Sunday, January 6, 2019: Family Movie Matinee following the 11:30am Mass at Queen of Peace. Movie begins at 1:00PM in the Parish Hall, Free hot dogs, Popcorn & Candy. Parents are welcome to bring a camp chair. Carpet will be available for children. Sunday, January 13, Altar & Rosary Society Monthly Meeting will be after the 11:30AM Mass in the Parish Hall Wednesday, January 16, Knights of Columbus monthly meeting will take place 7:00PM in the Parish Hall Sunday, January 20, Virtus Training - Protecting God s Children for Adults Program 5:30 PM, Queen of Peace Parish Hall. This training is required for all adult employees and volunteers who have direct contact with children. WEEKLY MARIAN MOVEMENT OF PRIESTS PRAYER CENACLE AT QUEEN OF PEACE PARISH. We meet every Sun-day evening in church at 7pm. We start with a hymn 'Come Holy Ghost, then the Rosary. After the rosary, a reading from Fr. Gobbi's Blue book of Messages (has an imprimatur by Bishop +Donald W. Montrose, D.D.), with a short reflection by a priest or deacon present, then we recite the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. A reading from Scripture follows, then we recite a Divine Mercy chaplet and a closing Hymn. It takes one hour! CHOIR - Practice is every Wednesday at 6:30PM QUILTERS Meet every Tuesday in the Parish Hall at 8:00AM CHARISMATIC PRAYER GROUP - Meet on Wednesdays at 7:00PM in Tink Wig.
