VINCENT DE PAUL The St. Elizabeth Conference of St. Vincent de Paul will hold their next meeting on Thursday, August 11 th at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room at church. New members are always welcome. It is an opportunity to help those in need in our area. It does not require a lot of time and the rewards can be great. We will take the Metrolink from Shrewsbury station to Busch stadium, tour stadium or museum, have lunch at Ballpark Village and return around 2:30 pm. Rides can be arranged. We will meet at St. Elizabeth's at 9:30 am and carpool to the Shrewsbury Metrolink station. Stadium tour for seniors is $8. We will try for the 11 am stadium tour which lasts an hour. The tour includes the Redbird Club, broadcasts booths, Cardinals Club, and Cardinals dugout. Museum, also $8, can be entered at any time and takes as long as you like. After tour we will have lunch. Menu includes a wide variety of appetizers, salads, and sandwiches reasonably priced. Hope you will join us, it will be a beautiful day. Reservation deadline is this Wednesday, August 10.
