1 08/12/13 01: Y HIGHWAY, BELTON On August 12, 2013 at about 0138 hours, I was dispatched to 5801 Trott Road, in refernce to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party Mr. Charles M. Zimmer, who told me that someone had run over his neighbors mail box around 0100 hours. Mr. Zimmer identified his neighbor as GW Burks. A suspect was not identified. 08/12/13 07:43 NB 7 HWY/P HWY EAST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday August 8th 2013 I was dispatched to northbound 7 Highway north of P Highway on a motor vehicle accident. Upon my arrival, I contacted both drivers that were involved and took the information for this report. 08/12/13 08:08 BK PARKING LOT, BELTON Incident Log 08/12/13 08: TH ST, BELTON On August 12, 2013 I responded to 5907 E. 214th Street, Belton, Missouri, on a burglary report. I made contact with Jeffrey Mooney who reported several electronic items taken from inside the residence. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 08/12/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0930 hours, in Davison 1. I arrested Michael Johnson on a Cass County Warrant 12CA-CV03373, Contempt Bond set at $1,500 cash only and a court date of 0900 hours, was given, I then transport Michael Johnson to the Cass Coounty Jail. 08/12/13 09: OAK ST, FREEMAN On Monday August 12th, 2013 at approximately 1002 hours I was dispatched to 303 Oak Street in Freeman, Missouri in reference to stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Yoder, Lucas W/M. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/12/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2013, at approximately 0943 Hours, I made contact with Cruse, James Clayton W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00968 for DWI-alcohol-chronic offender. Bond was set at $25, Cash or Surety and a court date of 08/19/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 08/12/13 13: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday August 12th, 2013 at approximately 1213 hours I was dispatched to Southeast Outer Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to harassment. Upon arrival I made contact with Supple, Ryan, W/M and Resendiz, Abigail, W/F. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/12/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 12, 2013, I recieved a report of stealing from Samantha Andrada who called the Cass County Sheriff's Office from her home in the state of Arkansas. Ms. Andrada wanted to report a stealing she believed occurred at Highridge Drive, Belton, Missouri sometime between early June of 2013 and August 07, A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 08/12/13 15: JERRY AVE, RAYMORE On Monday August 12th, 2013 at approximately 1556 hours I responded 2501 west Wall Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a fraud. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR for theft/stealing. Bond was set at $2,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. I also served Cass County warrant 13 CA-CR00741 for possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/12/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1840 hours, Antwon K. Barnes was found to have an actived warrant from Johnson County Kansas Sheriffs Office for a Probation Violation. The process for a fugitive from out of state warrant was started. Nothing further. 08/12/13 18: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, August 12th 2013, at 1912 hours, I was dispatched to Highway in Harrisonville, Missouri reference a reported stealing. A suspect had been identified. 08/12/13 19: TH ST, CLEVELAND On August 12, 2013, at approximately 1934 hours, I investigated a domestic disturbance at 4702 East 215th Street, Belton, Missouri. Investigation revealed that the reporting party, Mary W. Pendergraft and her sister in law, Jimmie Biggs had both assaulted each other during the incident. Both subjects separated for the night. 08/12/13 19: TH ST, DREXEL On Monday, August 12th, 2013 at approximately 1914 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, located at 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing that occurred at the residence of 6405 East 319th Street in Drexel, Missouri. Anthony V. Knowler, white male said that several items are "missing" from his residence totaling $ in value. A suspect has been identified, however no arrest have been made. 08/12/13 20: RD ST, FREEMAN On Monday, August 12th, 2013 at approximately 2054 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 293rd Street in Freeman, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. Upon speaking ith the reporting party, Gwendolyn J. Ellis, black female it was discovered that this incident was non-criminal in nature. 08/12/13 20: HARRISON, FREEMAN On August 12, 2013 at approximately 2052 hours I conducted an investigation of a disturbance at 200 North Harrison Freeman Missouri. Suspect was identified, taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/12/13 22:35 58 HWY & 291 HWY, PLAEASANT HILL On Monday, August 12th 2013, at 2235 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer at 58 Highway and 291 Highway with the Greenwood Police Department. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 08/13/13 13: P HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday August 13th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in report of stolen license plates. I contacted Brenda L. Mountain who stated that sometime overnight someone stole both of the license plates from her car while parked at her residence. There are no suspects. 08/13/13 13:19 WRDCC ST JOE, 08/13/13 14: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On August 13, 2013 at approximately 1435 hours, I assisted Belton Emergency Medical Services at South State Route D, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Heather M Johnson over dosed on prescription medications. She was later transported to Belton Research in Belton, Missouri. 08/13/13 20: TH ST, BELTON On August 13, 2013, at approximately 2029 hours, a report was taken from David Earlston while he was at 1201 East 244th Street, Cleveland, Missouri, in reference to stolen license plates that occurred at 5801 East 187th Street, Lot #14, Belton, Missouri at an unknown time. There is no suspect information. 08/13/13 21: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE 08/13/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/13/2013 at approximately 2230 hours, I served an active Cass County warrant to Delena K Vaughan at the Cass County Jail.

4 08/13/13 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 14, 2013, at approximately 0000 hours, I investigated an animal bite that occurred at East 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. My investigation began at the Cass Regional Medical Center, Harrisonville, Missouri. Heather Bledsoe sustained injuries from an unknown type animal from an apparent animal bite. 08/14/13 00: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 14, 2013, I arrested Scott F. Bennett, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 13-CAPBR-180 for Probation Violation for Possession of Controlled Substance. A court date of August 19, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $25,000 cash or surety. 08/14/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 14, 2013, I arrested Michelle R. Upon arrival I contacted Ross Cook who was taken into custody for active Cass County warrant for passing a bad check and fraudulent use of a credit device. A bond of $ % Cash Only was set and court dates of and were given. 08/14/13 07: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On at approximately 0802 hours I responded to 6502 E State Route YY outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Gerald Johnson who stated someone stole his John Deere lawn tractor overnight. No suspect has been identified at this time. 08/14/13 09: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On Wednesday, August 14th, 2013, at approximately 0947 hours I was dispatched to East B Highway in Creighton Missouri, in regards to a report of a possible burglary. I made contact with Vincent C. Wolfe w/m who reported that forced entry was made into his residence between at 0530 and at 1815 hours. Mr. Wolfe reported that barrels from a side by side shotgun, and a pocket knife were stolen. A possible suspect has been identified. 08/14/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1110 I made contact with Brittany Morre in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office. Ms Moore was arrested on an active Clay County traffic warrant. 08/14/13 12: LAKE RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 14, 2013 at approximately 1258 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stolen property that occurred at South Lake Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim Danny L. Kolwyck, from Pleasant Hill, Missouri, had tools stolen from his property. A suspect has been identified and arrested in connection with this case. 08/14/13 15:49 JACKSON COUNTY,MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/14/13 at 1225 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kenneth Mcgee into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00766 for Fail to Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr. Mcgee was transported to the Cass County Jail.

Incident Log 08/14/13 16: CERRITO DR, BELTON On at approximately 1653 hours I responded to S Cerrito Avenue in Belton MO to assist Belton Police Department with a burglary in progress. Upon arrival I assisted Belton Police Officers with clearing the residence. One suspect identified as Joshua Eagle was taken into custody inside the residence. 08/14/13 18: RD ST, BELTON On August, 15, 2013 at about 0215 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to prisoner >transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Robert L. Bragg B/M and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 08/14/13 18: STALEY MOUND RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday August 14, 2013, at approximately 0700 hours, I was dispatched to S Stanley Mound, in reference to a business sign stolen from. Upon arrival I made contact with Richard Keeney w/m. No suspects have been identified. 08/14/13 19: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 14, August, 2013 at about 2003 hours, I was dispatched to 7492 Crown Trailer Park in reference to assist Division of Family Service in an investigation. Upon arrival I contact Officer Jason Pfisher with Division of Family Service. Officer Pfisher and myself then contacted the suspect at her residence. The suspect was identified. 08/14/13 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE on August 14,2013, at approximately 2100 hours I was dispatched to th street, Harrisonville Mo, in reference to a 96 hour hold. Upon arrival at approximately 1026 hours Fullerton, Robert David w/m, was taken into custody per Judges order and transported to New Beginnings in Nevada Missouri. 08/14/13 20: US 49 HWY, GRANDVIEW On 08/14/2013 at approximately 1945 hours, I made contact with India Medley and served a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00613 for passing bad checks. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only, and a court date of 08/20/2013, at 0900 hours given. 08/14/13 21: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at approximately 2125 hours I was dispatched to the area of East 235th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of a possible motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred when vehicle #1, a silver Dodge Ram, left the roadway and overturned. There were no injuries reported. 08/14/13 21: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On August 14, 2013 at about 2159 hours, I was dispatched to 1506 E. State Route 58 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Jacob W. Kraus W/M, who said that he was afraid what his wife might do after they had been arguing. 08/14/13 23: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, EAST LYNNE On August 14, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a property damage complaint at East Orient Cemetery road Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival I spoke with a male subject, Marvin Meads, who stated that someone damaged his mailbox. There was no suspect information at the time of report.

6 08/15/13 00: LAKE ANNETTE DR, LAKE ANNETTE On August at about 0053 hours, I was dispatched to S. Lake Annette Road, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Kirk R. Young, W/M, who said that he was bitten by the suspect. The suspect was contacted and identified. 08/15/13 03: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Melissa D. Starr w/f, at the lobby of the Cass County Jail. She turned herself in on Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR /15/13 05: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 15,2013 at approximately 0516 hours, I was dispatched to S Lone Tree road, in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Stimmel, Rebekah, w/f, who reported a rock that was thrown though the back window of her vehicle. No suspects have been identified in this case. 08/15/13 06: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 15th, 2013, at approximately 0702 hours I was dispatched to E. 299th Street Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. I made contact with Barbara M. Boyer w/f who reported that an unknown person threw a rock through her vehicle's back window between at 1400 hours and at 0630 hours. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/15/13 06: TANAINE LN, PECULIAR On Wednesday, August 14th, 2013, I took a report of telephone harassment that occurred at South Tanaine Lane, Peculiar, Missouri, on Saturday, August 10th, There is no suspect information. 08/15/13 08: COTTONWOOD DR, BELTON On at approximately 0824 hours I was dispatched to S Cottonsood Road outside of Belton, MO in reference to a burglary of an outbuilding. Upon arrival I contacted Jackie Holbert who stated someone had forced entry into his outbuilding. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/15/13 12: WHEATLAND DR, BELTON On at approximately 1206 hours I was dispatched to S Wheatland Drive outside of Belton, MO in reference to a theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Kristin Schmiemeier who stated someone had stolen a set of keys from her vehicle overnight. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/15/13 12: ND ST, PLEASANT HILL On August 15, 2013 at approximately 1211 hours, I was dispatched to E. 162nd Street located in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance in progress between husband and wife. My investigation revealed that it has been wife where arguing over marital problems. No crime was committed. 08/15/13 13:31 STATE ROUTE 58 AND WESTOVER, BELTON On at approximately 1331 hours I checked on a pedestrian walking in the area of State Route 58 and Westover Street in Belton, MO. I contacted James Brown who was arrested for an active Jackson County warrant for burglary. Ronald J. Coates w/m was arrested on Cass County warrant #13-CAFTA-491 for Failure to Appear on Non-support with a bond of $40, cash only. Mr. Coates was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/15/13 15: RD ST, BELTON On August 16, 2013 at 0402 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Justin J. Schluterbusch W/M, DOB and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 08/15/13 17: PICKERING RD, BELTON On at approximately 1826 hours I responded to S Pickering Road in reference to assisting Leawood KS Police Department with locating a stolen cell phone. Upon arrival I contacted two Leawood Detectives and Terry Gray. The phone was recovered and released to Leawood PD. 08/15/13 22: TH ST, PECULIAR On August 15, 2013 at about 2238 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Miss Belinda M. Foster, who said that her ex-boyfriend had stolen property from the yard of her residence. A suspect was identified. 08/15/13 22:51 ST. RT. 7/I 49, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at approximately 1920 hours a male subject told me that he found a wallet on State Route 7 east of Interstate 49. The male subject presented the wallet to be returned to the owner. 08/15/13 23: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1122 hours, I made contact with Lydia G Long at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00791 for possession of controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/16/13 02:22 SB 49/MM 170, PECULIAR On August 16, 2013 at about 0022 hours, I stopped a black, 2004 Dodge passenger car, traveling south on I-49 for speeding. I contacted the driver, identified as Mr. Seth L. Horton W/M. A computer check through Dispatch revealed Mr. Horton had a suspended driver's license and warrants for his arrest out of Raymore MO and Lake Latawana MO. Mr. Horton was placed under arrest and transported to Raymore Police Department. 08/16/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1122 hours, I made contact with Timothy Edward Mizer at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00695 for DWR. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/16/13 12:01 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/16/13 at 0902 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. Incident Log 08/16/13 12:14 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/16/13 at 0902 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jack L Anderson Jr into custody on Cass County warrant # 06CA-CR for Non Support, bond $1500 cash only, Mr.Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/16/13 12: RD STREET, DREXEL On Friday August 16th, 2013 at approximately 1242 hours I was dispatched to 420 North 3rd Street in Drexel, Missouri in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Honeker, Larry A., W/M. No suspects have been identified in this case. 08/16/13 15:24 164TH/HOLMES, On August 16th, 2013 at approximately 1538 hours, Driver (1) was traveling south bound on Holmes Road and lost control of Vehicle (1). Driver (1) then attempted to gain control of vehicle (1) but over corrected and lost control of Vehicle (1). Vehicle (1) then entered the north bound lane of travel causing Vehicle (2) to leave the road way in an attempt to avoid Vehicle (1). Both Vehicles then collided on the east side of the roadway. 08/16/13 17: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On August 16th, 2013 at approximately 1751 hours, I investigated a dog bite that occurred at 908 Mullen Raymore, Missouri. The victim identified as Marian E Ford stated that while on a walk a dog located at the address bit her on her right leg. The animal owner was identified and contacted. This report will be considered a non-criminal report. 08/16/13 18: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On August 16, 2013, at approximately 1850 hours, I investigated an assault that occurred at South State Route 7, Harrisonville, Missouri. Gary Darnell, w/m was contacted at the Sheriff's Office and reported being verbally assaulted on August 16, 2013 at approximately 1800 hours. A suspect has been identified. 08/16/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/16/2013, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a white Male, Travis Hayden at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 12CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for two days of court ordered shock time. 08/16/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/16/2013 I arrested Zach Scavedra on Court Issued Shocktime at the Cass County Jail. 08/17/13 00:44 I-49/155, BELTON On August 17, 2013, at approximately 0120 hours, I took custody of Trenon Bottles, w/m, from Trooper Peters with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. I transported Mr. Bottles to the Cass County Jail where he was served Cass County warrant #12-caarw-11, operated vehicle on hwy without valid license, bond $ cash only, court date at 0900 hours. 08/17/13 11: ST ST, PECULIAR On August 17th, 2013 at approximately 1121 hours, I investigated a animal bite that occurred at East 261st street Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Charles O Bridges said that while delivering feed to the residence he was bitten by a large red dog. The animal owner has been identified and contacted. It was determined that Mr. Davis was in good health. This report will be considered an informational report. 08/17/13 18: RD ST, PECULIAR On Saturday August I was dispatched to 203rd east of J Highway in regards to an abandoned pull behind trailer. Upon my arrival I contacted Parker M Hauptmann who stated that he saw a midsize dark brown truck pulling a trailer turn off of J Highway east onto 203rd Street. Mr. Hauptmann said the trailer came loose from the truck and ran off the road in into the north ditch. There are no suspects at this time. 08/17/13 19: JACKSON STREET, ARCHIE On August 17th, 2013 I investigated a complaint of harassment reported by Glanzer, Bobby, L., W/M, , that occurred at 510 S. State Route F, Garden City, Missouri, from the Seven Stop Convenience Store. At this time there is no suspect information available. 08/18/13 01: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On August 18, 2013, at approximately 0130 hours, I investigated a burglary in progress at South State Route Cleveland, Belton, Missouri. The victim, Richard Robinson, was alerted by an alarm on the residence and reported the alarm to the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Four subjects were located on the premises and taken into custody. 08/18/13 05: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On August 18, 2013, at approximately 0600 hours, I investigated a reported burglary in progress at East State Route D, Cleveland, Missouri. The reporting party, Christian Wiess, informed me that someone attempted to gain access to his father's property while he was inside the residence. No suspect information avalible at this time. 08/18/13 08: BROCKVIEW LN, PECULIAR On Sunday August 18th 2013 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend at E. Brockview Ln. My investigation revealed that it was a boyfriend and girlfriend arguing over the girlfriend not coming home the previous night. No crimes were committed. 08/18/13 11:00 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On Sunday August 18th, 2013 at approximately 1105 hours I was dispatched to the Archie, Missouri commuter lot reference a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Bates County Deputy Barry and Brown, Jenny W/F. Ms. Brown was arrested on active Cass County warrant number 13 CAFTA600. Ms. Brown was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/18/13 11:09 195TH /.25 M W OF HOLMES, BELTON On Sunday August 18th 2013 I investigated an abandoned yellow bus located on 195th approximately 1/4 mile west of St. Rt. D. No ownership information was able to be obtained therefore the vehicle was towed due to it being parked in the roadway.

10 08/18/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2013 at approximately 1910 hours, an assault occured between Terry Wolf w/m and Kyle Gloria w/m in the Cass County Jail inside of K-block. All involved parties have been identified.
