Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Matthew 9:36-38 From Pastor Ralph... What an amazing Easter! 3,349 people worshiped at Harvest the most ever! About 60 people asked for prayer as they gave their lives to Christ by raising their hands until I made eye contact with them. We are still finding out who they all are in order to help them grow in Christ. I appreciate all of you who served that day to make it possible! It is remarkable that so many people were able to park, find a seat, worship, and leave so smoothly. This was because 619 of you served on ministry teams and because so many of you invited people to come. What an exciting day! I am certain that a number of people began their walk with Christ and many of them began their involvement with the family of God at Harvest. In just over 3 weeks, our Spiritual Life Conference will begin (May 3-6). At Harvest we give this priority as our main event of the year. We ask everyone to set these days of the year aside specifically to seek God in the five main services Sunday morning and Sunday-Wednesday evenings; and we ask everyone to invite others to come. Be sure to highlight these days on your calendar, clear your schedule, and ask the Lord to prepare us all. On Sunday, I mentioned a recent trip to Asbury where I listened to a man share that he was eleven years old when the 1950 Asbury Revival took place a revival that spread from the university chapel to campuses and churches across the nation. He choked up as he said, When you experience an outpouring of God like that, you always long for more! Sixty-five years later, he is still deeply moved by that experience in God s presence. Many of you pray before meals; I want to ask you to pray for our conference during that prayer time each day for the next two and a half weeks. Also, I believe the messages from our 2014 Fall Conference are very strategic for this conference. Please listen to them again online or on CDs sometime in the next couple of weeks. Our goal for our conferences is transformation! We are asking for a visitation of the Holy Spirit that will bring personal revival, revival in our church, our region, and beyond. Join me in asking God to move on us!
