2 THE LIGHTHOUSE BEACON Page 2 CELEBRATE RECOVERY Celebrate Recovery is a support ministry for anyone who has hurts, habits and hang-ups and would like instruction, direction, fellowship and encouragement to overcome them through the power of Christ. Celebrate Recovery meets every Thursday evening: 6:30-8:30 pm in the worship area with a fellowship time beginning at 6:00 pm. Child care is provided. There will be a dinner at no cost on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Next dinner is June 15th, beginning at 6:00pm. For more information, contact Bob Zoller at robertzoller@kw.com or Building & Grounds WORK DAY Sat, June 10th 8:00am We are reaching out to men, women and teens who have the ability to help our church Building & Grounds Committee lay sod around The Harbor. B & G has been working on getting irrigation laid and the ground prepared for sod to be laid. Unfortunately, the weather has caused some delays. If you can carry a roll of sod that weighs around 30 lbs., we would greatly appreciate your help! PARENT S NIGHT OUT Fun Games, Crafts and Movie Pizza will be provided for children starting at 6pm Register 48 hours prior to event date and receive a discount of $7; $10 at the door Sat., June 24th & Sat., July 15th 6-9pm The next Beacon newsletter will be published on Thursday, June 22nd.
