Ms. Levy was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/14/16 10: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0830 hours, I received a note from Deputy Doherty requesting the funds from Josiah W. Oliver, w/m, be recovered as evidence for Trooper Green with the Missouri State Highway Patrol on their report numbered /14/16 12: BRADFORD CT, RAYMORE On Monday November 14th, 2016 at approximately 1325 hours, I made contact with Amanda Sanchez at 523 Bradford, Raymore, Missouri on a 96 Hour Detention, Evaluation, Treatment and warrant. I served Cass County warrant # 16-CA-MH00013 for the purpose of evaluation. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 11/14/16 15: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/14/2016 at approximately 1558 hours I was dispatched to Pyro City Gas Station in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to found property. The owner of the property was located. 11/14/16 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On November 14, 2016 I responded to E. 158th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a dog bite. I made contact with the reporting party who said she was bitten by her dog on Thursday November 10, /14/16 17: TH ST, CREIGHTON On November 14, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. 339th Street, Creighton, Missouri. The victim reported several items stolen from his out building. Possible suspect information has been obtained. 11/15/16 03: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On I investigated a theft of wheels from a vehicle at Johnson's Auto Recycling and Sales, 107 SW Outer Road in Archie MO. No suspect has been identified at this time.

2 11/15/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/15/2016, at approximately 0840 Hours, I made contact with Terry Parker at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Drug Court Sanction. Subject was sentenced 24 hours in Cass County Jail. 11/15/16 10: RD STREET, BELTON On November 11th, 2016 at approximately 1246 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Joseph L. Warren was served with Cass County Warrant #16CACR00864 for Forgery, and bond of $ Cash only was given. 11/15/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 14th 2016, I applied for and obtained Cass County Search Warrant number 16CA-MC01747 in relation to Cass County Sheriff's Office incident report number I then executed the search warrant on Tuesday November 14th /15/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/15/2016 at approximately 1308 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a lost property report. The reporting party stated he is unable to locate his.38 revolver. The reporting party stated he does not believe the firearm was stolen. 11/15/16 14: ND ST, CREIGHTON On November 15, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance at 504 E. 2nd Street, Creighton, Missouri. My investigation revealed the situation to be non criminal in nature. 11/15/16 16: RD, BELTON On November 11th, 2016 at approximately 1749 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Tyler C Nickel was served with Cass County Warrant #16CA-CR00278 for failure to appear on possession of controlled substance, and bond of $ Cash only was given. 11/16/16 04: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On at approximately 0938 hours, I responded to the Raymore Police Department located at 100 Municipal Circle in Raymore, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Ashley Johnson for Cass County warrant #16-CAFTA-1511 for operating a vehicle without maintaining proof of financial responsibility. Ms. Johnson was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 11/16/16 09:54 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 11/16/16 at 0954 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Elizabeth Talbott into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00567 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only, Ms. Talbott was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/16/16 10: WALNUT STREET, CLEVELAND On November 16, 2016 at approximately 1043 hours, I dispatched to 420 Walnut, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a disturbance that had occurred. A suspect has been identified in this case. 11/16/16 13: BAIERS DEN RD, PECULIAR On November 16, 2016 I conducted a check of a suspicious vehicle at S. Baiers Den Road Peculiar, Missouri. Christopher McCoglin was placed into custody for driving while revoked and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.

3 processing. 11/16/16 18: OLINGER STREET, STRASUBRG On Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at approximately 1812 hours, I was dispatched to 313 W. Olinger Street, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to a report of burglary. Richard Ross said he observed a male subject in the area he believed to have kicked open a door of a house. The person was identified and the investigation revealed no crime was committed. 11/16/16 19: RD ST, CREIGHTON On November 16, 2016, at approximately 1930 hours, I was dispatched to 407 E. 3rd Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a Burglary in progress. Two juveniles stated they heard footsteps in a house and observed a shadow walking in front of the house. No suspects were identified. 11/16/16 20: WINDSOR DR, CREIGHTON On November 16, 2016 at about 2001 hours, I was dispatched to 620 Windsor Street, Creighton in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Kristi Hunziker who told me someone had entered her residence and stole some food. A suspect has not been identified. 11/16/16 22:46 251ST/HARPER, PECULIAR On November 16, 2016, at approximately 2246 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a black in color Toyota Camry in the area 251st and Harper as the vehicle was listed as stolen. The driver was arrested and transported to the jail. 11/17/16 03: INDEPENDENCE ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, November 17th 2016, at 0308 hours, I responded to D&Z Mini Storage located at 720 N. Independence in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who had a barricaded subject in one of the storage units. After cutting the lock off of a unit, K9 Champ apprehended the subject hiding under a tarp. I was found that the subject had two felony warrants for his arrest out of Cass County for tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. 11/17/16 03:54 DD/268TH, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday November 17, 2016 at approximately 0400 hours I was dispatched to DD Hwy and 275th street in Harrisonville, in reference to an MVA property damage. A 2015 Dodge Dart traveling south on DD Hwy struck two cows in the roadway. No injuries were reported at the time of incident. 11/17/16 07:50 275TH ST/BROOKHART, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0804 hours I responded to the area of 275th Street and Brookhart Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Nancy Lumpkin and Marianne Morales who stated they were involved in a motor vehicle crash. 11/17/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1000 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in reference to a bond condition violation. Upon arrival I contacted Amber Hanlon who stated her husband was violating the conditions of his bond by contacting her via phone. 11/17/16 09:54 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 11/16/16 at 0839 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kailey Jons into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00685 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only. I also served # 14CA-CR00700 and 14CA-CR01197 for Fail To Appear. The total bond amount for these two was $311. Ms. Jons was transported to the Cass County Jail.

4 11/17/16 12: RD, BELTON On 11/18/2016 at approximately 1810 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. I made contact with Laura K Tucker, and transported her to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival at the Cass County Jail, I served Cass County warrant numbers 16CA-CR00746 for failure to appear on receiving stolen property. A bond was set at $10, % cash only, and a court date of 12/15/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 11/17/16 12:40 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 11/17/16 at 1240 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mashele Overbey into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00160 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 10% cash only. Ms. Overbey was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/17/16 14: STATE ROUTE O, FREEMAN On at approximately 1527 hours I responded to S State Route O outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Tracy Smith who stated someone had forced entry into a trailer in his front yard and stolen several pieces of musical equipment. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/17/16 15: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, November 17, 2016 at approximately 1512 hours I was dispatched to respond to assist Missouri State Highway Patrol with a motor vehicle accident at State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Traffic control was provided and the scene was cleared. 11/17/16 15:27 SB 49/MM 173, BELTON On at approximately 1617 hours, I responded to southbound I-49 at the 173 mile marker in reference to a subject that had jumped from a moving vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with a witness, who stated she was driving south on I-49 when she observed a black female jump from a vehicle and slide across the roadway. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 11/17/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1840 hours, came in contact with James Thomas McLanahan at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00380 was for failing to obey a judge's order/possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only. 11/17/16 22: ST ST, PECULIAR On November 17, 2016, at approximately 2239 hours, I was dispatched to E. 261st, Peculiar, Missouri on a check the welfare. A subject was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center by ambulance due to making suicidal statements. 11/17/16 23: SHARI DR, PECULIAR On November 17, 2016 I was dispatched to assist the Peculiar Police Department with a disturbance at 108 B Shari Drive. A suspect has been identified and arrested. 11/18/16 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0050 Hours, I made contact with Anthony E Black W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on 3 Cass County warrant's. I served Cass County warrant's 16cacr for Probation violation Bond was set at $ cash only,15cacr for probation violation Bond was set at $ cash only & 11cacr for FTA-Non support Bond was set at $ cash only.

5 11/18/16 05:34 D RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 18, 2016, at approximately 0535 hours, I was dispatched to E. 253rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an Alarm. The victim, Jay P. Bunch, stated he awoke to the alarm on his out building sounding. My investigation revealed an attempted burglary on an outbuilding had occurred. No suspects have been identified. 11/18/16 05:53 ROCK HAVEN RD / HEALING WAY, HARRISONVILLE On November 18, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred at rock haven and healing way. A vehicle ran off the east side of the road and overturned into a ditch. There were no injuries during this crash. 11/18/16 07: JACKSON AVE, ARCHIE On 11/18/2016 at approximately 0723 hours I was dispatched to 713 Jackson Ave, Archie, Missouri in reference to a harassment. My investigation revealed eggs were thrown at multiple vehicles at this address. No damage was caused, and a possible suspect was identified. 11/18/16 07: TH ST, ARCHIE On Friday, November 11, 2016 at approximately 0735 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 327th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. Upon my arrival I contacted the suspect, Scott H. Farrow, white male in the detached garage at this residence. Mr. Farrow was later taken into custody for burglary and property damage. Mr. Farrow is being held at the Cass County Jail pending the issuance of a warrant. 11/18/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 11/18/2016 at approximately 0800 hours I made contact with Long, Michael D. at the Cass County Jail, and informed him of an active Cass County warrant. I informed Long, Michael D. of warrant #16CA-CR00958 for 2 counts of Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, with a signature bond, and a court date of 11/29/2016 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 11/18/16 09:55 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 11/18/16 at 0955 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Dennis Conrad into custody on Cass County warrant # and for Fail To Appear, The total bond was $500 cash only. Mr. Conrad was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/18/16 09:55 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 11/18/16 at 0955 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Todd Leroy into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01044 for Fail To Appear, bond $1,000 cash only,. Mr. Leroy was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/18/16 09: STATE ROUTE T, GARDEN CITY On November 18, 2016 I conducted an investigation of passing a bad check at NeCo Seeds, S. State Route T, Garden City, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 11/18/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1120 hours, I contacted Travis William Dawn at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Driver failed to wear seatbelt. Bond was set at $10.00 cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

6 11/18/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/18/2016, at approximately 1145 Hours, I made contact with Danny Kinnison at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00117 for Assault 2nd on LEO, Resisting Arrest, Attempted to Steal (value between $500-$25000), Recieving Stolen Property, and Property Damage 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $50, and a court date of 12/15/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 11/18/16 15: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On November 18, 2016 I conducted an investigation of tresspassing at E. State Route B, Creighton, Missouri. The victim came home to find someone had went through his vehicles parked in the driveway. The victim said he did not observe anything missing from inside the vehicles and no damage to the vehicles. 11/18/16 15: LAKESIDE LN, BELTON On 11/18/2016 at approximately 1528 hours I was dispatched to Lakeside Lane, Belton, Missouri in reference to a property damage. My investigation revealed a dog entered the yard at this residence and attacked the reporting parties dog. The owner was identified, and the reporting party declined to prosecute. 11/18/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1550 hours, I contacted Shanda L Swenson at the Cass County Jail on a Cass Coutny warrant. I served warrant #16CA-CR00950 for Non-Support. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours. 11/18/16 17: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On Friday, November 18, 2016 at approximately 1745 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East State Route 58 in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a reported burglary. The victims Ruthe J. Reid, white female and Richard D. Reid Jr., white male stated that an unknown subject entered their residence and stole several items from their residence. No suspect information is available at this time. 11/18/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 11/18/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/18/2016, at approximately 1950 Hours, I made contact with Shane Chesher at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR00949 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35grams or Less Marijuana. 11/18/16 20:17 M HWY/243RD, GUNN CITY On 11/18/2016, at approximately 2045 hours, I responded to State Route M south of E 243rd Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was unoccupied and blocking the roadway; it was removed from the scene by Stever Tow Service. 11/18/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/19/2016, at approximately 0015 Hours, I made contact with Steven Minor at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR00842 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35grams or Less Marijuana two counts and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.

7 11/19/16 01:39 78 WALNUT ST, GARDEN CITY On 11/19/2016, at approximately 0212 hours, I responded to 78 Walnut Street, Garden City, in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed several items were taken from a vehicle and a lock was damaged on a contractors topper. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/19/16 07:26 7/UNDER GREEN BRIDGE, PLEASANT HILL On November 19, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation from a construction site for the Rock Island Trail underneath the Big Creek bridge on S. State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A generator was reported stolen from the work site. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 11/19/16 07: HICKORY GROVE RD, ARCHIE On 11/18/2016 at approximately 0730 hours I was dispatched to South Hickory Grove Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed a Polaris Ranger UTV was stolen from an out building at this residence. A possible suspect has been identified. 11/19/16 07:57 STATE ROUTE D / 281ST, CLEVELAND On Saturday, November 19, 2016 at approximately 0829 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a motor vehicle accident that allegedly occurred on south bound State Route D, near 281st Street in rural Cleveland, Missouri. The victim, Alexandria C. Gray, white female stated that she was traveling south on State Route D when she was struck by a passing vehicle traveling north on State Route D. Ms. Gray stated that the suspect vehicle left the scene and she was unable to obtain a license plate for the suspect vehicle. No suspect is known at this time. No injuries were reported from the motor vehicle accident. 11/19/16 15:09 155TH ST AND KNORPP ROAD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, November 19th, 2016 at approximately 1519 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 155th Street and Knorpp Road in regards to a report of property damage and stealing. I made contact with Brandon D. Beecher w/m who reported a window being broken out of his work truck, and several items being stolen out of the truck. There are no suspects at this time. 11/19/16 16:49 251ST ST / HELT RD, PECULIAR On Saturday, November 19, 2016 at approximately 1703 hours, I conducted an investigation at the intersection of 251st Street and Helt Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a two vehicle motor vehicle accident. The drivers' of both vehicles involved were seen on scene by EMS (Emergency Medical Personnel) and later transported by their family to be treated at an local hospital. The vehicle were removed by Tow Companies at the requests of the vehicle owners. 11/19/16 17: CAMP BRANCH RD, EAST LYNNE On November 19, 2016 I conducted an investigation of stealing a motor vehicle that occurred at S. Camp Branch Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. The vehicle was recovered and a suspect is in custody. 11/19/16 18: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On 11/19/2016 at approximately 1801 hours I was dispatched to th street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to an abandoned vehicle. My investigation revealed the vehicle had been stolen out of Pleasant Hill. Pleasant Hill Police were contacted and the vehicle was towed to their department.

8 11/19/16 20: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On , I assisted the Dolan West Dolan Fire Department with a Medical Call at Harold's Smokehouse, S. State Route C. in rural Freeman. There was an unresponsive male in the restroom. He was later transported by EMS. 11/19/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/19/2016, at approximately 2048 Hours, I made contact with Zweiful, Marcus at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Driver/Front seat passenger failt to wear properly adjusted/ fastened seat belt. Bond was set at $10.00 cash only and a court date of 11/29/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 11/19/16 21:42 DILLON/229TH, On 11/19/2016, at approximately 2143 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a tan Cadillac CTS on S. Dillon Road near E 229th Street for improperly working license plate lamps. My investigation lead to the arrest of Jessie F. Snell, W/M, on active Henry County warrant 16HE-CR00765 for possession of controlled substance and active Holden Municipal warrant for FTA- Shoplifting. Total bond was set at $10, cash or surety and $ cash only. Two summonses were also issued to the driver and passenger for possession of marijuana. 11/20/16 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/20/2016 at approximately 0808 hours I was dispatched to E 255th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a trespassing. My investigation revealed a male subject was hunting on private property and was given a trespass warning. 11/20/16 12: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN 11/20/16 21: WASHINGTON ST, EAST LYNNE On 11/20/2016, at approximately 2133 hours, I responded to 403 Washington Street, East Lynne, in reference to a noise complaint. My investigation revealed that threats were made between multiple parties involved. Suspects have been identified in this incident.
