1 02/29/16 01: RD ST, BELTON On 02/29/2016, at approximately 0027 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. I made contact with Todd A Cox, and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival at the Cass County Jail, I served Cass County warrant 16-CAFTA /29/16 02: INDEPENDENCE ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday February 29th, 2016 at approximately 0203 hours I responded to 702 S. Independence Street to assist Harriosnville P.D. with an investigation. A white female was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/29/16 10:40 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 02/29/16 at 1040 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Christopher Holloway into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR01181 for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 10% cash allowed. Mr. Holloway was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/29/16 11:39 6 FORT SCOTT, BUTLER On Wednesday at approximately 0845 hours I was dispatched to the Bates County Sheriff's Office, 6 West Fort Scott street in reference to a prisoner transfer. I arrested Alvarado, Danny u/m on active Cass County warrant number 16-CAFTA-191. Mr. Alvarado was then transported and released to the Cass County Jail Deputies. 02/29/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/29/2016 at approximately 1355 hours, I made contact with Bradley Wayne Beach at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00076 for FTA-DWI-Aggravated Offender. Bond for this warrant was set at $25, cash only and a court date of 03/17/2016 at 1330 hours. 02/29/16 14: GARDEN AVE, BELTON On at approximately 1420 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO, in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Anjanete Pahal who stated someone had stolen her 1995 Mercedes. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/29/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1345 hours, I came in contact with John Waren at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00168 for unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $2,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 02/29/16 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On February 29, 2016 I was dispatched to E 227th Street In rural Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of a burglary. I spoke to Benny J. Uselton who said that someone forced their way into the basement door and stole several items. 02/29/16 17:15 287/BUFORD, HARRISONVILLE On February 29, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 287th Street and Bufford Road, Harrisonville, Missouri of a blue in color 2006 Chevy Uplander. The driver was identified as James A. Saltkill and placed into custody for an active Belton, Missouri warrant. Mr. Saltkill was transported to the Belton City Jail. 02/29/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1820 hours, I took Corey Huskey into custody as he turned himself in on an active Cass County warrant.

2 02/29/16 20: MCCLINTOCK DR, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, February 29, 2016 at approximately 2001 hours, I was dispatched to S McClintock Dr Pleasant Hill, MO. In reference to the neighbors dog coming into the Reporting party's yard and attacking their dog. I spoke to the neighbors and let them know that they are responsible for their dogs if they are on the neighbors property. My investigation revealed that no criminal activity took place. 02/29/16 21: RD ST, BELTON On February 29, 2016 at about 2155 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department to perform a Drug Recognition Evaluation. Upon arrival I completed my evaluation and determined the suspect was under the influence of cannabis. 02/29/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2205 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office and arrested them on a Cass County warrant. 03/01/16 08:00 STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On March 1, 2016, an abandoned vehicle was towed that was blocking the entrance to a gate on State Route 7 south of 203rd Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. 03/01/16 08:50 WEST MO CORR CENTER, CAMERON On 03/01/16 at 0850 hours, I responded to the Western Missouri Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Shane Nunn into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00387 for Passing a Bad Check, bond $7,500. Mr Nunn was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/01/16 10: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at approximately 1032 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri on an active Cass County warrant. Justin E. Williams, white male was placed into custody on Cass County warrant #11CA-CR Mr. Williams was transported to the Cass County jail and released to jail staff. Mr. Williams was given a bond of $ cash only and a court date of Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 1330 hours in Cass County courts. 03/01/16 11:00 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 03/01/16 at 1100 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Gregory Kauzlarich into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00240 for Non Support, bond $30,000 cash only. Mr. Kauzlarich was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/01/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE Voided report # /01/16 11:55 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 03/01/16 at 1155 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kristopher Krebs into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00930 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only. Mr. Krebs was transported to the Cass County Jail.

3 03/01/16 13:55 DAYTON MO, On March 1, 2016 I responded to Dayton, Missouri in reference to a disturbance at an unknown location. It was reported that the female caller had stated that she was in Dayton, Missouri and was being attacked. The calling party could not be located. 03/01/16 14: TH STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1505 hours I responded to the area of 2903 E 187th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Connie Bryant who had ran off the roadway and struck a tree. 03/01/16 15: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1330 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff s Office in reference to a subject with an active Belton warrant. Jessica L. Barnett was taken into custody and transported to the Belton City Jail for processing. 03/01/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2016, I made contact with Mack A. Holt at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 10CA-CR for a Probation Violation. 03/01/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday March 1st, 2016, at approximately 1520 hours, I made contact with David A. Williams in the Division V courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Williams on an active Cass County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 04/04/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 03/01/16 16: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1720 hours I responded to S Prospect Avenue outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a burglary investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Daniel Head who stated someone had stolen his tractor from his garage. No suspects have been identified at this time. 03/01/16 17: SHADY TREE LN, LAKE ANNETTE On at approximately 1808 hours I responded to 8201 E Shady Tree Lane in Lake Annette in reference to a possible theft from an outbuilding. Upon arrival I contacted Jerry Harding who stated someone had forced entry into his outbuilding again. No suspects have been identified at this time. 03/01/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/16 at approximately 1045 hours, I made contact with Amy Dawn Keating at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Keating the Cass County warrant with a $1,500 cash only bond. 03/01/16 20:17 291/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On March 1, 2016 I used my push bumper to move a vehicle that was broken down out of the roadway at State Route 291 and Commercial Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. There was no damage observed to either vehicle. 03/01/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2016, at approximately 2345 hours, I made contact with Jeffrey M. Franse, W/M, at the Cass County jail in regard to a Cass County felony warrant. The felony warrant was served.

4 03/02/16 08: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at approximately 0820 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East Hubach Hill Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a report of a stolen trailer from the property. The victim, Michael B. Smith, white male stated that his 24 foot Featherlite Utility trailer was stolen sometime between Monday, February 15, 2016 and Saturday, February 27, A suspect has not been identified. 03/02/16 09:43 VANDALIA DOC, VANDALIA On 03/02/2016 at 1400 hours, I responded to the Department of Corrections Vandalia Missouri reference a warrant service. I then took Melissa Specht into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for stolen property, no bond, MS Specht was transported to the Cass County Jail. Subject was picked up on a writ, NO BOND. 03/02/16 10: TH ST, CREIGHTON On March 02, 2016 I responded to E. 355th Street, Creighton, Missouri, in reference to assisting EMS on a medical call. I made contact with the subject who was then looked at by Garden City EMS personell. This report is non criminal in nature. 03/02/16 10: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday at approximately 1107 hours I received a phone call regarding information in reference to a wanted person. One subject was taken into custody at South Sycamore Grove road, Garden City. 03/02/16 15: F ST, CREIGHTON On March 02, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at 308 F Street, Creighton, Missouri. The victim reported two Missouri license plates stolen from her vehicle. No suspects have been identified in this investigation. 03/02/16 19: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On 03/02/2016 at approximately 1913 hours, I responded to the area of 175th street and Scott road in Pleasant Hill Missouri in reference to a check the welfare of male subject. I was unable to locate and determine the status of the subject. An attempt to locate message was broadcasted in reference to the male subject. 03/02/16 22:03 NB 49/291, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 2nd 2016, at 2203 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on the on ramp to northbound I-49 from 291 Highway on a white 1999 Toyota Camry. The white male passenger was arrested for two active warrants out of Pleasant Hill for possession of amphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 03/03/16 00:39 GREENE COUNTY SO, SPRINGFIELD On 03/03/2016 at 1345 hours, I responded to the Greene County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Misty Rifenburg into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00634 for Possession, bond $25,000.oo cash only, MS Rifenburg was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/16 08: TH ST, BELTON On Thursday at approximately 0808 hours I was dispatched to 4306 East 204th street in reference to a suicidal subject. I then took Joseph Elder into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00278 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Elder was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I made contact with Kruse, Debra w/f at the Freeman Country Mart which belonged to her and her husband, Kruse, Harold w/m. This case is still under investigation. 03/03/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday March 3rd, 2016, at approximately 1100 hours, I was dispatch to the Clerk's Office on a call on a possible threatening call. 03/03/16 13:17 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On 03/03/16 at 1317 hours, I responded to the Vernon County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Timmy Rhoades into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only. Mr. Rhoades was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1615 hours, I made contact with Mark Thomas, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Thomas Cass County warrant# 14CA-CR00172, Bond was set at $4, % Cash Only, with a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/03/16 15: RD CT, BELTON On 03/03/2016, at approximately 0112 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. I made contact with Gage S Hutchens, and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival at the Cass County Jail, I served Cass County warrants 15-CAFTA-1089, 15-CAFTA-1090, 15-CAFTA /03/16 17: STATE ROUTE W, DREXEL On Wednesday, March 2, 2016 with approximately 1430 hours I arrived at State Route W, Drexel Missouri in reference to a Cass County Exparte service. While serving the ExParte I discovered what could be considered elderly abuse. The victim in this case did not want to pursue any charges. Since my investigation she has changed care takers and was being cared for properly. 03/03/16 20: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE ON March 3, 2016 I conducted a prisoner transfer at Raymore Missouri police department. Upon arrival I took custody of Megan N Hopkins w/f on an active Cass County warrant for Possession of Controlled subtance and transported her to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Ms. Hopkins was released the Jail staff for futher processing. 03/03/16 20: EAST CLOVER HILLS RD, CLEVELAND On 03/03/2016 at approximately 2059 hours I was dispatched to East Clover Hills Road, Cleveland in reference to assisting Western Cass EMS with a medical call. One female was transported to Belton Regional Hospital. 03/03/16 22: MAIN, PECULIAR On 03/03/2016, at approximately 2301 hours I was dispatched to Peculiar Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. I made contact with Matthew T Strawn, and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival at the Cass County Jail, I served Cass County warrant 16-CAPBR-44.

6 03/04/16 11: JEFFERSON PKY, PLEASANT HILL On March 4, 2016 I was contacted by telephone in reference to a civil child custody matter. This report was taken as information. 03/04/16 12:16 323RD ST/JACOBSON ROAD, ARCHIE On at approximately 1306 hours I responded to the area of 323rd Street and Jacobson Road in reference to a large natural cover fire, with Central Cass Fire Protection District. While on scene I was contacted by Steve Yarbough who stated the fire had damaged his pasture. One suspect was identified and located. 03/04/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1125 hours, I came in contact with Alicia Meador at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00628 for failure to appear on an ex-parte violation. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash allowed, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 03/04/16 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On March 4, 2016 I responded to the address of E. 179th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing of a motorcycle from a storage building. Mr. Brandon Long reported a 2014 Kawasaki race bike to have been stolen from a building on the property. Suspect information is not available at this time. 03/04/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 03/04/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1845 hours, I came in contact with Bobby Joe Carlson at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00175 for harrassment. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 03/04/16 18:24 MCKINLEY AND BEL RAY BLVD, BELTON On March 4, 2016 at about 1824 hours, I stopped a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban on McKinley Rd near Bel Ray Blvd for an expired temporary license plate. The passenger, Mr. Clyde E. Mitchell was arrested on two Belton Warrants. 03/04/16 20:51 SB 49/MM 169.6, On Friday, March 4th 2016, at approximately 2051 hours I conducted a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 49 at mile marker on a maroon 2000 Mercury Cougar. The black female driver was arrested on Grandview PD and Jackson County traffic warrants, and issued a summons for driving while suspended. 03/05/16 07: STATE ROUTE EE, EAST LYNNE On March 5, 2016 I responded to State Rt EE, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to stealing. Mr. Michael McCarty reported that several antique aluminum yard ornaments had been taken from the outside of the residence. Some items have been recovered with a suspect being identified. 03/05/16 08: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On March 5, 2016 I responded to E. Zook Street, Gunn City, Missouri in reference to information to a juvenile that had not remained where she was said to be staying for a night away from her residence. The juvenile was located and was reported to be in a safe place.

Upon arrival I contacted Pamela Jackson who stated she had cut the corner short and hit Ryan Ortbals' vehicle. 03/05/16 09:27 245TH ST AND BLINKER LIGHT ROAD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0940 hours I responded to the area of 245th Street and Blinker Light Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Kyle Kuntz who stated he ran off the roadway and turned his car over. 03/05/16 10: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On March 5, 2016 I responded to E. 245th Street, East Lynne, Missouri for a residence check. Mr. Austin Mattox was contacted and placed into custody for an active felony Cass County Probation Violation warrant and was transported to the Cass County Jail for further processing. 03/05/16 11: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On March 5, 2016 I responded to E. 179th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to burglary. Mr. Brandon Long reported that forced entry was made into a structure on the property. An attempt to steal a four wheeler had been committed. No suspect information is available at this time. 03/05/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1415 hours, I came in contact with John Robert Williams at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00036 for felony non-support. Bond was set at $1,000.00, cash only, and a court date of 03/24/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 03/05/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1820 hours, I came in contact with Autrey Coleman Hines at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served the Cass County weekend warrant for felony DWI. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 03/05/16 18: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On at approximately 1840 hours I responded to E 247th Street outside of East Lynne, MO in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I contacted East Lynne Fire Personnel who stated Linda Zeiler was missing. Mrs. Zeiller was subsequently located and accounted for. 03/05/16 19: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 5, 2016 at about 2025 hours, I responded to E. 281st street in reference to a stand by. Upon arrival I contacted Miss Kaitlynn Green who wanted clothes from her residence. The home owner, Mrs. Jaylynn Murray denied Miss Green admittance into the residence. 03/05/16 21: SHELBY LN, CLEVELAND On March 5, 2016, at approximately 2132 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri to meet with a male subject regarding threats no longer in progress. I made contact with the victim, Homer L. Foot, who stated while talking to the suspect on the phone, the suspect made threats to burn down his house. 03/06/16 00: W MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0005 hours, I made contact with Cynthia J. Upon arrival I located a deceased subject in the median. Investigation continues at this time. 03/06/16 11: TH ST, BELTON On March 6, 2016 I responded to 4206 E. 211th Street, Belton, Missouri in reference to stealing. Mr. Michael Rambler reported a 2002 John Deere round bailer to have been stolen from a pastured property in the area of 3rd Street and 251st Street. 03/06/16 15: RD ST, BELTON 03/06/16 20: HOLDEN ST, EAST LYNNE On 03/06/2016, I responded to Cass Regional Medical Center to investigate a reported dog bite that occurred in East Lynne, Missouri. The victim was admitted to the emergency room as a result of the dog bite. 03/06/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2240 Hours, I made contact with Brittany A Randazzo, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Driving without a valid license.
