Repeated Wednesdays at 2:00 pm. Caring for Our Neighbors The lights of Christmas are shining brightly covered with a dusting of snow. This reminds us of being made whiter than snow through Christ s dying for our sins. We are asked to let our lights shine for Jesus by being His hands and feet. We can do this be contributing to the Salvation Army with warm clothing, socks, caps, scarves, gloves, etc. This is our CART project for the month. It is also the time to donate cash gifts to the Pastors Discretionary Fund. Bring them to either your Circle meeting or leave it in the Church office. The need for bath size bars of soap is on going -- please use the Blue basket by the Church office for this. The YWCA is asking for 2012 calendars. Dear Lord, make me grateful for the loving care you have provided me. Help me to share that love with those in need. Amen. Malvina Moe Stewardship Rep. WELCA News Tuesday, December 6th, at 7:00 pm the ladies of Pontoppidan and guests are invited to the annual Advent Tea. The festive evening begins with a program in the Sanctuary featuring Saving Reign a musical group from First Lutheran.
