in excess of 12 monthly payments, with a bond of $ % cash only. 03/05/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 03/05/18 16: TH ST, LEXINGTON On March 7th, 2018 at approximately 1045 hours I was dispatched to 107 south 11th street, Lexington, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Elizabeth E. Punshon was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant #18CAFTA200, possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less, and given a bond of $ cash only. 03/05/18 17:01 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On March 6th, 2018 at approximately 1149 hours I was dispatched to 1300 Cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Julia M. Cox was taken into custody on an active Cass county warrant #17CAFTA1745 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a bond of $ release after 48 hours was given. Ms. Cox was transported to the Cass county jail with out incident. 03/05/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/05/2018, at approximately 1925 Hours, I made contact with Cathy Irene Corn at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 18CA-CR00155 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. 03/05/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/05/2018, at approximately 1950 Hours, I made contact with Tiffani N. Vohs at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a Cass County warrant. I served the Cass County Warrant for Fugitive from out of State.

2 03/05/18 22: TH ST, STRASBURG On at 2224 hours, I arrived at 307 N. 4th St., Strasburg, MO and spoke with Courtney L. F. Talley who reported that an ex-boyfriend held her against her will for a brief period of time while the ex-boyfriend was driving a vehicle erratically. A suspect has been identified. 03/06/18 01: MAIN, GRANDVIEW On 03/06/18 at 0121 hours I responded to the Grandview Police Department, 1200 Main street in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Isabelle Nelson B/F on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00148 for fraudulent use of a credit device with a bond of $4,000.00, 10 % Cash only. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cass County jail. She was turned over to the on-duty jail staff for further processing. She was assigned a court date of 03/20/2018 at 0900 hours. 03/06/18 08: MILLER RD, PECULIAR On 03/06/2018, at approximately 0832 Hours, I investigated a Burglary at S Miller Rd, Harrisonville. I contacted Dan Drake, w/m, who stated that someone had forced entry into an out building and had taken various tools. No suspect has been identified. 03/06/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0902 Hours, I made contact with Nathaniel Ray Anderson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Assault. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 1330 hours was given. 03/06/18 12: K HWY, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1204 hours I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office for lost or stolen license plate stickers. I made contact with William Smith who told me he place the new registration stickers on his vehicle. On Mr. Williams noticed one of his registration stickers was missing. No suspect has been identified. 03/06/18 15: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY reference to a warrant service. Angelia E. Mitchell was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00811, receiving stolen property, with a bond of $ % cash only. 03/06/18 21:42 58/291, RAYMORE On 03/06/18 at 2145 hours I was dispatched to 291 Hwy and 58 Hwy in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I observed a Blue 2013 Chevrolet Express Missouri license 2MU157 and a 2016 Ford fusion Missouri license UL1T4T were invloved in a minor collision. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. 03/06/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2320 Hours, I made contact with Tracy Cox, a white female, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served two Cass County Warrants for Non-Support. 03/07/18 04: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY reference to a warrant service. Robert D. Henderson was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #16CAFTA310, driving while suspended, with a bond of $ % cash allowed, and warrant #16CAFTA150, Passing a bad check less than $500.00, with a bond of $ % cash allowed.

Brennan O'Connell was taken into custody for active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00097 and 18CA-CR00098 for Drugs/Possession of Controlled Substances for 35 grams of less of Marijuana. Both warrants revealed a bond of $4000 cash only with a court date of 0900 hrs. Mr. O'Connell was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 03/07/18 07: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON 03/07/18 11:28 NB IN SB LANE 49/ARCHIE, ARCHIE On Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at approximately 1137 hours, I responded to the area of Southbound Interstate 49 near mile marker north of Archie, Missouri in regards to a report of a motor vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of traffic. The driver of the vehicle was taken in to custody a short time later and is being held at the Cass County Jail pending the issuance of a warrant for Felony Resisting Arrest By Fleeing. 03/07/18 13: KANSAS AVE, OLATHE On March 9th, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 101 north kansas avenue, Olathe, Kansas in reference to warrant service. Aron J. Graham. Mr. Graham was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #16CACR01115, possession of controlled substance 35 grams or less. 03/07/18 14: RD STREET, BELTON On 03/08/2018, at approximately 0213 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department, 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, in reference to a warrant service. I took Kayla Pendarvis into custody on Cass County warrant 18-CAPBR-48 for Probation violation. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 04/09/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 03/07/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 3/7/2018, at approximately 1745 Hours, I made contact with Edwin Curtis Mills at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-225 for Failure to Appear, Non Support, Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order of Non-Support. 03/07/18 18: CHANDLER RD, GARDEN CITY On 03/07/2018 at approximately 1822 I was dispatched an information phone call. Dispatch advised that a subject had questions pertaining to his wife who he is in the middle of a divorce selling their cattle. It was determined this matter was a civil issue. 03/07/18 21:14 SB D/S OF 241, CLEVELAND 03/07/18 23:18 NB CERRITO/174, BELTON On 03/08/2018 at approximately 2318 hours I was setting in the parking lot leading to the Belton High school Football Field. I observed a dark in color 4 door sedan heading west on 58 highway. I then saw Belton Police Officer initiate a vehicle stop. The vehicle failed to yield and no suspect was identified or apprehended.

4 03/08/18 01:52 155TH/ STAR TIMES, On March 8, 218 at approximately 0153 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a gray in color 2004 Ford truck for a equipment violation. Christopher Hagedorn was found to be inside the vehicle and was placed into custody for two felony weapons warrants out of Cass County. Mr. Hagedorn was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/08/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/08/2018, at approximately 1046 hours, I took custody of Daniel Johnson in DIV IV Court after he was sentenced to Department of Corrections. 03/08/18 14: STATE ROUTE T, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, March 8, 2018 at approximately 1437 hours I was dispatched to E. State Route T, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance. A female subject stated she was assaulted by a family member. A suspect has been identified. 03/08/18 15: ND ST, ARCHIE On at approximately 1524 hours I responded to E 342nd Street outside of Archie, MO in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted Tess McGuire who stated someone had been on her property since she was there yesterday. No suspects have been identified at this time. 03/08/18 15: ROCK ISLAND DR, PLEASANT HILL On 03/08/2018 at approximately 1514 hours I was dispatched to Rock Island Rd. to the report of a burglary. Upon my arrival, I contacted Andria Simon who reported her vehicle was broken into and personal items were stolen during the night of 03/07/2018 and 03/08/ /08/18 15: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 03/08/2018, at approximately 1550 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in report of fraud. Wilber Engelhardt reported unauthorized withdraws from his banking account. 03/08/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE Deputies responded to a problem in the jail. The problem was solved with minor intervention. 03/08/18 18: FORD RD, ARCHIE On Thursday March 8, 2018 at approximately 1900 hours, I was dispatch a call by phone. In reference to threats not in progress. I made contact with the victim Mark Garrigus. Mr. Garrigus told me that his neighbor had threatened him during a conversation in the roadway in front of his residence. The suspect has been identified. 03/08/18 19: LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On 03/08/2018, at approximately 1927 hours, I responded to 287 N. Winnebago Drive, Lake Winnebago, in reference to a possible kidnapping. My investigation resulted in the arrest of a male subject for domestic assault, kidnapping of adult, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia/methamphetamine. 03/08/18 20: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY reference to a warrant service. Kimberly J. Rubio was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #18CAFTA16, Possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less, with a bond of $ cash only given.

5 03/08/18 20: TH TER, BELTON On at approximately 2041 hours I was dispatched to th terr. Belton, MO for a open door on the residence. Upon arrival at approximately 2117 hours I observed the lights on in the residence with the front door open. Contact was made with Judith Wells she stated no one should be at the residence. A search of the residence was conducted with negative results. 03/08/18 23: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2336 hours I was dispatched to S.E. Outer Road SAPP Brothers for a party refusing to leave. the suspect refused to identify. 03/09/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/09/2018, at approximately 0135 Hours, I made contact with Janelle Mosley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00196 for Assault 1st degree or attempt - serious physical injury or special victim. 03/09/18 08: PENCE RD, CAMERON On at 1110 hours, I responded to the Western Missouri Correctional Center, Cameron, Mo. reference a warrant service. I then took Jeffery Frederick Baldwin into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01033 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana, bond $25,000.00,Cash or Surety Mr Baldwin was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/09/18 08: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On Friday 3/9/18 at approximately 0814 hours I responded to 709 E Colony in East Lynn Missouri in regards to a stealing. Joanna S. Jones, W/F, reports her car being broken into overnight. No suspect has been identified. 03/09/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/09/2018, at approximately 0940 hours, I made contact with Belal Saadeh Rhaimeh at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Failure to Obey Judge's Order on Possesion Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only and a court date of 04/09/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 03/09/18 09: COLONY AVE, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 3/9/18 at approximately 0948 hours I responded to 709 E Colony in East Lynne Missouri in regards to a stealing. Upon conducting an area canvas I discovered another vehicle that had been broken into at 804 E Colony Ave. Joshua W. Pauley, W/M, had his truck broken into overnight. No suspect has been identified. 03/09/18 10:24 291/225TH, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 3/9/18 at approximately 1200 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a road rage incident. Dana L. Butler, W/F told me that a pickup truck had stopped and the driver had yelled at her and sped off. No suspect has been identified. 03/09/18 15: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1549, I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic in reference to a report of forgery. I made contact with David Klinkenberg who stated that his name had been forged on medical bills for payment. A suspect has been identified but not contacted.

6 03/09/18 16: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE 03/09/2018, I assisted DFS with an investigation at 1006 N. Mullen in rural Raymore. I assisted Becca Ballentine with DFS who needed to investigate a hotline report at drug use and neglect in the home. 03/09/18 16: KING RD, PECULIAR On Friday 3/9/18 at approximately 1638 hours I responded to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriffs Office at 2501 W Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a fraud. Charles and Betty Haney told me that someone had taken a credit card out in their name. No suspect has been identified. 03/09/18 18: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 3/9/18 at approximately 1814 hours I responded to E St Rt 2 in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to threats in progress. Justin J. Schlesener, W/M, and Donald R. Cottrell, W/M both told me that the other had verbally assaulted them. No arrest was made at this time. 03/09/18 22: WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On 03/09/2018 at 2257 hours I was dispatched in reference to an information phone call only. I made phone contact with Tara Atkinson W/F who advised me of a protection order violation. A suspect has been identified 03/10/18 00: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 0011 hours, I was dispatched to E. 275th St. (Slumber Inn), room #115, in reference to a domestic assault that occurred and the suspect left the area. Arriving on scene, contact was made with Violet M. Wellman, who reported that her husband physically assaulted her. A suspect was identified. 03/10/18 11:48, Incident Log 03/10/18 14: WALNUT ST, DREXEL On 03/10/2018 I was dispatched to 407 E. Walnut Drexel, Mo on a call of Trespass in Progress. Karen Lawretiew and Steven Foster were issued citations for trespassing and issued a court date. 03/10/18 15: OHIO STREET, CLINTON On 03/10/2017, at approximately 1459 hours, I responded to Wal Mart, 1712 E Ohio Street, Clinton, in reference to a stealing. Two females were found to be stealing swim wear from the store and Wal Mart declined to prosecute. 03/10/18 15: BETH LEE DR, PECULIAR On Saturday 3/10/18 at approximately 1528 hours I responded to S Beth Lee Rd in Peculiar Missouri in regards to stealing of a motor vehicle. No crime actually occurred. 03/10/18 17: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On Saturday 3/10/18 at approximately 1719 hours I responded to the Cass County Sheriffs Office at 2501 W Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a fraud. Geraldine L. Long, W/F, told me she had $ taken by a phone scam. No suspect has been identified. 03/10/18 18: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On at 2121 hours, Nicholas R. Barbarick was arrested on an active Cass county warrant. Mr. Barbarick was transported to Cass County Jail.

It was reported that someone dumped two animals near the roadway. 1 party was arrested on outstanding warrants. 03/10/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2225 hours, I made contact with the Dodge County, NE Sheriff's Office who stated they had an active, extraditable warrant for Nicholas Barbarick. I will start the fugitive process. 03/11/18 12: JERRY, RAYMORE On 03/11/2018, at approximately 1310 hours, I arrived on scene and contacted Brandon Cracraft. Mr. Cracraft stated two of his ponies had to be euthanised as a result of being attacked by an animal in the neighborhood. 03/11/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/11/2018, at approximately 1320 hours, I made contact with Stephen C. Cross at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for DWI-Chronic, Unlawful Possession Of A Firearm, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Possesion Of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less, Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 10% Cash Only and a court date of 05/03/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 03/11/18 15: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 03/11/2018, at approximately 1515 hours, I contacted John W. Adams at 1201 N Lyne Raymore. I was advised prior to arrival Mr. Adams had an active DOC warrant for a Probation Violation, warrant # Mr. Adams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/11/18 17: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On at approximately 1732 hours, I was dispatched to 1510 N Mullen Ave, Raymore, Missouri, in reference to a Violation of full Order of Protection. I made contact with Samantha Kopfer who stated she has an order of protection that is being violated. A suspect was identified. 03/11/18 19: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On at 2014 hours, Rebecca King was arrested on 2 active Belton Municipal warrants. Ms. King was transported to Belton Jail and turned over to Belton Corrections. 03/11/18 20: MAIN ST, CLINTON On 03/12/2018 at approximately 0605 hours I was dispatched to 200 north Main Street, Clinton, Missouri at the Henry County Jail, regarding a prisoner transfer. I arrived and transported one male to the Cass County Jail due to an active Cass County warrant. 03/11/18 21: RD ST, CLEVELAND On 03/11/18 at 2148 hours I was dispatched to 102 S 3rd street in Cleveland in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with two parties who claimed the other assaulted them. The two parties separated for the night.
