1 Will Of Ann Tiplett Dishman ( ) I, Ann Dishman of Westmoeland County, now in pefect mind and memoy do ageeable to the will and equest of my late deceased husband John Dishman dispose of my estate given me by him to my unde mentioned childen in the following manne, Viz I give to my son William Dishman the pesent cop now upon hand to dischage all just claims against the Estate. I think thee will be sufficient if it is appopiated that way and it is my eanest wish and desie that evey just debt should be immediately paid. If the cop should fall shot in doing of it, that my son William should be esponsible fo any balances that may be due. I give to my son William Dishman the plantation wheeon I now live in Westmoeland County. (to him & his heis I mean) I give to my son William Dishman and his heis fou negoes, Viz: Winey and he child Hay, Jacob and his mothe Sud. I give to my daughte Ann Richadson duing he life the use of two negoes, Jean and Aon. At he death they togethe with any incease fom them to he pesent two childen to be equally divided. I give to my daughte Elizabeth Dishman and he heis lawfully begotten two negoes, Ben and Mill and thei incease, but should she die without hei that then they shall etun to my son Samuel Dishman. I give to my son Samuel Dishman and his heis my plantation in King Geoge County, also the nego wench Winney and he incease now in his possession, I likewise give him one bed without funitue. I give to my daughte Elizabeth Dishman one feathe bed and funitue, one hose colt nealy now a yea old and two likely heifes, Also, the lage chest standing in the hail. I give to my daughte Ann Richadson two heifes and a small bed. I give to my son William Dishman my still H hds & C. I also give my son William all my stock of hoses, cattle and hogs except what is mentioned to my daughte, but it is my desie and wish that my son William should give all the assistance to his two sistes, Ann and Elizabeth, that he can and he should continue them with him until they should find it convenient to sepaate o if my daughte Ann should think it best that he would build he a convenient house upon pat of the land left him. I give to my daughte Fances o athe now to Chales Deane what he has aleady in possession and no moe. I give to Thomas Chancello, who maied my daughte Sally, twenty Shillings and nothing moe. I have been appehensive fo sometime past that my son William would may one of the daughtes of Thomas King, my neighbo. If he does, its contay to the advice of both his Fathe and myself, and should he do so, it is my will he should not possess no pat of the estate left him, but shall be equally divided between my son Samuel, daughtes, Ann and Elizabeth. I constitute and appoint as my executos to this my last will, my son William Dishman and my Bothe William Tiplett as witness my hand this twentieth day of Mach, one Thousand Seven Hunded and Ninety One.
