I served Mr. Owens the Cass County Warrant number's with a $250 cash only bond, and , with a $250 cash only bond. 11/18/13 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2320 hrs, I made contact with Timothy E. Mizer W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on an Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Mizer the Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR01277, with a $7,500.00, 10% cash bond. 11/18/13 06: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On November 18, 2013 at approximately 0832 hours, I investigated stealing at South State Route Y, Belton, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Laura L Solomon reported that her husband s trailer was broken into during the evening hours and tools and other high value items were stolen. No suspect has been identified. 11/18/13 07:02 203/291, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, November 18, 2013 approximately 0703 hours. I was dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident on Missouri 291 Highway at state Route P. A vehicle was towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow. 11/18/13 07: OAK DR, BELTON On November 18, 2013 at approximately 0832 hours, I investigated a stealing that occurred at Oak Dr, Belton, Missouri. The victim, identified as Danny G Putnam reported that tools were stolen out of his unsecured truck over the weekend. No suspects have been identified. 11/18/13 08:45 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 11/18/13 at 1022 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject 11/18/13 08:45 WYANDOTTE CO, KANSAS CITY On 11/18/13 at 0845 hours, I responded to the Wyandotte County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject 11/18/13 09: OLD DRUM RD, EAST LYNNE On November 18, 2013 I responded to S. Old Drumm Rd, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to a burglary that had just occurred. I made contact with the victim Curtis D. Francy, w/m, who reported three to four white males arrived at the residence in a white and black, unknown make or model, minivan. Mr. Francy stated that his juvenile grandson was home alone at the time and when his grandson opened the garage door the subjects left the residence. 2 11/18/13 10: EAGLE VIEW RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, November 18, 2013 at approximately 1101 hours. I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a fraud report. Upon arrival I made contact with Stark, Patricia W/F. No suspects have been identified in this case. 11/18/13 11:17 81 WALNUT ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday November 18th 2013 I was dispatched to 81 Walnut rural Garden City Missouri on a reported stealing. I contacted Wilma L Thomason who stated that two rifles were taken from a back bedroom. There is possible suspect information. 11/18/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday November 18, 2013 at approximately 08:20 hours, I (Corporal Jason Heffernan #678) began an investigation, on a convicted registered Sex Offender, who has failed to register per Missouri state statue. 11/18/13 17: STARK RD, HARRISONVILLE On November 18, 2013 at approximately 1751 hours, I investigated a burglary at South Stark Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party identified as John C Lozano stated that when he returned from work he found his back door damaged and items stolen from his residence. No suspects have been identified. 11/18/13 17: JACKSON AVE, ARCHIE On Monday, November 18, 2013 at approximately 1744 hours. I was dispatched to 711 Jackson Avenue in Archie, Missouri in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with Gunn, Carl D. W/M who reported he was slapped by the suspect. No arrests were made at the time of the report. 11/18/13 19: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On Monday, November 18th, 2013 at approximately 1948 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 8404 Whippoorwill Hill Drive in Lake Annette, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. My investigation revealed that the two individuals were friends who lived together. My investigation also revealed that was domestic and non criminal in nature. 11/18/13 19: SEATON RD, PLEASANT HILL 11/19/13 07: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On November 19, 2013 I investigated an exparte violation at E. 219th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 11/19/13 10:13 BOONVILLE CORRECTION CENTER, BOONVILLE On 11/19/13 at 1013 hours, I responded to the Boonville Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took a subject 11/19/13 13:04 247TH S OF STATELINE EASTSIDE, CLEVELAND On November 19, 2013 at approximately 1339 hours, I investigated stealing in the area of 247th Street and State Line Road. The victim identified as Terrance Jason Beeley said that metal items and a 300 gal water container were stolen from his farm area.

3 11/19/13 17: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On November 19, 2013 at approximately 1715 hours, I investigated a lost license plate at37501 East 191st street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The reporting party identified Tammy E Young said that her license plate was lost while traveling to and from work or while on a hunting trip in the area. 11/19/13 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE ON November 19, 2013 I conducted an investigation of Fraud that took place at a Rite Aid in Hiram Georgia. Information was taken, investigation continues. 11/19/13 23: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, November 20th, 2013 at approximately 0001 hours, I conducted an investigation at East 275th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a check the welfare. The female subject contacted was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center to be evaluated due to suicidal comments made to Deputies on scene. 11/20/13 09:16 CAMDEN COUNTY JAIL, CAMDENTON On 11/20/13 at 0916 hours, I responded to the Camden County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject 11/20/13 11: C HIGHWAY, FREEMAN On Wednesday, November 20, 2013 the victim Sarah Bedford reported she had been assaulted by the suspect on 11/19/2013 as she was trying to leave the residence. 11/20/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1215 hours, I made contact with Gregory W. Breeden in the Cass County Jail. I served him with Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01372 for stealing leased or rented property. 11/20/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/20/2013, at approximately 1430 Hours, I made contact with Bartz, Kristine Nichole W/F at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 11/20/13 16: WALNUT GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On November 20, 2013 I responded to Walnut Grove Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing. Mr. Thomas Hensevelt reported his hunting blind had been taken from his property. Suspects have not been identified. 11/20/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/20/13, at approximately 1645 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then placed the subject under arrested and served him with the Cass County warrant. 11/20/13 17: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 20, 2013 at approximately 1730 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that items were stolen from E 273rd Street, Harrisonville Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 11/20/13 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/21/13, I made contact with Subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant,

4 11/20/13 21: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On November 20, 2013 at about 2153 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Trevor R. Taylor and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Mr. Taylor was given a copy of his warrant #13CA-CR01242 for Failure to Appear for Driving While Intoxicated. A court date of November 26, 2013 at 0900 hours was set. Mr. Taylor bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only. 11/21/13 05:42 A/4 MILES WEST OF ARCHIE, ARCHIE On Thursday , I was dispatched to State Route A approximately 4 miles west of Archie Missouri in reference to deer vs motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I made contact with Monkewicz, Albert Joseph, w/m who had struck a deer with his Honda CR-Z. No person was injured in this case. 11/21/13 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/21/13, I made contact with Subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant, 11/21/13 11:04 CHIILICOTHE CORRECTIONAL CENTER, CHILLICOTHE On 11/21/13 at 1104 hours. I responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center refrence a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County Warrant and they were transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/21/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday November 21st, 2013 at approximately 1000 hours, I made contact with Mr. Stephen Flynn at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01353 for Forgery. 11/21/13 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/21/2013, at approximately 1415 hours I made contact with Billy Dale Baker in the Cass County Jail. I served Mr. Baker with Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01364 for resisting arrest. 11/21/13 13: C HIGHWAY, FREEMAN On Thursday, November 21, 2013 the Cass County Sheriff s Office received a fax from the Missouri Department of Social Service regarding a non-custodial report. 11/21/13 15: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On November 21, 2013 at approximately 1548 hours, I was dispatched to 1506 East State Route 58 Highway located in rural Raymore, Missouri in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed that no crime had occurred and that items were damaged to the property by a spouse. 11/21/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 11/21/13 16: STATE ROUTE J, PECULIAR On November 21, 2013 at approximately 1711 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route J Highway located in rural Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a recovered stolen auto. My investigation revealed that a 1995 Dodge truck was taken from Bonner Springs Kansas some time today. The vehicle was released to its rightful owner.

5 11/21/13 23: ST ST, FREEMAN On November 21, 2013 at about 2331 hours, I was dispatched to 5505 E. 261st street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Mark D. Bright who said that he and Lora J. Bright had been engaged in a verbal disturbance. 11/22/13 09:41 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 11/22/13 at 0941 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject 11/22/13 11: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On October 22, 2013 at approximately 1135 hrs, I investigated a disturbance at 3004 E State Route 2, Freeman Missouri. The reporting party identified as Shannon M Thomsen said that her husband and she were involved in a verbal disagreement. Both parties involved reported no threats or physical violence occurred. This will be a noncriminal report. 11/22/13 11: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE On November 22, 2013 I responded to S. state Route K, East Lynne, Missouri, to assist Harrisonville EMS with an out-of-control juvenile. The juvenile was transported to Cass regional medical center for treatment by Harrisonville EMS. 11/22/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1530 hours, Carl S Counti turned himself in at the Cass County Jail. Subject is serving 30 days for a misdemeanor Assault conviction out of Kansas City. 11/22/13 16: RD ST, BELTON On Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 at approximately 0404 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Cass County warrant at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri. The female subject was transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held at our facility on $ Cash Only bond. 11/22/13 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 22, 2013 I arrested Patrick Radu, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County order of commitment 08CA-CR01805 for two days court ordered shock time for probation violation. 11/23/13 04: RENEE LYNDE DR, PLEASANT HILL On November 23, 2013, at approximately 0415 hours, I conducted a vehicle check at the address of 903 Renee Lindy on a maroon, 1996 Ford passenger car. A passenger was arrested for an active State of Missouri parole violation warrant. 11/23/13 07: TAYLOR RD, DREXEL On Sunday, November 23, 2013 at approximately 0750 hours I was dispatched to S. Taylor Road in rural Drexel, Missouri in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Kateusz, Afton W/F. A suspect has been identified in this case. 11/23/13 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/23/2013 at approximately 1000 hours, I made contact with Russell Scott Getty, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Getty Cass County warrant# 12CA-CR , Bond was set at $25, with a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

6 11/23/13 14:58 ORIENT CEMETARY RD E. OF LINCOLN RD., HARRISONVILLE On November 23, 2013, I conducted a single vehicle accident on E. Orient Cemetery Rd approximately 0.2 miles East of S. Lincoln Rd., Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was trasported to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 11/23/13 16: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, November 23, 2013 approximately 1610 hours I was dispatched to 300 Lake Rd., Lot 12 in Garden City Missouri in reference to disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Ellis, Thomas W/M. No suspects were identified no crime took place. 11/23/13 18: CAMP BRANCH RD, EAST LYNNE On November 23, 2013 I responded to S. Camp Branch Rd, East Lynne, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance. As a result of my investigation this case is considered non criminal in nature. 11/23/13 20: CLEVELAND ST, CLEVELAND On November 23, 2013 I conducted an investigation of harassment that took place at 412 W. Cleveland Cleveland Missouri. The victims stated that someone posted a personal ad on Craig's list about her and provided her phone number and she has been getting numberous text messages since 1800 hours from several male subjects. 11/23/13 20:26 CC/INNES, STRASBURG On November 23, 2013, at approximately 2026 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on State Route C at Innes Street, Strasburg on a 2001 Dodge RT. A male passenger was arrested for an outstanding Independence traffic warrant. 11/23/13 22: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On november 23, 2013 I conducted an investigation of an assualt the took place at Whippoorwill hill Lake Annette Missouri. Suspect as been identified in this incident. 11/24/13 12:03 307/ KIRCHER, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, November 24th, 2013 at approximately 1213 hours I was dispatched to 307th Street W of Kircher Rd. located in rural Garden City Missouri in reference to recovered property. Upon arrival I made contact with Stuckey, Nicholas W/M and M.A.O. A black passenger car was recovered and towed from the scene to the Harrisonville Missouri Police Department. 11/24/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1241 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Merinda S. Hutchens a Cass County warrant #12CA-CR01053 for FTA/ Passing Bad Check, $3, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 11/24/13 15:41 HARTZLER/307TH, HARRISONVILLE On November 24, 2013 I conducted a single vehicle accident investigation on E. 307th Street 0.1 miles West of S. Hartzler Road. The driver of the vehicle complained of pain to her right shoulder and arm. 11/24/13 16: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On November 24, 2013 I conducted an investigation of domestic assault at E. 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect was arrested as a result of my investigation.
