ROOFING MESSAGE FROM THE TRUSTEES The Trustees hired a roofing consulting firm to do an assessment of our roof as to what problems we have with it and how to address those problems. We have now received the report and after thoroughly reviewing it with the firm the Trustees have elected to proceed as follows. Because of the time of the year we are now in weather wise, the consultant will be meeting with a local roofer, who we have used in the past, to determine what has to be done to get us through the winter months. They will tell the Trustees of their findings and we will proceed accordingly. Soon after the first of the year we will put the project out for bids to re-roof the sanctuary along with the area over the Ryder lounge and nursery, which are the areas of our most pressing need. Once we receive the bids and determine what bid to accept, we will then know what our costs will be. Be assured that the Trustees will be good stewards of the funds received as a result of Miracle Sunday in providing that we will have the proper roof over our heads. As to the lighting issue, the Trustees will be meeting with lighting consultants as to what is in the best interest of new lighting in the sanctuary to meet our future needs. We will keep you informed as we proceed with this issue. ANNOUNCEMENTS, PAGE 1 PICTORIAL DIRECTORIES: The new pictorial directories are here! You may pick yours up in the Wiltse Center lobby.
