This should be done before any other arrangements are made. BAPTISMS Baptisms will be on Saturdays in Queen of Peace Church by appointment. Prospective parents must be registered parishioners at Queen of Peace or another church. They should contact the Rectory at least three months before the birth of their child so that arrangements can be made to attend the Pre-Baptismal Seminar held bi-monthly. One Godparent must be a practicing Catholic. FIRST FRIDAY ADORATION Masses at Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace Church will be at 9:00 am and 5:30 pm. Confessions will be heard before both Masses.

A SACRED JOURNEY FROM GRIEF TO HEALING The Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace & St. Veronica s Bereavement Ministry is having a six week series of support. If you re in need of consolation after losing a loved one, this Christ-centered faith sharing bereavement group is for you. It will meet Wednesdays beginning October 14th through November 18th in our Parish Hall. Prayer, scripture, faith sharing, and fellowship begins at 9:30 am. To promote solemn veneration of the Eucharist, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will follow the 9:00AM Mass and continue throughout the day until the 5:30PM Mass. Confessions will be heard at 5:15PM prior to Mass. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2015, 11:00 AM - The Blessing of the animals will take place in the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace parking lot; behind the church at 11:00am. We meet every Sunday evening in church at 7pm. We start with a hymn 'Come Holy Ghost, then the. After the rosary, a reading from Fr. Gobbi's Blue book of Messages (has an imprimatur by Bishop +Donald W. Montrose, D.D.), with a short reflection by a priest or deacon present, then we recite the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. A reading from Scripture follows, then we recite a Divine Mercy chaplet and a closing Hymn. It takes one hour!
