Protect Vote by Secret Ballot O November 2, 2010, Utahs will go to the polls to cast their votes for elected officials ad the Secret Ballot Iitiative. If approved by a majority of the voters this iitiative will amed Utah s costitutio to preserve electio by secret ballot. Misguided federal legislatio threates this fudametal right. I respose, state lawmakers overwhelmigly passed this proposed amedmet by the requisite two-thirds majority required to amed the costitutio.
