5 (7 Ms. Annie Ruth Hamm Almond was bon June 9, 1950 to M. S. A. Hamm (deceased) and Ms. Baby Ruth Hamm. Ms. Almond dedicated he life to he family, fiends and chuch. Ms. Almond was a devoted wife, mothe and gand mothe. She was united in holy matimony to Dallas Almond Mach 2, Ms. Almond was the poud mothe of two chil den whom she loved dealy. She was an excellent cook and loved pepaing meals fo he family. He gandson, Daltavion, was vey dea to he; they spent many hous playing games, LJ eading and bonding togethe. Ms. Almond loved to ead and / encouaged he family to be life long leanes. " Ms. Almond joined Oak Gove Baptist Chuch at an ealy age and paticipated in vaious oganizations. She loved he *- chuch and would do whateve was asked of he. She was an / avid eade of the Bible and enjoyed many discussions of the Sciptues. He favoite passage was the 23d Psalm. Among he -.. favoite songs was "Amazing Gace," "What a Fiend We Have in Jesus," and "Pass Me Not Oh Gentle Savio." n Ms. Almond was a vey diligent woke fo many yeas. Ms. Almond is suvived by: he husband, Dallas Almond; V two childen, Dallas Almond, J. of Elbeton and Tanda Lonette Almond of Augusta; mothe, Ms. Baby Ruth Hamm of Elbeton; one siste, Ms. Linda Kay Hamm of Elbeton; gandson, Daltavion Almond of Elbeton; in-laws, M. and Ms. Hamp Almond (Denise) of Elbeton, Bishop and D. Othal and Elfeda Lakey of Decatu; one uncle, M. Rathia Lee Moon (Ealene) of Elbeton; nieces and nephews, M. Tony Dempsey of Elbeton, M. 6 / ask myself why did you have to leave me this soon, but only God knows why. My ganny can be defined in so many diffeent ways. Some of them ae: a faith ful Wife, a loving Mothe, a caing Gandmothe, and also a waio fo he family. One of my ganny s favoite eadings was "The Seenity Paye." That s how I deal with the fact that the Lod has invited he into the Kingdom of Heaven to be with Him because I accepted that things I cannot change, the couage to change the things I can and I have the wisdom to know the diffe ence. Who would have thought that last time I would have talked with my ganny was just a few days ago, but though the pain-, heatache, and suffeing I just know that she is happily looking down fom heaven ight now and that is that geatest thing that I could have eve wanted fo my ganny. What makes me cheeful is to know that she is in a bette place and doesn t have to expei ence the pain and agony anymoe. A few othe ways that I can descibe my ganny: she was detemined, caing, tustwothy, and loving. Out of all the things I have seen my gandmothe do in my lifetime the geatest one of them all is that she gew a fonde elationship with God. Although, this time may seem difficult fo my family, and me we have had geat times togethe with my ganny fom the holiday gatheings to the wondeful convesations that we have shaed. I will cheish all the memoies of my ganny. I love he so much and even though it huts to let he go, I know that God loved he moe. I will love you foeve and always Ganny.
