DECEMBER IS A SPECIAL MONTH Every month belongs to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit but December is more special because we celebrate the birth of Jesus and because of His birth we give more gifts than in any other month of the year. As part of your Christmas celebrations, please remember those less fortunate who need our help, love and support. At RLPC there will be many chances to do this by contributing to various offerings, projects, and funds. One of these which our denomination sponsors is the Christmas Joy Offering. This offering provides assistance for those who have dedicated their lives to the service of the church and supports leadership development and education at Presbyterian-related racial ethnic schools and colleges and will be received this morning. Please give this offering your prayerful consideration. EXPLORING GOD S FUTURE FOR ROCK LAKE CHURCH is the purpose for the time of prayer, every Monday, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. Everyone who is available at that time is invited to join us in our sanctuary. If you cannot be with us in person, we hope wherever you are on Mondays at that time will join us by asking God for guidance about RLPC s future. If you have questions, please call our pastor, Rick McGuire, AN INVITATION TO ALL CHURCH MEMBERS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS to join the Music Department in Christmas Caroling Monday, December 22 at 6:30 to our home bound church members. We will meet in the Music Room at 6:30. Bring a flashlight. Music will be provided. Join us in sharing the music and celebration of the season with members of our church family. THESE DAYS DAILY DEVOTION BOOKLETS for January/February/March are available in the narthex. Please feel free to take one.
