11 OUR CHURCH FAMILY Continue to lift up to the Lord Dirk Hollebeek who is hospitalized at this time with pain and discomfort from an ulcer in his stomach. He is awaiting the next step the doctors will take to help him with this problem. Pray for full and speedy recovery for him. Lois Nienhuis continues to recover from her recent surgery now at home. Continue to remember Bob and Jo Sluiter as Bob has moved now to American House. This is always a painful and difficult adjustment for couples. Pray for God s encouragement and peace. Bob s new address is as follows: Bob Sluiter American House Boardwalk # James Street Holland, MI Alma Krol remains under Hospice care at her home at Resthaven Maplewoods. Ruth Timmer also remains under Hospice care at Medilodge. Gail Zylstra and Sharon Berkompas continue to struggle with health issues. Pray for relief and healing for both. Gerry Jipping will remain permanently in the care facility in California near his daughter. He is doing much better and accepting this new arrangement in his life. Chet Dreyer is still scheduled for GI surgery on December 10. Pray for him and Mary as they prepare for that procedure. Continue to offer prayer on Jett Ellerbroek s behalf that God would bring him to true repentance and a desire to find healing in Him. Hugh Slenk has completed his time of service with World Renew in Texas. Pray that the work done there was a blessing to many to God s glory! 16 YOUTH CORNER November 11, 2018 Children's Worship for children ages 3 & 4 will meet as usual this morning and the children are dismissed as indicated in the order of worship. Parents, please pick your child up at the Children s Center immediately following morning worship. Today s Teacher and Helper: Carol Van Dyke/Kirsten Buter Next Week s Teacher and Helper: Jen Peters/Ashley Koeman Sunday School for ages 4 through 5th grade will also meet as usual this morning. Children gather in the Children s Center downstairs immediately following morning worship and are dismissed at 11:45 a.m. from their classrooms. Catechism for grades 6-12 will meet from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. in their various assigned classrooms in the Ministry Center this morning. CADETS: Cadets will meet on November 14 for their service project at Hungry For Christ. GEMS: The GEMS will not meet this week but will join again on Wednesday, November 28, for a regular meeting.
