2 In a 2010 national survey, over a quarter of 16- to 17- year olds said they were exposed to nudity online when they did not want to see it. In addition 20% of 16-year-olds and 30% of 17-yearolds have received a sext (a sexually explicit text message). Two-thirds of college-age men and half of college-age women say viewing porn is an acceptable way to express one s sexuality. In light of current news from one of our local high schools, I thought we could use some help monitoring our kid s use of the internet. Peace of Christ, Jason POPE FRANCIS PRAYER INTENTIONS FOR MAY Universal: Respect for Women, That in every country of the world, women may be honored and respected and that their essential contribution to society may be highly esteemed. Evangelization: Holy Rosary, That families, communities, and groups may pray the Holy Rosary for evangelization and peace.

Hear the tales of youths about to graduate from Oregon Catholic schools and meet the only mother-son principals in the history of Catholic schools in the state.
