Today, October 30th from 4:30pm-6:00pm Family and friends are all invited to Swansboro United Methodist Church's Fall Festival. There will be food, games, trunk-or-treat, music and much more. Fun for all ages. We need individually wrapped candy and baked goods. FROZEN FOOD SALE: Many thanks to our UMW ladies who prepared food for the sale and to all of those who came by and supported this project by buying almost every bit of the food offered. Once again the wonderful participation by our church members made this a successful endeavor raising $1,245 and our local mission projects will benefit from your generosity. A special thanks, also, to the ladies who helped out at the sale. It is wonderful to have such a great group of worker bees Angel Tree will be available October 30th in the Sanctuary. Participants must log stars out with a volunteer. God is making a mighty difference through Angel Tree. Children are experiencing the joy of Christmas. Remember our Troops serving the world by sending a Christmas card or drawing. They especially enjoy happy children s crayon pictures. These cards and drawings will be sent to Operation Gratitude in California. They will be included in gift boxes. Write a note of thanks and cheer. Envelopes not necessary. Place cards and drawings in the box near the building entrance by November 13 th. Calling ALL MEN...the Refuge is hosting a weekend for MEN to sweat, build, & work together! We will be working on the ORCHARD HOUSE. We can use everyone from a beginner to a master builder. Bring your church men's group, company team, or just come alone!!
